Am I the only one that finds the vibration intensity on the nexus s while texting awkward? I remember the captivate had a feature to change the intensity, is there an app I can download for nexus s?
Good question, right now I feel it's a bit too strong. I'll post here if I find anything, don't count on it though.

I use BetterKeyboard 8 and they have an option to change the feedback rate.

Oh, thanks! Can't believe I missed that
I recommend Swype or SwiftKey...

For Swype, you have to sign up for the open beta.

Love the fact that we have something for MIUI with out buying an app.
Made by the same people that make ripple lock. Both replacements have very good graphically, but they need to learn that root users need to ability to NOT to disable lockscreen, as this is a stupid way to bypass the stock lockscreen, as Tesla the Guy who made widget locker figured out, and uses root to bypass the stock lockscreen which is better.
Tesla has stated he's going to add sense 3.0 replica style lock, but don't know when he will do it

That's odd. My power button works but volume keys don't.

Not for me it works great with cm7.1 RC1 i love this i used miui for a couple of weeks and i loved this lockscreen but had to come back to cm7 because how much faster and stable it was (also i love that you can change the shortcuts!
The developer of this app annoys me. He always updates his free version before he updates the paid version, he did this with ripple lock as well.

I can't seem to disable the default lock so this one is only used as well as power button not waking. tried with a fresh wipe and flash install.these are effecting cm7 nightly 146 with Chad's 6/19 kernel with aggressive undervolt.
Did you disable lock screen in CM settings>tablet tweaks?
forgot about that.that worked once I disabled the poweramp lock widget which also enabled the system lock. that's all good but the power button doesn't do squat while it's locked
I haven't used the app, but it sounds like something that may need to be fixed with it, unless there's some setting for the lockscreen app that you need to change.
Multiple people are complaining about the power button problem both on xda and the market reviews. I emailed the developer about it but no response. The app is very similar to the developers on ripple lock. GREAT potential he just needs to work on it. I hope teslacoil releases a new WL with the sense 3.0 lockscreen soon, I like widgetlocker

Depends on the rom you're using (assuming you're rooted of course). I know BBMod allows you to adjust the LED blink rate, not sure if that's a feature in all AOSP roms or just that one. I'm sure AOSP fans can chime in more. I know ARHD, Coredroid, Bindroid, cleardroid, and VU don't have the option, or at least didn't when I used them..
Are there any roms that have vibration control...I like haptic feedback on my 3 buttons but the Aosp roms are so aggressive. To me it kills the smooth "fluidity" of the Ron when every time you press one it's so strong. I know I can just turn it off but I prefer the vibration, just not that much.
Thanks

was going to ask this today. has to be a small text edit you can make to change the global intensity.
Hi all,
Just wondering is other people have a similar experience.
I have found that on touchwiz roms, the button lights stay on only when you touch them and not when you are busy touching screen. Aosp roms on the other hand, the lights go on as soon as you touch the screen.
The reason I ask is because on embryo 7, it has started acting like an aosp Rom in this respect and I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to change it without flashing.
Thanks
This makes no sense. The lights come on the same way in tw and aosp roms.
