,i flashed the boot.img inside the zip file..performed full wipe also and its still rebooting
Have you tried updating your ROM? Viper One S is on 2.2 currently.
My phone is totally bricked and my only option probably is to flash an RUU..
but I couldn't find one for HTC__621 cid.
PLEASE HELP

I have tried s-0ff with moonshine and revone, but didnt succeed moonshine keeps looping test 3 and revon says successful and nothing happens.
what have you guys used?

I am on stock 4.1.1, s-off and super-cid
my original Cid was HTC__120
Hboot 2.15.0000
unbranded
For me firewater s-off worked instantly on hboot2.16.00 and stock rom...
