2.) Wrong section. You cannot post paid apps out of Paid Software, and, as it seems you didn't personally develop it, you can't post it on xda at all

1.) if you say so, 45+ people disagree with you
2.) It is against XDA rules to post paid apps in "Apps and games" sections, in any section. Paid apps go in Paid software announcement - However it's not your app so you can't post it there either, under these rules

2. If they are developed by you, then you can post them in the Paid Software Announcement section.

Can't post warez (paid apps), it's against the rules.
The rest are free and can be easily found with a google search or in the market.

The purpose of this thread is to minimize the clutter and confusion in the already posted "apps" thread. However I did not post this to receive questions why I posted the thread. I also did not request anyone to put paid apps here, only apps that may be hard to find ie not available through the market any longer. There really isn't clutter and confusion in the Apps subforum. Yes, there are a LOT of threads, but it is very easy to use the search button to find what you need. We don't need another thread for something that is already there.

It runs pretty fine on my Nexus S with Chainfire 3D. But there is multitouch bug and it always crashes after while... from what I read this is problem just on Nexus S.
And one comment: I know, that it is not ok to download warez, but I will definitely buy the game when it will be out. And I hate this 'one model only' or 'Tegra only' etc., they should release it for all phones right now, I don't understand why I should wait for another three months even if it run fine on my phone now.

The thread in question was clean and was serving its purpose just as my original did when the Note first released.
I would say motive to abuse power as a mod has been pretty much clearly expressed.
Regardless of the opinion you mention, I will make sure the situation is addressed.

The mods here have made decisions since the opening of the AT&T Note Forum that have made me question their motives at every turn.
There is a minimal sense of community here versus the Samsung Infuse forums. I have heard from others they feel the same way.
Closing your thread, when you have a history of providing good, "leaked" information, is a bit disheartening.

You really need to learn the rules. Finally you slow down on the nb4l posts for threads that never get locked, now you're spouting rules that don't exist. He's telling about an app.
The only problem is the app itself. It's not a scam, it's legit. But you get download apps that give you notification spam, takes a while to build any real points, and isn't really worth it once you get that first card cause all the easy point deals are done. It's a deal that's been around for in app money for a while now. I've gotten lots of $5 gift cards to Starbucks and Amazon off em. But anymore and it's a pain and typically not worth it.

As you can see the rule is concise and doesn't provide a lot of information. Thus this post falls into the category of "advertising".

If you tell me "I just got a HTC one and it's epic! Go buy one." would you get banned for advertising for HTC in the forums?

this part:

is a side note to the above mentioned rule.
according to the rule you cannot sell or trade on forum but if you want to sell then the side note comes into action that xda provides advertising facility. you sharing that code so for a mutual benefit is a sort of trade that you use my code and we both get points. since it is a trade it is against rule 7 so pay some amount to xda and get your ads done.

He's not selling or trading anything, he just put the link to the app in playstore, also the app is free and they do not ask you to pay anything so i don't know how this could be scam, so now you are saying you are not allowed to post here a cool app because you are advertising it? come on dude!
