Sense 5 ex problems bootloop - HTC Pico (Explorer)

Hi guys,
i've installed sense 5 ex build 4 on my explorer pico but, when i reboot from recovery, the rom doesn't working and i just see the boot animation.
I've tried to wipe everyting (dalvik cache and system included) and reinstalling everything but nothing...
Have you any solution for me???? thanks!!!:crying:

Which recovery do u currently have? Try changing it!

My recovery is cwm 6

Wait, do you mean the rom boots and when you reboot into recovery it gets stuck at bootloader?
Or do you mean the rom does not boot at all?
Both are problems with the recovery.

does not boot at all...i see only the boot animation....

ok, i try another recovery...what is the good one?

HTC Desire HD Help!

Hi
I'm new to this and was recommended to root my phone by a friend
I have a HTC Desire HD on Orange, UK.
Last night I installed visionary, rommanager etc and perma rooted my phone
I recently downloaded the latest version of 'Coredroid DHD' moved it onto my SD card and installed it using ClockworkMod Recovery v3.0.0.6 'installed zip from sdcard' option after turning Radio-Off.
Anyway - the install said complete and I rebooted my phone, and it just hangs on the start screen.... I can boot to 'Fast boot' and after hitting restore on fast boot I can get back into clockworkmod recovery...but I can't boot my phone
Does anybody know what I can do? I ideally want this mod installed, but if not I just want it reverted back so I can have my phone back
Thanks
Dave
you need to wipe (recovery -> wipe data).
Ive already done that....formats fine and then still just hanging on the first screen - do you know anything else I can do?
Just an update - I've tried installing 2 other Mods and after successful install in the ClockworkMod Recovery and Rebooting....the HTC logo still hangs.
I really need some help here!
Did you try searching for a usb recovery mode? I'm sure there are flash utilities for windows as well.
But before you do that I would try to wipe all data except for what's on the sd card!!
Wipe data factory
Clear caches
Clear SD ext. ยก paranoid !

Stuck in htc logo While installing bulletsense fx and other sense4.0 and above roms.

i have cwm recovery. i follow each steps carefully but every time i stuck in htc logo. is it a problem with the recovery??i dont know how to install twrp over cwm tried many but no result. Can anybody help me please.
bro go to recovery>>flash original 2.3 ROM>>after succesful flashing>>again go to recovery>>follow the instructions given in the thread for flashing custom roms
im also new to android........but this reflashing method works well....
ok do it as follow.
remove your battery sd card and sim card. hold the power button for like 10 sec. then insert every thing back on it
Re partition your memory card and make sure u do it from inside CMW recovery.dont forget to backup stuff on it. make an ext-4 ext partition. min 1024mb.
after that go to mounts and format cache, data, system, sd-ext. dont format sdcard. leave everythhing unmounted
then go to advance and format dalvic cache and battery stats.
then factory reset/factory wipe on the main menu. and then flash the rom. wait for like 20 mins or so. it should work.
if it doesnt then unroot ur phone. install factory rom using RUU and then root it again.
Fastboot TWRP or PhilZ recovery into your phone. Explorer doesn't have the ability to flash recoveries as zips.
TWRP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2123503
PhilZ: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2265055
Also, never do a RUU. Unless you know what a RUU does to your device and how to handle soft bricks(clearly you don't).

May I specifically ask what really bricked your phone?
Smfh are you sure you wiped the dalvic cache the cache and did a factory reset before flashing this rom? And if you have an internatiinal version and your falshing a carrier branded rom it wont work it will brick and go to your boot loader and post the information s-on or off your cid all of it to get to the boot loader simply power down the phone hold power and vol down until it boots into the boot loded and simply tell us what it says it will help out a lot

There is a sense 4.0A port from HTC one V by cute prince.. Odexed. Posted by Arslan.. search for that and flash.. Smoother ever even on class 4.. first boot in just about 2 minutes.. you can also go for port from same device by Shekutanwar..
His new build is Odexed too and

I have a solution..
Just flash the sense4 :good: in your HTC Explorer with minimum 1gb sd-ext,
Reboot the phone and when it stuck on htc logo just press and hold volume down key until the phone starts..
it will start within 4 to5 minutes in safe mode, then again restart phone and enjoy ......!!!!!
I still say we need to know his boot loader status because if he dosnt have s-off he has to flash the kernel (boot.img) sepreatly through adb and fast boot if he dosnt have s-off it wont work without the kernel

[SOLVED] CM11 boot in loop

Hi,
i've tried to install CM11 on my HTC One S
S-OFF
HBOOT 2.15
SuperCID
cm-11-20131228-NIGHTLY-ville.zip
When I use ClockworkMod 6.0.4.5, the phone boot in loop, it can't go in recovery....WTF
With TWRP, I can go in recovery
I used this method because of status 7 for clean http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2520179
Finally the rom is install
Then the phone reboot in loop.
I've tried to flash the boot.img in cas of hope, but doesn't work
Edit : same thing with twrp 2.6.3.0 and cm-11-20131122-UNOFFICIAL-ville-(2.15).zip
(wipe dalvik cache, cache, data, android secure, system) It's very annoying...crap...what's my mistake grrrr
Thanks in advance for your advices
I'm go back to stock
Then reinstall the recovery ClockworkMod 6.0.4.5
Clean all and format /system
I can boot in CM11
Yeahhh...I will try the next thing
are you using a recovery from the cm11 thread or any one else. If you are not using the one from cm11 thread it just won't work.

Is the ROM you are flashing made for your specific model number? Are you using the newest version of TWRP that you can find? Are you factory resetting, wiping cache and dalvik when you flash? Have you tried doing an advanced wipe in TWRP to wipe system partition and data partition and then flashing your ROM then wiping cache and dalvik after you flash?

i flashed the latest twrp recovery.... i downloaded the rom which is made for my phone model only...
Steps:
Wipe dalvik cache,cache,data,system.
Installing rom zip and then gapps zip.
Reboot system.
After flashing devices stuck in boot loop....

Lollipop, marshmallow and nougat van take up to 30 minutes to boot the first time, are you giving it time to load or are you just getting impatient?

To be thorough and make sure you miss nothing, I suggest these steps:
1)in TWRP, tap the Wipe button, then it should say at the top of the screen: "factory reset, wipe cache and wipe dalvik". Swipe the slider to do the wipe.
2)after wiping, tap the home button in TWRP, on TWRP home screen, tap the Wipe button again, then tap the advanced wipe option, wipe system and data.
3)tap home button, on home screen, tap install then flash your ROM and Gapps.
4)after flashing ROM and Gapps, wipe cache and dalvik(do not factory reset).
5)reboot.
