no orange isnt availible. (anyware)
only US tmob and eu roms there
But isn't Orange a EU carrier?

,i flashed the boot.img inside the zip file..performed full wipe also and its still rebooting
Have you tried updating your ROM? Viper One S is on 2.2 currently.
I got a p5100. Stock 4.0.3.
When i try to install world series of poker, Google play said: incompatible with your device...:banghead::banghead:
