I have been trying to get swiftkey to work but its having issues. Whenever I bring up the keyboard a second later it just goes back down. I have tried re-installing the app but same issue. Anyone else having issues with it?
I'm using SwiftKey to type this reply. It's been working smoothly on my device.

I have a problem whit swiftkey
I am running swiftkey on ICS. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy SII
the text is displayed wrong on the display. How can i fix this?
i have a screenshot.. but can't post it here. because i have to type 8 messages before i can post images.
pressing "Settings" in Chrome causes it to force, anyone else have this problem?
I have a new Tab 2 7.0.
I installed Chrome browser from the Play Store. When I click on "Settings"
in Chrome's drop-down menu, it forces close the browser. I have tried
uninstalling and re-installing it, but it was still behaving the same way.
When I was at the local Best Buy store, I tried it on their display Tab 2 7.0
and it did the same thing.
If anyone else is experiencing this problem, do you have any idea what
may be causing this?
Thanks!
P.S. This doesn't happen on my Galaxy Nexus phone or any other Android
device that I own.
Yup. Happens on my tab running CM9. I assumed it was related to the rom...I was not aware that this happens on stock as well.

guess there's some conflict between Chrome and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0.
Like I said, the Chrome browser doesn't have this problem on my other
Android devices.

from my experience, this problem is only limited to the Tab 2 7.0
(on both 4.03 and the recent 4.04)
not really sure which one to blame... Google or Samsung?

just tried Chrome for the first time on my Tab2 7.0 and encountered this bug when I hit the setting menus in Chrome, it doesn't do anything for a few seconds and then the whole Chrome browser just closes by itself, returning to the home screen.
is there a workaround for this problem?
I was also having this problem a few weeks ago on cm9 but now that I'm on cm10 it works just fine

I have the same problem, it's probably a bug.
It worked when I installed CM10 thought.
Did this problem exist when the Tab 2 7.0 was on Android ICS 4.03?

I guess the problem is on Samsung's end?
it does not do that on my tab 2 10.1 but lags. Currently using dolphin for tablets. Does not lag and seems quite good

Yes, you're right. This setting/close problem doesn't happen on the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 that my friend has. I have been paying with it for the last half hour.
However, I also don't notice any lag when using the Chrome browser on it. In fact, it's just as fast/smooth as the stock browser and the Dolphin browser.
This trouble happens due to screen size. It is known issue and devs promise to include it in next Chrome update
See thread on Google Groups for details: Chrome bug Android ICS Samsung Galaxy Tab 2
Go to chrome://welcome and click the settings link.
Happened to me too, but it seems to be ok now.....running stock 4.0.3

You can use floating keyboard mode and move the keyboard away , or disable the split keyboard

Where is that setting as I can't find it on mine?
I use keyboard view settings>theme and label settings and choose keyboard theme transparent (experimental) . Whilethe keys look glowy and the background of each key is a lighter grey, it's not transparent. Tested this using s note and another app. Even restarted my tablet, but nada.

That's what I get also.
I have bought a bluetooth keyboard for the galaxy note 10.1. The issue i am having is that the on screen keyboard still pops up whenever i am typing and it defeats the purpose of having the bluetooth keyboard. I am not rooted and I hope that I dont have to root just because of this. Is there a way to fix this issue because i only see half of the screen when using bluetooth keyboard. Thanks!

download "null keyboard" in the playstore
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wparam.nullkeyboard&hl=en
I use External Keyboard Helper Pro. Works well. I do not use my BT keyboard very often anymore though, so not sure if it works as well now as it did 6 months ago. Changed to a macbook air for heavy computing work needs and now use that for typing.

Hi guys,
I did a clean wipe of my Note 8 tablet, but I forgot to keep my Samsung keyboard. Does anyone have the apk?
Thanks.
I'd sure love to have this too. The Note keyboard is the best I've used yet.

Note keyboard
Is there any update to the note keyboard? I really liked the way the stylus worked with the note 3 is it possible to port just the keyboard
I had exactly the same problem, but with a phone. I used S-Voice to get me to the play store to download it. Just say "Samsung keyboard" and it should show the apk for you to download.
