hi all,im not sure iff this is ment to be posted here so iff its not could some kind mod move it to appropriate place,here is my problem:
i rooted this fone bout 4 weeks ago and installed cwm5.0 perm and everything was fine,my wife accidently dropped the phone and broke the digitiser and screen,finally monday digitiser and lcd finally came,so after reading up and watching youtube i replaced both.
I then turned on fone and i think its soft bricked but not sure,i dont no iff me taking it to bits as dun this but really need some help.
back to it,when the fone is turned on it boots up samsung galaxy ace gt-s5830i and plays boot up tune.
Every 2 or 3 boots it goes to a some sort of home screen just like it should but 3 quarters of the screen has the sammy logo on and the top quarter it as the bt icon and facebook icon just like it would if it worked ok but sticks with what i just said.i no the digitiser works because wen the baclite goes out i swipe screen it lites back up.
Also i no screen is ok because i can get it in to download mode and screen looks perfect.
I cant enter recovery mode no matter what i try.
Also the sd card that i saved cwm and root on is not detected by the fone,the fone is recognised py the pc but when i goto removeable storage it says please insert disk,this card defo works because i put it in my note 2 everything is there.
And i did make a backup (nandriod backup) of the fone using cwm b4 i started messing with roms but odin wont load it .
So help please, this fone is only 6 weeks old and my wife is driving me up the wall about it so all info is appreciated,and yes i have seached and tried nearly everything on here and other sites but still the same,
and sorry again iff this is in the wrong place and thanks for reading
by the way i have a friend with the exact same same fone,can i use that fone in someway without damage it to help me?

Samsng galaxys,,i can get to download mode ..but i have tried 20 diff firmware files on every version of odin ,,an several times it says pass ,succeeded,with the green box an all ..but evry time it still only stall on vibrant logo or galaxy s logo .an if plugged in it only shows a battery w no charge.. Can you please upload a screenshot of odin because I have to know which boxes you have checked and which files you are using.
And: how long have you been waiting before restarting the phone? Because some people reported that they stucked 15 minutes at the logo but suddenly it worked...

I ran heimdall with eugene373_samsungS_froyo_pda. An it ran succsefully an said flash complet restarted but never restarted. Now it just black screen w no actuivity at all .. Is it dead now for sure.

maybe you should try Odin(better with those firmwares with partition included?), but how come yours can't be charged?But no worries, you can send it to Samsung service to unbrick your SGS or try the homemade JIG

Hi guys i really need help with this issue
I have a viewsonic 10s that was working on a modded rom for over 4 months , i read up on the vegacomb rom and decided to install it, install went fine , rebooted and rom seamed to work , after switching it off and on the following morning i cant get teh rom to load and more worrying is i now cant get to the recover screen .
the unit is currently stuck ina loop , shows install screen again and then the vengacomb logo but no futher
i have a youtube video showing this but am unable to post it at this time as ii am new to the forum, you can simply search my youtube user gohanni to view please please please help..........

the issue has been still on going, an after many attemptd to put the original firm ware back on i have discovered that teh usb driver that did work originaly to attempt to put the honey comb image on now shows in device manager as having 2 unknowen devices that appear when i connect the tablet via usb .

both of these have esclamation marks, tried to auto update driver to no avail.

Need urgent help!!
I am new to Android Upgrade.. I am using Galaxy 3 gt-i5801. 2 days before when i connected my phone to laptop using samsung kies, it showed me that there is an upgrade available( froyo). I just thought of going for next android version and proceeded for the upgrade.. it went on well but my bad luck just before it completed, my laptop internet got disconnected and even after connecting internet it didnt proceed but failed..
soon after that, my Kies showed me the recovery console and i gave for recovery.. that too failed since my mobile was showing samsung logo but not the download mode..
so i just disconnected my phone and switched it off... now i am not able to boot my phone at all.,.
i tried all combinations like.., vol up,down,home,power etc.. nothing is working..
is this phone dead? as i can see in other threads that samsung service center guys will replace mother board n take 3000+ Rs for the same??
pls help me.. i dont want to spend so much for this now..! plss help me..

No nothing.. i tried all the combinations but is not showing anything..
Maybe it hard bricked.
Try flashing stock rom manually via odin.
Do a google search for it.
Edit: connect ur phone to a pc without battery and try the button combos see if the pc detects ur phone.

Tried by removing battery no luck
also searched google for flashing stock rom manually via odin.
the links which i got was explaining abt going to download mode and flashing it.. i cant go to download mode

so no other way other than going to service center?
Well, i think u will be requiring a usb jig.Its a device which forces a samsung device into download mode even if its bricked.You can buy one online.
This is much cheaper than a new motherboard.Hopes it works.

can i get that in ebay india?? i searched it and can see usb jigs for galaxy s2 but not for i5801 can u give me the link if you dont mind!
its available on ebay india.
i think that the one for s2 will work for galaxy 3 because they have similar micro usb socket.

Hi everyone!
A friend of mine found a samsung wave 2. Because it was locked with a password i tried to flash new firmware on it with multiloader.
It gave an error and now i can't get into download mode anymore, it appears on the screen for half a second and then the phone reboots.
I also can't charge it anymore because if i plug it in, the empty battery appears, and the phone reboots after 15 seconds. It doesn't seem to charge and i guess that's why i cant stay in download mode. Also it gets quite hot while charging...
Any ideas how to fix this? I've found numerous topics spread across the internet but none give a real solution :s

No you didnt help, but i managed to charge the battery by wiring it to my galaxy s2, quite dangerous imo
but i succeeded and managed to get into download mode without rebooting, SOLVED

I have samsung wave s8530... I had tried to flash the same using the turko Cfw version 9,but could not do it correctly... Now the phone is not switching on. And also not going into download mode... Wat should I do plz help

So... Looks like it's hard bricked ... So ... just go to an Authorised service centre, and Play Dumb. Just tell that suddenly your phone wouldn't turn on and that you donno what happened (don't tell about rooting or anything) .... So, depending on how well you acted and how dumb the service centre people are, you 'may' get a replacement under warranty ..

Hhahahaha epic! i fixed it
I used the battery of my galaxy s2 (which has 1 more connection pin and a is lot larger) with some super technical skills and managed to flash a new rom and it worked!
Im in deep problem and im unable to solve
its about my acer liquid e39 and just to make it clear im a nood to the whole flashing of android
now wat happen i have a habit to always keeping the settings( unknown sources ) on
the the other day i download a antivirus for my phone named (e mobile security and antivirus) from a torrent site
it worked grate but then i realized the the licences expired from 2014 so i decided try and download a new one
well i was hoping i could fined one in which i did.
now after i downloaded it i placed it in (Android Data com.eset.ems2 ) folder
any way after doing so the antivirus keep tell me the the downloaded file was a molar so i ignore it and poof that wen the phone start acting up things starts to force close and the phone start to restart by it self i have tried
uninstall an remove the program
factory reset the pone and the virus was still there thats wen the idea to flash a different single sim stock ROM
not realizing i should have backed up the original ROM
ive download a stock rom from (xda) did 3 times yep 3 times and a triple sim stock ROM also
after using the sptool to flash on the stock rom
Firmware (Acer_AV0K0_E39_1.011.00_EMEA_GEN1S )when it was done i unplug the usb and turnd on the phone it took awhile then i saw the welcome screen i sow so glad to see it until i touched the screen trying to press next nothing happen
1. the touch was not working at all but it detect my sim card
i flash the phone 3 times and got the same problem
i open the sp flash tool to flash (Acer_AV0K0_E39_1.019.00_EMEA_CUS1)
Saw the welcome screen and the touch was working very well after finishing the set up the phone is telling me
2. Invalid imei
3. No sim card detected in slot 123
yet the card is in the phone and wen i remove the card the phone is saying( sim1 has been changed, the phone will restart immediately)
can someone plz help me fix the issues im having
