Where is it anybody have news about it's release yet? It's past it's promised released date and nothing in the Play results for it except normal TouchPal, I even emailed them and asked them about it but got no answers.
User created hoax, maybe?
I've been using TouchPal since my WinMo days and always loved it, but don't love being mislead!

It doesn't seem to be a hoax, seeing that it's mentioned in the official Twitter. I've just only heard of the TouchPal Wave, and sure enough Google led me here... And strange enough, I can't even find the current TouchPal Keyboard V5 on the Google Play store. Does anyone have the same problem on the Nexus 4 or is it not made available in my country? (Got it from the official website)

im not to thrilled to be switching to the Andriod interface. Been #teamhtc w/ windows mobile for about 5 years. But my unlocked touch pro 2 has finally went to his grave. so i figured a way to have tmobile send me a cliq.
I played with it and I only right now have 2 requests. I would LOVE swype b/c i HATE the keyboard. and i want a nice theme. I am not sure if there is any ROM/Flashing and development going on for the Cliq XT yet. I will look into that later. Being that I flashed my touch pro probably every 2 weeks lol. Sooo yeah can someone guide me in the right direction so that my Android life can be enjoyable Thanks yall!
smh............
Modmymoto I found to be the best site but you really should not have gone with a phone that is stuck on 1.5. I had it before trading it for an hd2 and put android on it. The screen is way tiny, bottom half is unresponsive in some apps, if you can even get the apps because of 1.5. Don't be fooled by the 2.1 update. I was told I was going to get it in January then it changed to June then August now December. This is a social networking phone, nothing else. I would give it a 3/10 since the high glitches, no support, and stupid slow. Stay far away.

PS. They have roms including 2.1 on that site but they all fail because they have 3 second lags with everything you do. None of the Rome have been updated in months. Paperweight!

So long? You realize the flagship device that ICS is releasing in the US on has yet to be even launched by a carrier, right?
Why on earth would Google release ICS on the Nexus S before the Galaxy Nexus? It makes no business sense. I'm guessing it'll be at least another 2 weeks or more before we see the OTA update. I just cant see Google releasing the update for the Nexus S right at the launch of the phone that's supposed to promote the new system.
Which sucks big time, i do loathe the Evil Empire, but i also remember having the GM and stock update to iOS4.0 on 3GS a week before iPhone 4 came out. It's not like GN only has ICS going for it, but that's the message Google is sending our way. And i obviously will no way in bloody hell be upgrading to GN after this **** up.
Bloody Huawei the first phone with ICS, not Nexus S?!
And another thing, i don't always mind waiting. But i do like to know how long and what the duck for. Another thing Evil Empire does right, tells the date and sticks to it.
I understand a phone can't be cutting edge for years, hell, not even months, but on the other hand i see people walking around with new iPhone 3GS updated to the latest OS as soon as the latest toy is updated. And i can't buy a single bloody app although i'm from a supposedly supported country. Developers say it's Google, Google says it's developers.
I am so switching if i don't get ICS by Christmas :/ and if bloody Email app still drains battery in flight mode on ICS. Like children running a big business :/
"Bloody Huawei the first phone with ICS, not Nexus S?!"
Be interesting to see how well it runs though??
Myself, really happy at the moment with CM7 and hope they include some of the nice, minor, but useful features of that in the CM9 build. So far there have just been enough niggles with the ICS ROM's ive tried so that i'll stick on CM7 for a while.
If I recall correctly, I thought Huawei only released a demo? Also, the Nexus One didn't officially get Gingerbread until 2.3.3 which came out around January/February.

Hi there!
So recently I've moved from my stock ROM to a pretty neat (with a few bugs perhaps) MiUI. For the record I'm using a Sony Ericsson X10i - yeah I'm an old-timer.
So this particular MiUI has this thing, it does not have a Greek dictionary installed in its default Android keyboard and in my experience (from older versions of this ROM which I had used a couple of months ago) I've learned not to mess around with the ROM's language capabilites because 9 out of 10 times I get a bootloop or something like that. So my only choice is a 3rd party keyboard so I can write in Greek.
I'm divided between Go Keyboard which is very customizable and free and Smart Keyboard which I have bought since a long time ago (actually I'm a little surprised as to when or why that happened because it's quite expensive).
At your own experience which one of those would you recommend? If you have any other suggestion that trumps those two I'm all ears. I need a fast quick responsive keyboard since I'm a fast typer that's easy to customize to your own needs.
Thanks in advance!
SwiftKey 3 with the last update is just amazing.
Checked almost all 3r party keyboards and no one can beat SwiftKey.

Swiftkey 3 is indeed awesome
But its costly :crying:
+1 for Swiftkey, I've only ever had one issue with it and that was when it was a bit buggy with Chrome when they Google released it. Other than that it's worked perfectly, I paid 10p for it but it's definitely worth the full price.
I would say messagEase, the best for me !!
A. I.Type it´s fastest, accuratly and awesome keyboard and it's no expensive . . .
Keyboard
My vote for SwiftKey also.
blackberry promised android users that the BBM app will be ready to download and use on the last month (june) ...the month is finished and no thing nor an apk niether on play store ....so am asking u does anyone knows if it was just a lie or it will be available soon

Who really cares? We have much better messaging apps than BBM, but if you really want to know the answer then go and ask BlackBerry.
Well, I have a bunch of friends who still use Blackberry, and I've used a Blackberry myself in the past. I still think it is one of the best messaging programs out there. I've read that the app is currently in the process of being verified and approved by Apple and Google, and it will be out sometime this summer, so within the next 2 months, most likely.
I've always used Swype, since my early Samsung Nexus S days, and personally have stuck with it. Is there anything better than that now?
I updated to 05Q and Swiftkey was so terrible for me to get used to. Anyone use something better than old school Swype?
Swype is still the best. Swiftkey is absolute rubbish, gesture recognition is terrible and word prediction is awful. Stick with Swype.

Looks like someone has had a bad time with SwiftKey, ive used SwiftKey for about 2/3 years now and have never had a problem with it. I find Swype to be to stiff. Same with default keyboards.

I prefer Google Keyboard.
I used to use swype with my old android phone, then was on iphones for a couple years.
Now I'm back on my OPO and the google keyboard seems to be sufficient. I'd like to try something new if it's better, but battery life is a big concern and everything else seems to be worse in regards to battery. So I guess I'm sticking with google
Google keyboard. Its one of the reasons I left the iPhone 6 Plus.

I've used iphones since the 4 series and android devices since the OG EVO. I haven't had a problem with the newest Google keyboard and it's by far my favorite keyboard ever. I can't wait until they release it for iOS, and then I'll have no reason to stay on android lol.
I use shaftamle keyboards available from shaftamle's XDA thread. Best material themes keyboards I've seen so far.
Love the Google Keyboard, it's by far the more responsive and more intuitive. But i'm using swiftkey because the auto-correct works away better than on google keyboard. Would love that google could improve that.
