There's a thread for this but the answer is so simply I might as well answer.
Nexus 4 all the way.
Much better CPU, double the RAM, more development, always updated, no LG skinning, better build (well it depends, the glass on the back is beautiful but prone to shattering), etc.

Why lg has no good performance?.?

Well has Tegra 3 and 1 gb of RAM which is definitely not bad, but compared to the Nexus 4 it is no match.

The Snapdragon S4 Pro and Adreno 320 on the Nexus 4 is more powerful than Tegra 3. Ive never had issues with lag on games, and I play 2K13, GTA, and Real Racing 3. Having 2 gb of RAM helps too.

Depends on how much and what you are looking for and what you want to do with it...I went with the nook color and flashed android on it and I love it. I choose the nook because I didn't need a camera or needed all the features. As of now I have Gingerbread running on cm7 and over clocked at 1.1ghz .runs smooth, flash player works as well as youtube. Hell u can even running honeycomb off that lil ****er.$250 for it....can't neat the price ...oh and ya this ebook reader runs flash stock soon and the Ipad is 400 bucks and it can't.....I find that funny..

i think it speaks more to the efficency of both OSes, "android can run smoothly on 1gig but windows needs 2?"

I saw it also has NFC grr, but doesn't the Infinity still win in the screen resolution department?

What I wanted to say.
And since I've seen that even Windows RT has a desktop I just shake my head about MS.
What were they thinking? This is a half backed product all over the place.
It's no FHD.
1366×768
That's what I thought, what a weird resolution to go for :/

It's not FHD because of licensing requirements I think. Android is free to license (one of the reasons it took over the smartphone market). Windows is charging for their OS though I'm sure its less for the stripped down ARM OS.
Reminds me of when Windows phone was a huge player. Then it completely died to android because droid was free and Windows Portable (orwhatever it was called) cost 30 bucks a phone.
It may be a big reason why Windows decided to screw over OEM manufacturers a bit and make their own Slate devices. They need to establish marketshare before manufacturers will want to pay too much for Windows OS.
3 mobile operating systems are good.
It's better to have 2 offending invaders vs one...
I get tired of trashing iOS even tho I know little about it other than it seems to work.
Now Windows is a different story...the evile empire from the West will again rise to gather
the rabble of those who have forgotten and cast them into the depths!!!
Be advised...poor souls we will soon be cross-linked and blue screened....
If it has the same specs would it be possible to install the Windows 8 from their tablet to our unlocked tf700??

Very unlikely since you can't buy Windows RT and it's closed source.
I think what i want to know is not the quantity of RAM but if the DR3 is dual channel or not. Dual channel DDR3 would be a nice bump. But i bet its a 2gb single channel stick.

[Q] My first smartphone is getting old.

Hi boys, and girls
As my 2 year contract on my carrier, is getting to the finish line, i want to get something new. (I will keep my small litle muscle phone O1 as a second phone )
At the first i wanted the galaxy nexus, because of the great software support, and the developement, in our xda forum.
Then suddenly i saw the new Optimus 4x, but, there is one but. There is no developement in here, because of locked bootloader
I really don`t know what to take. Thought about the Xperia S, but nope.
The phones what i need to choose from , are - 1. Galaxy nexus
2. Optimus 4x
Maybe Acro S ?
Maybe some other suggestions?
Maybe the new LG Nexus? It'll be $399 on Google Store unsubsidized according to rumors.

Yeah, but it will not be available in my country for a while.
seeing how often google release OS.
I will stick to nexus device for fastest OS update
I love my Google experience device motorola xoom running AOSP jelly bean
Yeah. I think I'd go for the new nexus phone. Just wait for a lil while
I think getting a new LG phone is a waste, Anything other than a galaxy nexus is.
The new android OS? Availably from day 1.
Every app is tested on that first, which means closer to no bugs.
I think that i will take Galaxy Nexus. Just because of software support, developement. The performance is also o.k No need for 4 cores.

Android Tablet

I own an iPad 3rd generation and I am extremely unhappy with what Apple just did. I am however happy with my iPad (even tough I cant stand the iPhone and wouldnt trade my HTC One X for anything else). My experience with Android tablets isn't great. I played with the Galaxy Note Tab 10.1 and it sucks big time and the Nexus 7 is too small. The Transformer Prime TF300 sucked I find; a couple of friends have it and found it laggy and buggy (I got random reboot only looking at pictures. Maybe a custom rom can fix that?!)
I want to basically sell the iPad not because I am not happy with it but because I am fed up with Apple. What would be a good replacement for my iPad?
-I want retina display aka high DPI
-Smooth
-10"
What is out there that I missed?!
Asus transformer pad infinity. Seems to be what you are looking for.
Samsung (Google Nexus 10) potentially being released in the Android event in 4 days. It will supposedly have a higher dpi than the iPad 3.

need help choosing a tablet

so as the title says I need helping picking a tablet right now im looking at the note10.1 nexus 10 and the Asus tf700 resolution is not the most imporant to me im looking mainly.for speed and preformance. for gaming and such anyone have hands on with the tablets that can help? I also want no lag in the home screen I know some devices lag when going through pages on home
screen
I think you should go with nexus 10
It has a great resolution ( I think the best out there) and the samsung exynos 5 chip, though a dual core but a beast. Plus you'll also be one of the firsts to get the latest android!

exactly its a dual core go in reality isn't the galaxy faster with its quad Core? I don't care about resoultion I Care about Power and speed which ;g why I bought the galaxy note 2
Well,
more cores doesn't directly means that it has to be faster 100%. Apps need to be coded properly so they are scaling good with more cores, and I think all you will get is just more points in some Benchmarks, thats all.

Actually its dual core is better than a quad-core cause it has a different architecture, for overall smoothness I will suggest you the nexus 10 but for gaming I wouldnt go for this cause the resolution will kill all the performance in games(cause the gpu is not good enough) and expect poor support for tablet on android.
If you really care about gaming I suggest you an iPad 4 as it has great and more optimised games plus it also has the best gpu on any portable devices such tablets and smartphones.

FWIW, the versatility of the TF700 w/ the keyboard dock is very unique. It has replaced my laptop for sure. But, out-of-the-box performance was lacking. However, there are some excellent devs on here for it, which have negated any lag/performance issues.
That said, I was going to wait for the Nexus 10. The TF700 was a gift. I wouldn't trade
