Hey guys. I have been looking for some good software for weeks now and have been unable to find one that I really like. So I figure that I might as well post up here since this is where I get all of my other information regarding my phone.
So this is what I am looking for:
I am looking for some type of CRM or Customer relationship management software for the Pocket PC. For those who dont know, this is essentially a piece of software that allows you to record customers, sales, phone calls made and received from customers, interest of customers, and personal information. It is primarily used to keep track of customers, leads and sales.
Ideally I would like some software that can be used on both regular windows as well as Pocket PC Windows. Meaning I can update or add customer information on either my laptop or my PPC and the 2 devices will synchronize and maintain the same information. However if that is not possible, something that just works on the PPC only is just fine. I really need it to be able to store customers, categorize them by where they came from I.E. who referred them, update contact information such as phone calls made and received as well as appointments set, and indicate when the customer has been sold or is no longer in the market or a hot prospect.

If anyone could recommend a CRM software for the pocket pc that is primarily sales based, it would be GREATLY appreciated. I really need to get something as the old pen and pad mentality is not quite as efficient as I would like and I figure its time to finally step into the new millennium with my sales tracking.

It'd be pretty rudementry, but might work. I know with the task manager, you can set a task, and then throw notes into it. You can then also set custom priority levels. Might be able to use this to your advantage. Use the priority levels to rank the lead (cold, warm, hot, wtf why isn't this closed yet, etc etc), notes for who refered them, and once you close the deal, you can check it off your list as completed.

Edit: Goes to show what happens when you leap before you look. You CAN set priorty levels to low, normal, and high, and then can set custom categories to help you sort them by. Good luck!

So, I learned almost everything I know about "adjusting" mobile devices from everyone in the community here at XDA, but this is my first help request.
I'm working on a graduate project designing a model for targeting users based on their demographics, and that demographic's usage trends. I am designing a survey that will hopefully match the empirical data (part i need help with a gathering technique for) within an acceptable deviation.
The piece I need help with is finding a practical solution for pulling data from an android phone into a database for mining. (like if I could export the data from Spare Parts?)
Data I need:
1) device usage time
2) app usage time by app name
3) number of app launches
(basically what spare parts gives you, but if there's more in the logs more data= better!)
Here's the preconditions I have:
1)I have physical access to the device, computer, and any hardware I might reasonably need. No need to do this over the air, but if its practical to do so I'd love some direction.
2) It should be able to pull past usage, like spare parts does. So it's not dependent on a user installing it and then coming back for us to collect results.
3) I'm reasonably sure there won't be, but if there's a way to build a platform independent tool that could collect data from as many major platforms as possible i'd love to hear about it.
Overall I'm looking for brainstorming help, or things like sys logs I don't know about, but coding help would be appreciated as well. HURRAY CROWDSOURCING!
There may even be some grant money come fall for someone interested in solving this aspect of the problem.

Have been looking for a crm, stock & invoicing type app to run on my samsung tablet for a little while and am not really finding anything that covers all of the bases. Most just seem to be front ends for large corporate systems and the others very limited in what they can do, so I thought I'd seek guidance.
What I'm looking for, well I'm self employed and travel to a customers premises where I primarily sell a product but also carry out ongoing servicing. Regular service's also include additional products. Some of my products are stock items but many are ordered from a small number of suppliers specifically on behalf of the customer.
The app will need to; maintain a customer database, be able to schedule appointments with them, maintain an account balance, generate an invoice that is emailable direct from the app, maintain a stock list, raise orders to replace stock or to fulfill customer demand, generate various reports for total receipts, total spend, customer spend etc. Ideally this should all be able to sync back to google docs for record keeping, analysis etc.
So what do you think people any ideas?
I have so far spent 3 days trawling through the app market with no luck, nothing I've found does all of it and juggling 2 or 3 apps is defeating the purpose of using an android tablet I may as well just buy a notepad & pencil.
Not sure if this is the correct forum for this so, please move if you feel somewhere else is more appropriate.

I am interested in creating an app that interacts similar to a pregnancy/fertility app - with a user specific timeline and information. I do not know how to code and have been looking into some online app building and managment systems. Many of the programs online look like they can build apps for events, businesses, rewards, etc...
My question is, does anyone know if there is a system out there that can deliver user specific content? For example, if I enter a date of an event (like a pregnancy due date) as I approach that date relevent information is delivered to me (at 3 months, 6 months, etc..). Any insight would be very appreciated!

If you don't know how to code you have two options:
1) Pay someone to do it , maybe 20k will be enough.
2) Design you app on paper , and try to find a partner.

We’re utilizing Ethereum’s blockchain technology to build Spheris as a decentralized platform. This makes a lot of cool things possible:
No registration and transaction fees, as opposed to traditional app marketplaces who charge up to $100 for registration and 30% per each transaction. No technical restrictions or censorship. Optional anonymity. Forget about the need for credit card companies or banks – you will be able to buy and sell apps using our digital currency (Spheris tokens), with the option to exchange for other digital currencies (such as Ethereum or Bitcoin).
Customers will be able to purchase apps without going through registration and without credit cards. We’re also trying to accommodate devs whose apps have been removed from Google Play for questionable reasons.
