Hi guys i really need help with this issue
I have a viewsonic 10s that was working on a modded rom for over 4 months , i read up on the vegacomb rom and decided to install it, install went fine , rebooted and rom seamed to work , after switching it off and on the following morning i cant get teh rom to load and more worrying is i now cant get to the recover screen .
the unit is currently stuck ina loop , shows install screen again and then the vengacomb logo but no futher
i have a youtube video showing this but am unable to post it at this time as ii am new to the forum, you can simply search my youtube user gohanni to view please please please help..........

the issue has been still on going, an after many attemptd to put the original firm ware back on i have discovered that teh usb driver that did work originaly to attempt to put the honey comb image on now shows in device manager as having 2 unknowen devices that appear when i connect the tablet via usb .

shuttle
both of these have esclamation marks, tried to auto update driver to no avail.
guys and girls really need some help

please help me :- after our long wait for 2.2 to become avail for my galaxy s i was over the moon when i was 'allowed' to upgrade but to my horror when downloading to the phone windows vista decided it didn't recognize my device and terminated connection.
ive tried a few things since to try to rectify , i've deleted then reinstalled kies , kies was also telling me to go into recovery mode which my unit doesn't do , the phone & pc communicate fine to upload & download reg media etc it just seems that when digging android is doing his thing on my screen the pc decides NO!!!!!.
Also after each attempt to upgrade the phone seems to be un-affected and will boot & work without any problems.
As i said before please help as i bought android rather than sellout to you know who and all my 'i' mates are laughing.........
hey guys, because of some errors in the system and after a lot of research, I found a rom that claimed to be compatible with my device, but whn i update it with "smart phone tools flash" the phone no longer boots, a screen appears only with a distorted screen and flashes. .. now the pc no longer recognizes the phone.

I was having a problem watching youtube videos (it would go really slow and then glitch out) so i desided that it was time to upgrade to CyanogenMod well i followed very simple to follow guidelines that i thought would work, installed the fastboot bootloader witch doesent start up for some reason and backed up.. well now everything i do wont get any type of response from the device and i just got it as a gift. Can someone help me is there a program like oden for this device or is there a way to boot via usb or something? please help me

Hello Guys
So i recently purchased a samsung tablet (gt-n8013) it was working fine, i put it to charged came back from work and it wouldn't bootup ,it stuck at the samsung logo..I checked online (google and youtube) and it seems like a common issue with that tablet (thank you samsung), i tried almost everything, hard reset, root the tablet and nothing seems to be working. I also noticed my laptop doesn't recognized the device after i download the latest firmware from samsung,i tried different softwares like Odin or kies none of them wouldn't recognized the device, so it was impossible to root my tablet..i bought a new usb cable and tried the same steps on a different pc still nothing...Its been two weeks now still not working and i don't know what else to do, if anyone ran to the same problem and knows how to fix it ,could you kindly help me resolve this issue or point me out to the right direction PLEASE!!!..Thank you.

Your best bet is to ask for help in your device's forum here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-10-1. But sometimes device's just die. Odin is your best chance to get it working again. With your device booted into download mode and connected to your pc does device manager show anything? Maybe an icon with a yellow exclamation mark.

after i reset my galaxy note 10.1 because i think my device now has a virus on it...well i dont really now....but this is the what happened on why i think my device has now a virus on it :
i wanted to root my device so used kingroot...i followed all the steps and yes i rooted my device but later on i read some reviews that kingroot is not safe cause it is by the way a "just one-click and you root your device without the use of pc,etc" so i uninstalled it..after i unistalled theres this apps just popped out of nowhere...the name of this apps is monkeytest , timeservice, com.android.ap.provider....so i uninstalled them but every time i restart/shutdown and turn on again my device theres this message showing up saying
android is upgrading:
installing apps......
and when i open my device after restart/shutdown those apps appear again....whatever i do they wont dissappear so thats why i decided to reset my device and now i think i just made it even worst than before cause it didnt solved anything at all, the message still shows up after restart/shutdown and the apps still popps up again and now i cant use my device properly cause now its very loggish and freezes/hangs up every now and then and every time i scroll the screen (right or left) theres this voice saying h1 of 5, h2 of 5 , h3 of 5 ,h4 of 5 , or h5 of 5.....
PLEASE!!!! IF ANYONE IS READING THIS...
PLEASE HELP/TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!

Hi and thank you for using XDA Assist
I'm sorry to hear what happened but in these situations is better to remain calm because everything will be fine. So in order to resolve your problem and clean up the entire system from these junk apps i suggest you to Download the latest stock firmware from Samsung here and to flash it/update it through Odin (This will cleanup for good your phone) by using this simple guide over here
