Hi guys.
I've been noticing a strange message that occurs some times, after unlocking my GNex (4.2.2) and quickly enter Whatsapp. The screen background goes dark green, with the app logo in the middle and, at the bottom, the word "jogos" (games in Portuguese). This screen somehow remembers me the installation screen. Then, after half a second, the screen changes back to normal known chat screens.
I read that Whatsapp is moving towards gaming. Maybe this is a preloaded code to quickly permit the future launching of the inside gaming platform, as a glitch.
I'm trying hard to get a screenshot, but the screen doesn't appear very often.
Any thoughts??

Anyone know how to get to a screen calibration tool on the Captivate / Galaxy S? I've done a search and found a number of links for how to do it on HTC phones, but nothing for the Galaxy S.
My screen isn't far off, but on a number of different sites in the browser it will register a link below what I touched.

Sometimes the problem is how the browser is rendering the page/links. Now and then I have the same problem, zoom-in then zoom-out fix it.
I have this problem on google reader. It's like the ads that get tucked in at the bottom through the click-able area off.
So I usually try to open links from the bottom up. or just give it a little time to catch up... it usually does
My screen occasionally goes crazy on my captivate. I will be swyping in text and it will suddenly jump all over the place...one time it started in K9 mail, another in Dolphin mini browser. Once it starts the entire screen is effected and it makes navigation difficult and usually ends in a reboot. I am not sure if these apps have anything to do with it but I removed them and then reinstalled and that helped. Not sure if anyone has experienced something similar and if there is something in particular that might be causing it. It is extremely frustrating.
this issue has happened to me some times, I've noticed that all the times it happens is because the screen has humidity, water, sweat,etc. At least to me that is the reason.
Received this phone (THL W8S) 5 days ago, and straight out of the box it has had a serious issue where the phone will lock up, the screen will fade slowly to black, and then reboot itself. The problem occurs both after factory resetting AND in safe mode.
The phone is unrooted and running the stock ROM.
Basically during use, the screen suddenly becomes unresponsive to touch and the physical buttons (home, volume, power) all stop functioning. As soon as the phone locks up this way, the screen slowly fades to black over about 60 seconds, at which point I have to leave it to fade completely before it reboots itself.
It happens most frequently when using any browser (stock, or otherwise) taking from less than 5 seconds to around 5min before the random lock up occurs) but also happens when scrolling through messages; scrolling through emails in either of the stock apps; using a compass app which came pre-installed (very quickly).
Initially I thought it might have to do with WiFi, but problem also cropped up with WiFi off, using 2/3G. Then in troubleshooting also managed to get it to happen using the camera (lot of motion, and repeatedly taking snaps).
Also odd is that the batteries I received in the box were generic black ones, not the official stamped/logo'ed THL ones I've seen on every website and every unboxing of this particular phone. So while there's a possibility this may be a battery issue, the fact that the phone hasn't done this while using a more battery draining app (Beach Buggy Blitz; Rayman Jungle Run) makes me think this is a deeper hardware fault related to , although I don't know enough about voltages and such to rule it out completely.

I received the phone on 12 September. The screen faded from the first minutes of use. Yesterday I came three times. In "THL mobile store" recommend updating the firmware. But the update I have not found anywhere.

Im having a strange issue after the 5.1 update on my nexus 5. If I unlock the screen and click on an app, the screen does a weird refresh. After having a close look it almost looks like the home screen is moving down and the app i have clicked on is moving over it. A bit hard to explain and it is cosmetic but looks very ugly.
On occasion when i have received a whatsapp notification, and i double click on the notification from the lock sreen, enter my pattern, the screen will go black and think about what it is trying to do for a second, whatapp will not be displayed and the homescreen will be displayed instead, where as before this procedure would take me to the whatsapp message screen
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue ? any fix ? Many thanks

Didn't care that much but it started to get worse, and today I left my phone on the table, without touching it while WhatsApp chats screen was open, the phone screen started pressing itself and managed to send a message to various chats sharing an invitation to a group I created.
I've tried with various ROMs, from exodus 6.0, to Slim 7.0 and more but doesn't seem to get fixed.
What can I do??

Didn't care that much but it started to get worse, and today I left my phone on the table, without touching it while WhatsApp chats screen was open, the phone screen started pressing itself and managed to send a message to various chats sharing an invitation to a group I created.
