[q] installed ics port on my sg3 5801, but my phone switching off automatically

INSTALLED ICS PORT ON MY SG3 5801, BUT MY PHONE SWITCHING OFF AUTOMATICALLY
I Have Installed ICS Port on my Mobile Galaxy 3 GT-I5801
bt my fone is switching off when it sleeps
n getting prob during calls
Please Help me
n teleme how to install Build3 kernel for ICS build3..

Install the build 3 kernel and all the problems would be solved.

He can install also Arakmar's hybrid kernel

facing a horrible lag even after installing arakmars kernel. after a day or so of working perfectly, when i unlock the phone the touchscreen doesn't respond for about two minutes, and while this goes away on reboot, i end up rebooting once a day to keep it working.

Where will i get the Kernel build 3?
How to flash it?

Dude this post is five months old
Then I think we only had build 3
If you flash that kernel what is the point in having build 4
Flash build 4 and then try flashing g3mod or arakmar's one and your phone will be fine

HTC Desire S No Sound/Ringer-Tone/Media Issues

Hello All,
Last night after I S-Offed my Desire S I instantly installed Custom ROMS for HTC Desire S and encountered a problem.No matter what ever I do,while I call or be called,I can't hear a voice neither the opposite party can hear a thing.Is there any fixes to this bug ? Neither whenever I get a call or SMS I cant hear the ringer-tone!
I also have encountered this same bug in many Custom ROM'S.
Neither I can't hear sound in any Media or Radio,Nor the loud speaker works!
Somebody please help me out!

Did you S-off using Revolutionary tool or HTC Dev website?
Can you post the contents of your bootloader screen and also what custom ROMs you have tried?

I have flashed via Rev,I asked some people about the fix and they told me to radio flash it...
I tried to flash the radio and it shows Fail PU - Press Power to Reboot.
Then I reboot to OS.

Custom ROM's :
Cynogen MOD : 7.1 Stable and 7.2 Nightly and 9 Alpha
And BeatMod BlissSense Hybrid v3.2

I ain't no expert but try reverting back to the stock rom and see if it works

I also have that problem! First I was using MIUI (since August 2011, till January 2012). There is a "CallDelayPatch" on Market. It fixed the problem for some times, but not everytime!
After that i went to CM 7.2 Nightly! It was working perfectly first days, but also with that ROM I got same problems after some time!
That problem has taken me the pleasure to flash and test Custom ROMs!
So now I'm back on Stock (Prerooted) and my next ROM will be Stock-ICS

Finally I have got the fix!

I flashed my DS with it and all started working like a CHARM!!!

I'm a noob,help me guys please.......

I just installed the jelly bean rom for galaxy y and then everything is fine but the problem here is that that jack for earphones are not working, i mean is that before i installed the rom the earphone is working but when i installed it already i try to use the earphone and it didn't work the music just play normal using its own speaker even though my earphone is plugged in.
I'm just new here i'am also a noob.:crying::crying:

Have you read the buglist of your ROM? It must be a Rom bug as JB is in early development.

as i can see most of the bug that they tackle is about not receiving any sms which i encounter but i managed to repair it. i can't even post a reply in that tread because i'm new here and that is the only reason why i create a account. what do i need to do? should i just revert it back to its original rom and wait for the rom to complete or should i just download another rom?

[HELP] Incoming calls not working in LG P500

I just installed CyanogenMod 10/ Jelly Bean 4.1 on my LG Optimus One P500.
Everything seems to be working except the incoming calls. Incoming calls are getting listed in call log but i don't get any notification of it when i get the call. Outgoing calls are working fine and Messaging is also working fine.
i am confused if this is related to baseband thing (old / new). If someone could advise on what could be the issue and how to rectify this problem, it would be great.

Since you are getting network, and can receive calls, baseband is not the problem. It could be a bad flash or maybe not enough space (more likely) in / system. Trim the rom more and reflash. Use shinobisoft's tool to trim the rom.

Sup man i had the same exact problem and i found out it was the custom rom i had installed ! i just installed a new custom rom out of the list on the site for my p509 and it worked! the rom i got right now is Aospa 4.2.2 paranoid 3.15 works perfectly! thank me if it works :fingers-crossed:

[Q] Issue with A90S SBCL rom by Shivam

Hello,
I am using SBCL Rom for A90S. Rom is quite good and working perfectly on my phone. Howevere after 2-3 days of installing Bluetooth button stops working. Can anybody suggest fix for it? Infact the Rom is also no more available on this forum I have a copy of it.

Reflashing always fixes the issue , but its painful to do it every third day . This time I tried "Fix PErmissions" and it worked. However earlier it didnt work.

Volume issue with SBCL for A90S
Sound is very low for this Rom : SBCLMAX. I tried doing the setting at max after going in engineer mode but didnt help. People complaint on other side of phone that they have difficulty hearing me. I tried other Rom's like A90S stock ICS and Blue Vivo. Sound is fine on these Roms. Any help on SBCL will be highly appreciated. Rom is excellent other than these small small issues.
