no orange isnt availible. (anyware)
only US tmob and eu roms there

But isn't Orange a EU carrier?

Its a eu Carrier, but it might be cid locked for fr devices.

No root, incompatible apps?

I got a p5100. Stock 4.0.3.
When i try to install world series of poker, Google play said: incompatible with your device...:banghead::banghead:
What can I do to solve this ?

My phone is totally bricked and my only option probably is to flash an RUU..
but I couldn't find one for HTC__621 cid.

Htc one s(s3), tried everything else.
I think thats my only hope, do you know where can i find it?

What is evrything else?
I can find 3 unbranded asia ruu's with a simple google search.
Even this forum has a few. Check development.

I have tried s-0ff with moonshine and revone, but didnt succeed moonshine keeps looping test 3 and revon says successful and nothing happens.
what have you guys used?

Post some more info.
People can't help you without that.
Like softwareversion, branded, cid etc.

I am on stock 4.1.1, s-off and super-cid
my original Cid was HTC__120
Hboot 2.15.0000
unbranded

For me firewater s-off worked instantly on hboot2.16.00 and stock rom...
