Yes the case covers up the buttons completely, it fits perfectly.

That is a very nice case...I'm using a BodyGlove on mine....I've had Otterbox on my iPhone3G, Nexus One and iPod4G and love their cases and wish they made one for the G2X (along with the LG Quantum).

There isn't a soft surface between the phone is there?.. I went with the Speck CandyShell (34.95USD on-site, but only 17.99 on eBay) and it has a great fit and soft internal coating with a hard outer shell.
Cases with a hard interior can trap dirt and scratch the back of the phone.. at least in my experience.

No there isn't a soft surface between the phone and the back, but it has a great fit and does not trip dirt like you mentioned. Certainly haven't scratch the back yet(I've been using it since June).

Looks like crap... my Trident case is way better plus for protection there is no better case for the g2x then Trident

Yes if you like big rubberized case with plastic color cover, can't even see what the phone is like. Then yes your "good-looking" Trident case is way better. Go figure.

Agreed! the Speck case is rocking though, I have that one as well. The rubbed inside also provide much more shock resistance.
But once again this thread has gotten way off topic, he took good pictures and gave his judgement on the case, that is what this section is for is it not? It is not for flaming others based on their personal preference!

Damn, looks like I'll have to quit my job and go work at McDonalds then.

Lol I hate having a phone in my pocket and I don't carry a purse. The last thing I want to do is dig in my pocket every time I get a text or call. It keeps it on me and secured without worrying about my keys, change, or sand scratching it up.

Exactly!!! Honestly tho if u want a hip holster then just get something for the sgs3
If people want I can get a horizontal clip and swivel holster but your looking at $40 shipped possibly less. Depending if its on sale or not

Maybe if you stretch the holster a bit. The s3 had some movement while in it. The n4 is a bit smaller. So it may. Idk for sure. My gnex with a bumper is snug fit

Im using one that I had stretched with my diztronic tpu. It's a tight fit and JUST fits the bumper and phone. But yours looks nice too! I am now curious if the phone with bumper fit this...where can I get one to try?

Thanks for the Pic! I have the horizontal holster of the same oen you have and it snugs in quite nicely too with a bumper

A little pricey, but I don't think there's anything that fits a naked Nexus 4 as good as this.

I dont think so but I hope I am wrong. I was going to order the same case from amazon but made for a note 2. But, stopped because I discovered my existing case that held the diztronic tpu now fit with the bumper.

I have this case and it fits very well with the bumper on. A little snug initally but loosened up after a while.

look at the back of your phone, look at where the camera, flash and speaker is. now compare it to the pics on the webpage.

Pretty sure that doesn't fit a nexus. The camera hole and speaker hole are in the wrong place. Also, the listing talks about there being synthetic leather on the outside of the case, and microfiber lining the interior... I don't think that's the right case buddy...

It says it's for the LG Nexus 4 E960. The cutouts don't look right on the picture, but a lot of times they just post mock ups and generic pics to give a general idea of what it looks like. It's less than $7 so I'm not too worried about it.

They also have a listing for a synthetic leather flip case and I think the description is the same. Maybe they just posted the wrong description, but like I said, it's less than $7 so no big deal if it's wrong.

I have basically the same thing for my GNex. I really like that case. some what slim, gel around the edges and hard TPU on the back. good case.

Agreed, what makes this better than any other TPU case out there? The fact that it's 6 bucks? Get a quality case from Diztronic for 12 and have it shipped to you before January.

SGP Neo Hybrid Satin Silver

Just recieved my Spigen Neo Hybrid in the mail. This case is great the holes for every cutout are perfectly aligned. There isn't one bad thing I can say about this case. The only thing that could be improved in the USB port cutout. It's smaller than many cases making larger USB cords unable to fit. My car charger was to large. Other than that this case is perfect. Great job Spigen!

Every cut out is perfect. I was worried ordering this because I purchased the Neo Hybrid on the Galaxy s3 and it was horrible. They redeemed themselves with this case. Buttons feel amazing and the case looks/feels the same way.

yeppp the best i already for this one 3 weeks ago , its perfect !! fits in all ways, but after those 3 weeks, back quality changed a bit

Picked up the case a few days ago (they're local).
The best thing I'v done is pick up a Spigen case. This thing is SHARP. Precise fit and finish. Best case I've bought for any cell phone I've owned.

See I love the way the case makes the phone feel. I have gotten use to it and it has grown on me. I like the way the phone looks has very sharp lines and people always ask me what phone that is because it makes it look like a different phone.

Cases like morphie/zLemon

I'm looking for a case similar to morphie or zerolemon cases. I did some research in ZL cases and Amazon US doesn't have any in stock, but Amazon UK and Amazon Germany do. Has anyone from the US ordered a Zero case from the UK or Germany ?
PS - I'm also looking for privacy screens...
I want total protection for this device. I beat my M8 all to hell and really don't want to risk damaging this phone.
PS2 - Does anyone have any information on good OTG cables...ID love to hook up some of my ext. HDDs and also any info on portable battery packs. I've always used anker, but I'd love to hear your thoughts. I'm thinking of buying an anker power bank....

I bought the Zerolemon case but it has a lot of defects, you should check out the Zerolemon thread - many issues, camera reflection, microphone issues, GPS dies while charging. I would assume Mophie will not be making a case for this phone. Zerolemon pulled the 6P case and will be sending those who purchased one a redesigned model.

So it's not worth it? Do you know of any similar cases or any case that is badass?

Does it have to be a battery case? If not, I use a Seidio CONVERT with a tempered glass SP and love it. Definitely badass protection, and it doesn't look like a Transformer or something.

I think you'll like it. It's like an Otterbox with style.

As long as it's not ****ty like otterbox. I've had an Otterbox before and the damn thing fell apart after 7 months. It was entirely too bulky for me. I read that this seidio case can be streamlined and won't be bulky.

It is more streamlined than an Otter. It also leaves the face of our 6Ps unobstructed unlike Otterbox. Kind of moot considering Otterbox has never provided for Nexus devices. I like the Seidio because of it's minimal design. No faux vent, fake screws or Transformer like chevrons on it. I'm so tired of "rugged" cases looking like teenage boys gaming towers lol.
