What revision of CM 10 are you running? They were having those problems on the initial release but I thought those had all been worked out.
S-Off Evita Chameleon Os
I am using official stable version, I fixed some issues though, I switched back to 384 from 192 on low CPU setting, strangely that fixed notification light, GPS issues, I don't know about the sim card issue though but it might be fine.
Regardless I still can't use rohans kernel, still doing the same thing, I even reflashed the ROM and everything, and it still won't finish booting, if I use voldown and power to restart phone then it won't get past the cyanogenmod logo

Sounds like the kernel image is not flashing for some reason. You could try making a backup of working CM in twrp, flash rohans kernel, then restore the backup on top of it.
S-Off Evita Chameleon OS
Ok so first off, sim card issue is unrelated. If it starts to happen more and more, stick a peice of tape to make the sim fit tighter.
For rohan's kernel, I could only get b5 to work. Flash that, it will work I never tested to find out why, could be related to hboot but not sure.
I could never get notification light to work but others have. I didnt really try nor care.

The sim card is a CM bug not a fitting issue, I never had this issue ever until I got CM, it was like this on nocturnal dirty rom as well.
I went back to 192 and still works so I was wrong, notification light is a random bug
Not a cm bug. Its just you. Coincidence perhaps.

Actually its a known bug if you search! I just did not know if anyone has fixed it, it would do it like 3 times on nocturnal rom in 1 day, I went back to viper and for 1 month never had the issue, now back on CM yesterday and now sim card bug, its the software, not hardware
What I don't understand is how come people who make unofficial cm versions never fix the original CM bugs that don't get dealt with?
I have never had this issue on cm pa or any other ROM based on cm so it must have something to do with hboot since hardware is near identical.

haven't gotten a chance to try it yet, but it looks pretty cool.
I'm assuming that it is working on Cm9.. I will flash as soon as I back up all my apps
Also posted asking if it requires s off but I don't think it does.

Update. He said this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=32390758
I'm not sure... Do we need s off to write system?
::Respect::
hmm...as far as i know (which isn't too far, so we'll definitely have to get this confirmed) but as long as you have proper root, you should still be able to mount system. i think s-off is just automatically flashing boot.img..? if you can mount system in recovery then you should be ok im guessing
alright i'm doing it now. lots and lots of cool tweaks (although, some of them are already in the ROM). i'm on scverhagen's cm 9.1 btw. seems like it went through without an error. i'm rev s-off, so can't say anything for sure yet about the whole s-on thing.
Thanks! I will just try it anyways.. I have been meaning to flash the newest kernel with a fresh wipe so I will do it all and report back!!

i tried on virtuous infinity yesterday and everything works so far. after flashing i did have to play around with my network settings to get my data back but it is running smooth now
side note aroma installer touch screen buttons work with TWRP recovery

I can definitely say that the touch screen sensitivity fix works, I'm having less issues with my on scree keyboard registering letters

So recently, I flashed ViperXL 2.0.0 to go along with the Beastmode 3.0 kernel. Everything has been going well, but I've been encountering some sort of bug...that doesn't really seem to be a bug, but there's something definitely up with my phone.
About once or twice a day, my phone will just get up and reboot itself completely randomly. I'm not sure what, if anything, is actually triggering it. The weird thing is that other than these reboots, my phone runs extremely smoothly - without lag, freezes, or anything of the sort. I'm not sure what the problem is, and I can't really replicate it because it happens so rarely. Anybody else encountering the same sort of issue?
Wrong Forum. Try clean wipe, cache and dalvik cache as well and re-flash the rom.

I was hoping to avoid that actually, because I've set up all my apps, settings, etc. all nicely after migrating from the stock ROM. The problem is that the reboots are sparse enough so that it's not a hindrance, but it happens enough such that it's a lingering annoyance.

also get a backup app saves time..
backup only the data when doing a backup in recovery wipe and reflash 2.0 and them restore data . if the reboots are still there then i would say its an app causing the reboots

I normally use Titanium. So you're saying to not choose "App+Data Restore", install the apps directly from the market after a flash, and then load the data in?

I use app + data but only for market installed apps, I don't backup system apps or any of the apps installed with the rom. I personally have not had any problems doing it this way. I have not had any reboots or major lags on Viper XL btw.

I actually flashed the 1.8Ghz version, and I have been running it at 1.7Ghz only.
However, I have all the voltage-step frequencies set to the default. Global voltage is also set at "0 mV". Does anybody have any suggestions for the Voltage Frequency Steps?
Also, although I have the "Use Separate Voltages" unchecked. I noticed two separate settings for Frequency steps that seems kind of odd.
On one, the frequency says 0MHz, with a corresponding voltage of 852mV.
However, right underneath, the frequency says 0MHz again, but with a voltage of 0 mV. Is that something I should change?

Thanks for the work on this ROM . Its probably the most fun I've had with one, since you can easily mod the colors and stuff. Anyway the only problem I have is the WiFi signal and battery won't accept the color changes, but the clock will. Also the analog clock won't work, keeps throwing up a message saying it has stopped working. I know these are very minor but pro lens none the less. Thanks again.

Problem with calls after using a headset
First i want to say I love this rom, seems to me to be the most stable jb rom i've tried. The only problem I seem to have is when I listen to audio (music, audio books) on headphones and a call comes in. When i unplug the headphones to answer the call I can't hear the other end and they can't hear me. The only way to fix it is to reboot the phone. Is anyone else having this problem?

If I am not mistaken when you have headphones in and unplug them it turns sound off. you need to go to the dialer and hit the sound button. Or just answer the call with the headphones in. Let me know if that works for you

I seem to end up getting bsod all the time after a day or so.
Only solution is to hold power button for 10 secs for reboot.
I have notced that when the phone starts up again, there is usually a new app that gets updated. I suspect the problem may be something to do with the play store and auto updates.
Any thoughts or solutions.

After doing so and reflashing Karbon + Gapps + Torched, everything is running fantastically with no reboots/crashes thus far. Got 3hr+ screen time on Torched noOC/noUV.
I have been running the newest Karbon, with Gapps and bubba, turned minimum speed up to 486, have not had an issue for 24 hours, longest for a while.
