Help with DNA versus One upgrade - General Questions and Answers

What should I do?
I've really been racking my brain lately on what to do. Because of the recent changes in Verizon's policy that basically take away upgrades as they make you wait the length of your contract before they allow you to "upgrade" your phone.... Anyway I digress...
I currently have a HTC Dna that I recently picked up for an excellent deal coming from a decidedly "too large" galaxy note 2. I've never really looked twice at HTC, but this phone is great. I've been debating weather to wait months to see if Verizon gets their version of the "one", or switch to AT&T and pick up one tomorrow.... Which brings me to my next question.... Do you believe the HTC One is worth upgrading to considering my current ownership of the DNA? A little third party input I believe would be beneficial.
Any thoughts, comments, concerns, or whatever. I hardly ever post to these things. We'll see how it goes.
Thanks

I couldn't change the title. So this is what I had to do. Thanks for the smart ass smiley face. I'm not an idiot.

You *can* change titles. Just edit and go into advanced mode. That's moot anyway since I've closed the other thread. Please do not duplicate threads in future.

Thanks for the cheap shot. I guess we can't all be as cool as you, nitpicking around in a forum looking for mistakes. Boy if I were you, I'd feel pretty high and mighty after all this. Prick

Shouldn't be a new rule. You only have 6 posts. 10 posts are required in order to post in development threads.

Shouldnt say new I guess. I havent messed on here much since i installed jellybelly on my phone so id say it was prob a little over a year ago. Remembering joining than though just to ask something having to do with the whole unlocking, etc of the gnex. (Didnt know much of anything about android at that point as far as customizing)
Im not sure this is a good way to seperate the bs from beneficial interjection. I found issues with my rom and a revision is coming out very shortly. I havent been able to up channel my concerns because I'm forced to comment on nonsense in order to earn the right to contribute.

[Q] Help to buy a smartphone!

Hi everybody!
I'm Cesare, and i'm italian! I was looking for a smartphone.
I want to spend moreless 160€, MAX 170!
The BEST i can find with that price is Xperia U or the Alcatel one touch Star. (If I have to look for a know brand).
The fact is.. i saw a nice "chinaphone" with i don't know which brand i i had a question. Do you think I could try to buy it?
It does not look so bad (specs they say are not bad).
But Why everybody say not to buy "chinaphones"?
I read good review for this "STAR B24M", but the thing is that I don't know what is "good" for a person who bought it (it could be my grandmother with her first mobile phone and she could say "oh, it's perfect.. no problem.. beautifull, etc..)
Here a video from youtube:

Thanks!

Yes, you can go for Sony Xperia U Smartphone in this budget. This Smartphone has very smooth touch screen, good camera quality, powerful OS and processor and more gaming features that you can enjoy every time.

Who's got the best quality control?

I personally have had issues with Samsung, Motorola, LG and HTC devices.
I know they're all rushing to push out the next big thing, but I hate having to wonder every time I buy a new phone, what's going to be wrong with this one?
Anyone got any advice on which manufacturers are the best or worst?
Thanks.

Thanks, that looks interesting.
I remember in the past I was intentionally avoiding Sony. I'd seen some stats regarding the speed at which different manufacturers updated their Android handsets, and Sony was at the bottom.
I'll have a look and see what kind of support there is for Sony devices (accessories, rooting, roms etc.)

I really hope Google and VZW become friends again. I really want the newest Google phone
s4 would be better
as my title, i think htc has lack of quality control than samsung, maybe cause of samsung use plastic and htc use metal
