Can you guys help with Android development?

Hello, Greetings for the New Year.
I am a final year engineering student, and am making a project that utilises Google Maps + Android. I was wondering if there would be any help available for me, if I encounter any problems in development. I am developing a geotagging app for android devices, which as the name suggests uses GPS/BTS data and helps to tag the current location (using Maps API), for sharing/hyperlinking. So can you help me get started? I have read the android documentation. Is there anything more that I should be reading?
Thank You.
Try posting in the Android Development forum.
thank you

[Q] Backend as a Service tested?

Hi all,
I am the new one.
Because of the stupid 10 post rule in the dev forums I have to ask here, but I still hope to get some answers.
has anyone of you ever tried this Backend as a Service stuff when developing an app?
I am from germany and we also have a startup apiomat.com doing backend as a service.
But this startup is still in beta phase and the us market is much more advanced in this case.
So can you pls share some experience with backend as a service if possible?
Best
Chris

[Q] Code coverage tool - asking for feedback

Hi,
I'm a software developer at Atlassian. We have created recently a code coverage tool - Clover-for-Android. As far as I know for many years EMMA was the only choice for Android platform. I want to break it! Clover-for-Android it still in alpha stage and I'd like to kindly ask you for your feedback - how it works (or does not ), do you like reports generated, what other features you'd like to see, is it better than EMMA in your opinion etc. Every comment would be very appreciated!!!
Cheers
Marek
Neat, I'll give it a try. Any plans for supporting C/C++ native code too?

I am calling on experienced users to help me transform my ideas into reality.

I need help from experienced users to create my custom UI to Android (not a custom ROM). I really wanted his help and skills to create and launch my own custom Android UI.
I intend to release it on Google Play and create an official website, I also need help to develop a messenger app based on other messenger app from open-source.
I need developers, UI designers, testers & advertisers.
I have experience with Visual C#, VB, but now I'm learning to deal with Android dev tools.
If you are interested, please contact me.
