Can someone post a stock JB rom suitable for flashing via TWRP or CWM? I have put in close to 40 hours now trying to update to JB. I have flashed stock recovery, and the stock rom as posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2001108 but still cannot get ota to install. I have tried everything from every thread in xda for this phone.

Sorry, I felt this deserved a separate thread, as it is not quite the same topic, and once someone does upload the stock flashable rom, it would make it easier for others to find.

#1 Don't bump your own thread after an hour man, that is just uncool. We're not here to serve you and we'll answer your question when we get a chance.
#2 Yes, you should search around and you'd find this question answered a lot of places in most every phone forum.
I understand and I thought it just got buried in the topics that's all

If this helps, about in settings tells me i have 2.3.7 android version and the mod is "CyanogenMOd-7.1.0-SelfKANG10-Sensation" I would appreciate someone telling me the easiest way to upgrade to this.new version. That guide is fairly general in that it just refers to the 'latest version of CyanogenMod'. So yes as per the OP of the thread I linked you to you will need to install 3.32 firmware. You could install over your current ROM if you really wanted but I'd recommend a full wipe for a nice clean installation.
CM7 is Gingerbread based and CM9 is ICS based so yes you will end up with a newer version of Android, hence the need for the newer firmware.

Firmware isn't removed with the wipe so it doesn't matter too much. I would wipe, install new firmware, install ROM and you should be good to go :good:
Make sure you do a nandroid backup before you start anything, if things go pear-shaped you'll want it. Also make sure you have access to a copy of your current firmware, if you have to restore your nandroid backup AFTER installing the new firmware it won't work as the firmware will no longer match, so you'll have to roll that back too.

[Q] bo3 to boa6?

I don't know if this has been asked before, I couldn't find it in the search (maybe I'm just bad at searching). I'm trying to find out how to update from BOD3 to BOA6 if it is possible. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be very much appreciated! Thank you in advance.

You've got it backwards. BOD3 is newer than BOA6 and it's been covered in multiple threads. But the bottom line is: You CAN NOT "downgrade" from OD3 to OA6. It will fail and cause you problems. You can however, install an OA6 custom rom on OD3 without a problem.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I wanted to install the MOAR custom rom but every time I try it fails. Maybe I'm downloading the wrong one?

This is what you want to flash in custom recovery (TWRP or Philz): https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23991606952602440. Check MD5 to make sure you have a good download.
But please read the OP in the developers thread for full features and other helpful info. Don't post questions in the developer thread.
For FAQ's-Q&A, please read/view the first 12 posts from the FAQ-Q&A thread. Feel free to post any questions here, after checking that it hasn't been already asked and answered in the FAQ post.
In a nutshell, if you're on BOD3 firmware, simply flash MOAR and that's it. By reading the above threads, you'll learn that:
a) It takes about 20 minutes for first boot.
b) There's much moar to be learned and additional flashes you can add to MOAR.
Lastly, we've created an OFF-TOPIC thread for MOAR where we are a little moar user-friendly. Enjoy!

[Q&A] Gnabo ROM X Tab S feature

Q&A for Gnabo ROM X Tab S feature
Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for Gnabo ROM X Tab S feature. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
I'm running a old version of Hyperdrive v6 on a N8013 Android 4.1.2. According to rootchecker, my bootloader is N8013UEUCMC2 and Kernel version is 3.0.31-813049.
I was looking at Gnabo's thread and I'm wondering if I need to flash any of these, Kernel for N801X, WiFi Fix for N801X and Remove phone stuff for N801x, or are those already included in your ROM?
Thanks

I was wondering, you know that page with 6 sections that shows news and side sync. How do I open the news stories? I figured out that you can flip up and down to scroll through different stories but can't figure out how to open the story.
Also, this isn't related to your rom but I've been out of the loop for awhile, can you tell me what is the best current solution for installing flash for websites.
Thanks again, I've been using it a lot for the last few hours after I got wifi working and I'm really loving it!

What recovery you use?
I tried to philz recovery and the TWRP, but the installation takes only a few seconds and nothing in this device.

Tab S Sensation ROm Will Not Install
When I try to install this ROM, I get the following error, am using PhilZ Touch 6 recovery CWM 6.0.4.7.
The error is;
format () expects 5 args, got 4
E:Error in /data/media/0/download_rom/TAB.S.Sensation.V6.n801x.zip
(status 7)
Installation aborted.
I did a Wipe Data/Factory Reset. My internal storage has about 1/6 G free, and the SDCARD has about 2 G free.
What could be wrong, I have downloaded the ROM twice now.
Any suggestion appreciated.
Thanks
what is your device?
try you first apply Gnabo rom? :good:
@AhmedSafian thank you for your hard work. This ROM is definitely the one that made my tab look new. Just wanted to report few things.
(N8013)
1) xposed is not pre-installed? If ever I'll do it manually, which version would you recommend.
2) I installed a HULU app since I do have an account with them, (it's like Netflix) it doesn't run. Any suggestions on what to do with it?
3) Is Sound Alive better than (Dolby Digital)?
