fastboot getvar all
copy the output of this command excluding IMEI and Serial No. into a post. Also what does your hboot say?
How can I get the fastboot getvar all of a thing I don't know how to obtain it. Mean while my hboot was formerly 1.18. Then I now updated it to 1.27.1100

edit your post to remove IMEI and serial no, I dont need them and you should not give then away lightly - I did say EXCLUDING those (meaning dont post them)
for fastboot commands you need to download the adb and fastboot files, they are available from the all in one S-OFF (hboot 1.1x.xxxx), SuperCID etc guide thread in the dev section

Instructions when you get to a pc:
open command prompt, type:
cd C:\path_to_folder_with_fastboot_files
hit enter (eg for me it is cd C:\adb) then put phone into bootloader, connect it to pc and select fastboot usb mode on the phone, then type into command prompt:
fastboot getvar all
hit enter
Even though I followed the steps given on htcdev.com was unable to unlock the bootloader. The cmd window kept displaying waiting for device even though i had connected it to the pc.
Plzz Help...

Thanks anyway..
Just download the latest version of HTC Sync from here. It contains the necessary drivers for Windows 8. Uninstall the current version (if you have installed it)
Also update the Android Platform Tools from SDK Manager
If this doesn't work install drivers with compatibility mode for XP sp3. I was thinking about another thread but this also should do the trick.

There's no risk. Just follow the instructions carefully.
Anyway you have lost your warranty by unlocking bootloader then why can't you install a custom ROM???

thanks man for u help..:good:
You can use adb push method to get the Rom into your sd card...the command is
Adb push /data/sdcard
If you want custom Rom there are few in the development section which you can download...
Or if you need stock Rom then go to thread flashable sense 5 and 4+ in development..
Push the Rom and flash using twrp...
Hope this helps...
