Unlock bootloader from Htc-Dev,Flash custom recovery and root your phone- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1415223
Download the latest build of cranium kernel
Copy signed-cranium-kernel_build#XYZ to your sd-card
Boot into recovery mode
Mount /system in "Mounts & Storage" menu(otherwise WiFI wont work)
Select "Install zip from SD Card" And choose signed-cranium-kernel_build#XYZ
Reboot!

Assuming u have set up your machine correctly...
Sync Cranium kernel sources and arm-eabi-4.4.3 toolchain

Enter into kernel directory,edit build.sh and set up correct env. variables in Makefile(CROSS_COMPILE=your toolchain path).If u have less than 3 GB ram,use make -j48 in build.sh instead of make -j72

cd kernel-htc-pico/kernel
gedit makefile build.sh
Once set up,start building
Code:
./clean.sh && ./build.sh
U will get flashable ouput in kernel-htc-pico/auto-sign (neat,eh?)
Flash the zip in recovery mode and enjoy your very own cranium kernel!

Hey flashed ur kernel as instructed now will fully charge the phone and let u knw if any difference in battery performance.
By the way which governor on Setcpu do u recommend....I mean u could create a description post regarding the newones (Lionheart )

Jaggy Rom kernel doesnt actually work at 800 MHz,its just a fake overclock...see features,jaggy Rom only has ext support,fake overclock ,mine has so much more

I also bootloop, for get back Crackerizer kernel R1

just flashed again with v2 signal fix kernel and my handset is now able to boot up normally but i guess the above provided kernel has bugs

Great work Adi! This kernel is significantly faster then the stock A4 kernel without any overclock. If you added overclock to this kernel, it would be even better. Just a suggestion

Okay so used it for a while. Buttery smooth! Only one thing I found was that I set the maximum frequency to 1000 and still it's going to 1320.

Yeh just flashed, works pretty good but battery life is decreased drastically and when the screen is on the cpu keeps running at 1ghz

wiping cache & dalvik cache would help you. Also, take the battery out for 5-10 min then reinsert it. Revert then.:good:

v0.2 is up
I removed OC.
It's too unstable now. Some users always running 1.32 GHz although they set Max Freq to 1 GHz.

I was on vanilla rom when I flashed the kernel. When I wanted to go back I flashed the rom again. This worked for me.

Even though you removed ocing, freezing and stuttering is still there. This is caused by the cpu scaling mostly (only) between min and max. For example, Hill Climb Racing freezes a lot with default settings (interactive) but is just fine with performance. If you can, please have a look at the governors' parameters.

Although I have long since removed my ROM due to lack of demand, I have had several requests for the release of my kernel which was exclusive to the ROM. This is long overdue for release, but I finally decided to toss it out there for those who wish to use it. I've been using it as a daily driver for some time and find it to be very stable. This kernel is based off SebastianFM's overclocked kernel, but incorporates many functions from Faux and showp1984, as well as my own changes. It is 100% compatible with Kernel Tuner (which is installed by default).
I will make no outlandish claims about this kernel. It's functional and stable, and I hope some people will be satisfied with it. It will not supercharge, turbocharge, or hypercharge your device. It will not help you get chicks, get a raise, grow hair, save the world, or anything else ridiculous. By downloading and flashing this kernel you are accepting the normal full liability of messing with your device!
This kernel is a throwback. I plan on adding a couple items, but there will be no long term support/updates...

Can you add intellidemand governor (Imo this is the best ever governer for sensation heavy users)
Edit: it's working well on sense 4.1 roms.. Using it on viper rom
Only problem I've seen is the kernel is not cleaning the other previous kernel init.d scripts (we need to do it manually)

Tryed on viper 1.6.3 (sense 4.1):
-works flawless concerning all system stuff
-thermal doesn't work (sultan has fixed them)
Can I make some request:
-could u add faux driver for fauxsound
-can u add badass governor (nice freq tuning!!)

I will look into adding a couple governers and Sultan's thermal fix. Those will be all the changes I'll make. This kernel is just kinda a throwback for everyone. I haven't worked on it in about six months...

Yes, I know. I implemented showp1984's thermald some time ago. It works fine for me too. However, I'll need to test with Viper ROM or have someone confirm validity of this post:

You can use Infamous performance (my kernel app) but to get the most options and control use Faux clock. I have to add all the new features to my kernel app when I can find time. Thanks man

I installed this kernel and when I open up geekbench it says under cpu that is running at 2.90 ghz does it already comes overclocked??

SOU it runs at stock max and min clocks out of box.

Noticeable improvements for me using 2.0. Definitely smoother and snappier straight out of the box. Have not even tweaked it yet.
