Hi everyone, before you find that Download link here are a few things I want to say. First of all this is a great ROM and has been tested by myself and a few other member of XDA as well as a lot of users on MIUI official forum (more about this ROM below). I DO NOT take any credit for either the finding of this ROM nor am I claiming I have made it. I am simply posting it in the section because it was not getting enough views and replies that it deserves, since this is the best MIUI Jellybean ROM I have used on my Sensation.
Here is the link to the thread where I have found out about this, I think member hkhs10811 deserves your thanks and not me. This is why I have not included a download link in this thread, please do me a favor and go over to his/her thread and show some support If you want to post bugs here, please note that the Dev will not be notified.
The original post on MIUI can be found here

I am aware that the MIUI posts are in Chinese, so here is a brief translation for those who are wondering.
Flash ROM instructions:
Go to recovery
Select Wipe|format
Select Wipe data|factory reset
Select format all partitions (except sdcard)
Then flash ROM like normal
Some disclaimer which I am going to leave out, we all know what it is about.
About the ROM:
CM version was created using patchrom (I am not sure what patchrom is, anyhow...)
CM is bruce2728's [ROM][CM10][Kang][Pyramid][4.1.2][09 JAN]
Change Logs:
3.18 (I this maybe a typo, should be 3.1.18?)
Updated to MIUI offical 1.18
Fixed MIUI call recorder
Updated CM10 base
3.1.25
Updated to MIUI offical 1.25
No OTA this week, because after OTA can't charge (looking for source of the problem)
Kept some MIUI app
3.2.1
Updated to MIUI offical 2.1
Camera replaced to 4.2, fixed theme, removed stock gallery
"About phone" in settings, has been fixed, no longer shows internal storage as 0
3.2.8
Updated to MIUI offical 2.8
(The Dev has stated thanks to a number of people include Bruce and MIUI.)

A brief review:
I have used this ROM for 2 days now, here are my current thought. If I find anything out later will post it here too.
This ROM is in English for those who are wondering. Although there are some missing translation e.g. "USB debug" in notification. Some of the font is a little weird, however this should be easy to fix.
No stock google apps such as "play store", but you can easily get your hands on a copy somewhere.
"Google Talk" app is not included and you can't install it like other google apps, I fixed this by doing a backup of the app on Bruce's ROM then restore it on this one. Maybe do this before you flash, just to save some of your time.
Some screen flickering here and there, nothing worth complaining about
Weather app only works for cities in China. Although this is not a ROM problem, more MIUI problem
The physical search button doesn't seem to be bounded to anything, might just be the apps I am using.
Other stuff I found out:
Force GPU render in "Development" makes animation smoother
Overall this ROM feels smooth, I haven't encountered a FC yet nor a reboot. From what I can see all the apps are working as expected. Some translation are missing on themes but doesn't affect the experience too much, you kinda could guess what it means with out knowing Chinese. I haven't tested the battery properly, will post a screenshot later on when I have done it properly. The battery life for this ROM is very disappointing compared to Sense ROM like Viber, and worse than Bruces's ROM in my mind. However I haven't got any hard stats to prove this, maybe try Sultan and see if it is any better (what i am doing right now).
I encountered less FC (The FC on Bruce's ROM occurs when I pull down notification on lock screen sometimes it causes FC and needs to reboot to fix it.) on this ROM than other Jellybean ones, I definitely recommend this ROM from what I have seen. But I haven't tested Camera, Bluetooth or similar "buggy-areas" because I don't use them much, there may well exist bugs or problems. The thing is if it exist on Bruce's ROM my guess would be it is in this as well.
I can confirm this is a great ROM. Very smooth, although I'm missing the dutch language which is a pity. It might be handy to put up some screenshots of the ROM.

You might be able to use the Desire Z one as a base if you try to create your own but I don't think it'll work if you try flashing it without changing it slightly...
I tried it myself too, it's a great rom! I did not used it for long but I can tell those two days i had no issues.
The stock Kernel is very smooth, but I can't stand the battery life. Sultan is better in terms of battery life, but very laggy

Sultan kernel is good on battery life and bad in terms of performance? Most users share the opposite opinion
Last time I tried it, it was very good in performance but the battery life was like a taximeter lol.
What config do you have for low performance? What governor are you using? Memory Minfree presents? (through kernel tuner) ?
Let us know, I have it actually really fast, but the battery.. meh lol.
My config: Governor: on demand.
Kernel: sultan latest as I'm writting.
Mpdecision on.
vsync on.
fsync off (default).
Minfree presents: Agressive II (Less lag or non at all).
No zram / hard swap / soft swap. Just this and no issues.
Take care, let us know

I have selected everything default, apart from Governor which I chose Badass, It lags as hell and got to the point I said screw it and flashed back to the stock kernel Now everything is smooth again, going to give it a full charge and see how long it lasts tomorrow. Will also monitor it with CPU spy, my phone is kept awake a lot maybe that is why battery gets drained so quickly.

R19.5 of my kernel is not laggy; you were probably using an older version.
Google Apps package 'gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip' from Goo.im installs, however Google Play keeps on showing server error. The same package was working flawlessly in Stickman89's MIUI ROM.

Try finding gapps-jb-20121011-MIUI.zip, that one is optimised for MIUI.

You are using sense version, this MIUI is AOSP based. Hence the proper thread is here.

DESCRIPTION
The struggle to find the rom you need is over. Some people like CyanogenMod 10, Some prefer AOKP, Some like the advantages of Paranoid Android
To cure your rom hunt we have come up with the P A C man Rom.
PACman is a unique rom.
We have picked the best features from CM10, Aokp and PA and combined them in a single rom so you get the experience you deserve
To enjoy the features of every available project without the hassle of flashing regularly.
The Rom is rock stable for an average user but keep in mind the Rom is in WIP stage so expect some minor hickups but we are trying our best to resolve these issues

NOTES
- Gapps
Google let the source code available, but the google apps (google play, gmail, etc) must not be included in the rom. In order to really use your device, you must add them by flashing them.
Three possibility :
1) Multipack v3, allows to add 4.1 apps, but also to specify your gps region, change the launcher, the font etc.. flash it in the recovery, and use the touch menu from AROMA
2) 4.1.2 gapps : the complete and official gapps (85 Mo)
3) Minimal 4.1.2 gapps : the minimal version (11Mo)
4) use h1n1's gapps for CM10
- Paranoid add-on :
It adds the paranoid settings, with the possibility to specify plenty of settings per app, like the type of display (tablet/phone) the dpi etc.. It is really a great addition.
It is not included by default in the rom as molesarecoming and D4rKn3sSyS, the PA devs have asked not to implement their work in other ROM.
I would have continue to develop only PA if it was still maintained, but the Paranoid team split, with a new branch created AOSPA, which is not available and only developed on nexus. The old branch with CM stuff is not updated.
If the zip does not add, you can unzip it, take the apk and put it in /system/app, and chmod it 644.
That's why i took the decision to put the add-on, in order to benefit from these functions. But the members that deserves your gratitude are molesarecoming and D4rKn3sSyS.
- Backup and restore in recovery :
To make a working backup, please select the tar format in the backup menu of CWM 6.x.x. recovery. This one works well.
Really nice work. :good:

strange, Razielwolfy told me that it was not working ..
this rom is very great but it seem to be lagging in front of CM10
with the same app installed i have 59 mb free ram with PAC and i have around of 100mb free with cm10
i've added some tweaks by hand on the last build, and they might not be so great, in addiiton of V6-supercharger
otherwise, just go back to the previous build, with the mods

Do remember that the free amount of ram you still have has nothing to do with how fast your phone is this is a common mistake people make!
The apps that stay in your RAM are staying there until you need RAM for another app and your device will automatically clear some idle apps to make space for the other app..
Then what is so great about this?
Well if you launch a app again which was still in the RAM memory it starts a lot faster. So basicly its pretty health for a device to be completely out of RAM :highfive:
For people who are interested in more read this article
http://www.rt-embedded.com/blog/archives/linux-memory-consumption/
(note that Android is based on linux for those who didn't know)
i know that but in the reality this rom is less reactive!
i have tried the previous version and it was the same problem
less reactive than what ? previous version with or without mods.. be constructive please
it is less reactuve than cm10 but it is the same as the previous build
i am sad because i prefer the look of pac like in menu or web browser
i can notice also strange scrolling in all JB roms

Hmmm.... I'm about to flash the latest PAC build, but I'm using the first one now. I have to say that it's very smooth and fast and responsive on my phone. Matter of fact that's one thing that been a fact since the very first rom build Ben put out. Since just about all that have tried this rom don't have the same experience as you, maybe something happening during the flashing process or maybe even something running in the background is causing your glitches. Just a thought.

i t s not the first time i flashed rom but i noticed on pac rom the running process parameter takes 40mb of ram
Weird I had the opposite feeling with those roms.
CM10 felt very sluggish for me and looked like it had trouble running on my phone
PAC rom however runs smooth like a ICS rom would run its the best and fastest JB rom I have seen till now (although I haven't tried MIUI yet)
here s antutu score
and ı cant make setting ui to 200 dpi m changed it to phone ui but ı cant set dpi bigger i want 200 dpi on pa setting its possible but on pac ıt s not possible :/

Well all I can say is I'm using the Jan 8th release now. Smooth as glass. Extremely responsive. No lag,no stutter, no nothing to hinder navigating the rom. I have missed a few pages, so I'll ask if anyone else is reporting this issue.

i use the first release of pac rom for ot995, so far no problems. i do experience some lag, but it might be of apps installed (like viber, facebook and other apps that stay active even if screen is locked). i downloaded the today release, and i'm about to try it (saw v6 supercharge in changelog )
ı ll take paranoid prefences apk and take system now m changing setting dpi hehe

I guess every one know PACman, it's CM+AOKP+PA. So same bugs, same features. I didn't added, removed, or modified, anything - just put the p720 device tree into the source (synced against latest repos) and built it. So all credits goes to the awesome CyanogenMod Team, and of course the folks from ParanoidAndroid and PACman.
And many thanks to the whole community, without XDA and the awesome tutorials this wouldn't be possible.
How to flash: Same like CM10. If I need to tell you this, you better don't flash
Not working: 3D Features of course
No Gapps included! Flash the usual jellybean pack, like found here –> Goo.im
Remark: Don't be to harsh, this is my first rom
Source: In case anyone want it, all "my" sources are on Github.
Kernel: https://github.com/mcdope/lge-kernel-omap4/tree/3.0-workingmerge#readme (Make sure you use the "3.0-workingmerge" branch, master compiles fine but wouldn't boot)
android_vendor_pac: https://github.com/mcdope/android_vendor_pac
r2 - First update!
Added (or better said removed from packaging removal) ParanoidPreferences
Added ParanoidWallpapers
Added LG ICS Bootanimation (sourced from androidbootanimation.com)
Newest jellybean sources from all upstream repos
Download Update #1 / r2 -> [obsolete]
r3 - Second update!
Removed Superuser + SuperSU, added koush's variant instead
Updated kernel from 3.0.21 to 3.0.39! Performance, and hopefully battery, improvements
Antutu Score: ~450 points increase
Quadrant Score: ~300 points increase
Note: benchmarks got done @ 1200 Mhz and performance scheduler, but kernel defaults to 1000Mhz and interactive! You can adjust this in the usual places...
Again synced with latest upstream sources, but no real changes there...
Download Update #2 / r3 -> p720_PAC_JB_4.1.2-v19.3.0_r3-final.zip - 140.54 MB
NOTE: I've stopped all work on this ROM, since I got annoyed from not getting CM10.1 to boot and the loosy battery performance of the 3D Max. So my 3D Max went to the pocket of my wife and I switched to a more developer friendly device - Xperia Z. I'll still answer questions here (no PMs please - esp. if you disabled recieving them ), but no updates anymore for sure. There wouldn't be real changes anyway...
ANOTHER NOTE, THREE YEARS LATER: This ROM is still dead - nothing changed from the infos in this thread. There is NO need to ask me questions about it by PM. Which, on another note, sucks anyway - questions belong in the thread! Even if I wanted to answer them, I couldn't - see, it's ridiculous there is even a need to tell so, I haven't used it for 3 years now... Also I recommend to stay away from this device as far as you can - it just sucks.
Thanks for the rom. Gotta love the PAC. Which CM10 built did you use?

Its compiled from latest jellybean branch, so its CM10.
There is currently no CM10.1 device tree for our p720, but i will try to get a working 10.1 compile, but that wont be as easy as this so dont expect much. Like written, im totally new to Android builds xD

I don't know why to be honest. But as far as i know (which isn't very far in this case ) Android (or the kernel) reserves some for himself which is subtracted from the shown RAM

If you're asking if 3D is working, see OP - or the post right in front of yours . About kernel: it's based on the CM10 omap4-common kernel, but patched. For details about the changes see my Github log. What do you mean with out date?

Even if I had problems with it, the cool thing about GPL code is that it wouldn't matter But no, i've got no problem with it - go ahead and pimp the hell out of it.
But be careful if you use "my" kernel, and/or device tree. The github for both has a bunch of commits that never went into this rom. This is because of many tries to get CM10.1 based code booting (getting it to compile was easy, but hangs on bootscreen forever - i gave up on it). If you wanna fiddle with it, and get problems, i'll try to help you. But i don't have the Max anymore for testing...
I've got annoyed from not getting CM10.1 to work and the absolutly crappy battery life. So i would be perfectly fine if you "overtake" it. (Got myself a yuga / Xperia Z and dumped the LG to my wife - thanks to a tax payback )

I've got annoyed from not getting CM10.1 to work and the absolutly crappy battery life. So i would be perfectly fine if you "overtake" it. (Got myself a yuga / Xperia Z and dumped the LG to my wife - thanks to a tax payback )

Thanks for your fast answer man!
Just one tip I promise that I don´t bother you anymore.
By now I was messing with copying files from one rom to another, some configurations, but I couldn´t understand for example why some apps don´t run in JellyBean ? Like the 3D ones and a non-3D like Polaris Office and Radio FM, its because of the framework or the lib ? or both ?
call echo problem ?
Hi
after years...
I've searched the whole internet for a mirror of this rom but no luck
anyone can upload it for me?
I want it for my father WhatsApp doesn't work on a4 anymore
Can you see it clearly, or is it just your hallucination? No my friends, this rom is REAL and it's yet another SlimRom sibling that resembles SlimBean the most! Welcoming another A2EPT Rom port, for this glorious day the new Mirage Rom has been released for your enjoyment!

All credits to this rom's creator(s) and original sources. Non-kexec roms need you to be on ICS kernel to work, so JB leak rom users beware!
This rom doesn't have the 1% battery hack, but it's really not hard to work with.
This spot is reserved!
Slim, fast, and smooth..noticed it's missing the 1 percent battery mode though..would love to have it too
Oopz missed that in the op

I keep switching ROM. I am in love with this ROM, it is fast, smooth, and filled with enough features to get me by. Only problems that I am having is that there is no 1% battery mod, which isn't the end of the world. Also i was wondering how do I get the minimal amount of UI tearing?

Yeah, the lack of 1% battery is annoying because there are several of my ports that have it and it's hard to add without breaking something. -_-
As for minimal ui tear, if you haven't already done this for any rom you can go to Developer Options, scroll down to where you see Transition and Window scale. Set those two to .5 then lastly, you tick the 'Force 4x MSAA' option and that should do it. Good luck and enjoy all the new ports!:good:

Man, I just love the fact that you always respond super quickly. Thanks! that seemed to help! And ya it kind of sucks that if you mess with something that might cause another problem, but it isn't the end of the world, battery life though seems awesome! Glad i switched.
Boot looping
First of all, Thanks for this wonderful rom :good: :victory:
Smooth and battery saver
Now some issues I faced (Installed on system 4)
1. No Battery 1% mod, but thats not a big problem, you can install battery widget by Pedro Maicas from play store for correct battery status.
2. Wifi tether has some issue, its not turning on. So I installed wifi fix and it boot loops. I guess that fix was for CM 11 only.
thats all for now. I'll let you know more once I reinstall it tomorrow

Whoa, I thought that would only work with kexec only roms, thanks a ton for letting me and everyone know it does!
You'll have to stick with that app as in-call volume adjustment is a problem in most of our roms, hence that's why that app was made.
FYI, I have NO idea how it works as I'm not a developer and only work with already-built roms.

If memory serves, the cm builds off their website were never good. If (and that's a big if) you can find a jelly bean ROM in development that still dl's they were all really good. The one I used to endorse is no longer available (PA), but I would suggest giving the ones you can find a try and decide from there. The 4.1.2 ROM's were fully functional, past that and things started to lose functionality.
Thanks... I going to go with an ICS like Blaz3r 4 |4.0.4.... Anyone have a DL link?
Thx

@FerociousAndroid like @njstein said the 4.1.2 JB roms are ok so you don't have to go to ICS---I am currently "downgrading" mine from CM11 4.4.4 to a CM10 mod because I started having problems with my battery not charging correctly (don't think its a ROM issue) and tired of the speaker phone not working and no audio after attempting a WIFI call.
4.1 JB ROMSstill alive
Anyhow these 2 roms I had problems when transferring files via USB (ROMs/GAPPS) and kept crashing so wouldn't recommend them. As for stability otherwise with them I'm not sure but LiquidSmooth seemed to crash more.
-[ROM][PORT][4.1.2]AllStar LiquidSmooth Jelly Bean Edition: Couldn't change how many home screens etc were there--they removed that pref and added their own.
- [ROM] PACman Rom Galaxy Blaze 4G Alpha1:
The -[UNOFFICIAL]ProvisionMOD 4.1.2: seems really good so far but I don't like the perpetual weather in the top. Otherwise the battery usage was great and liked the customability for the toolbar.
The other ones that are still "alive" besides ProvisionMOD are--
-[ROM] AOKP JB Blaze 4g UnOfficial Beta #1:
-[ROM] ParanoidAndroid 2.53 JB UNOFFICIAL:
-LiquidSmooth Jellybean: Mirror Link still works but since I had problems with the updated AllStar version I'm not going to try it
-[ROM][UNOFFICIAL]SlimBean-3.1.0 build3 [TFQ]: I am build numero 3
GAPPS
In light of keeping the necessary files that I had to search for in this post here are links for Google Apps. There are many many GAPPS links still around but this one had links for every version and this year 2015! :good:
[Gapps-Mini][2015-05-27][4.1+/4.3][4.4.4][5.0+/5.1.x] For All rom's
[Update]Gapps Lite - JellyBean - 13-07-13' | ICS - 30-05-13' | a very very slim version of only 15.5mb
MODS
Here are some mods that I recommend also which come from 4.2 ROMS making the JB better :good:
[APP][4.1.2] Android 4.2 Clock Better clock
[MOD][APP]LP/KK/JB/ICS Email APK with Exchange Security removed (Updated May 2015) Allows you to delete email directly from the notif and if using the 4.4 ver you do need the exchange2 file also

Glad I could help....I too am just now starting to use that ROM; the PA rom I like except battery useage was a little high and logged of the mobile network by itself once---the major thing that is missing on the SlimBean is all of the ring tones. I ended up saving all from the PA ROM in /system/media
Been almost a month on "SlimBean-3.1.0 build3 I am build numero 3" and loving it. I'm using UVMB1 modem and seems stable w/ very good reception.
@krazzdav
Are you using any custom kernel? I'm trying to set my data to 2G to conserve battery and the stock kernel are unable.
@FerociousAndroid
I've ended up going back to the Provision Mod and using that one. I have a 2G option under wireless& networks -> more -> mobile networks

EDIT
Screwed up my Slim Bean install flashing the wrong kernel. Installed "Provision Mod" font size look perfect. Still unable to switch to 2G Data.
I can switch to 2G no problems and get the E next to my radio bars---I am using the T769UVMB1 radio though
Edit--oh you're using the same modem I see---hmm not sure why yours isn't working. I am using CWM and did the wipe for new rom, cleared cache, cleared dalvik, and ran the blackhole wipe also before installing the rom. If that doesn't work maybe try formatting first?
My kernel ver says 3.0.49-BlueLightning-v4.1.2 randy....etc
Thanks krazzdav. Still can't get the 2G to enble. As soon as I select it, it goes gray and won't check box. Who knows what the problem is. So happy with the Pro Vision ROM with better DPI, Battery Life, FAST CHARGING, OC, etc... Working great!

Do you have a Network Mode selected right above that? I have LTE/GSM/WCDMA selected on mine. Maybe try selecting the other option too then see if selecting 2G works.

This rom is basically a global developer, more so than even xiaomi.eu, since there are less modifications. No Chinese apps, battery life is variable on the releases, which are weekly. Keep in mind that their community is only in Russian, so this could be a problem.

How many roms/different versions have you used btw on prime?
I found eur rom 8.1.3 is the 'best' battery and to last longest compared to the other ones I tried... I using 8.1.3 again.
Epic was ok/good though battery for some reason didn't seem so good.

Hi guys. Here's my review of this fantastic ROM. Generally I'm impressed by this rom. It's almost perfect. Everything works. After trying all available roms for 4 prime this one looks the best of all. The battery is as great as the global 8.2.4 which was great too. You can see the details in screen shots. I have charged it 77 percent and that's the details. I rooted and flashed xposed on it too and they work fine. Titanium works great. ( not working on official global roms even after I rooted them and that's why I switched to this from global.) the other strong point of this is the ram management. Ram is 1.5 gigabytes free as you see. This was just 1 gig in other roms. Swipe up gesture to start searching which is only available on China developer roms works on this too so no need to install nova launcher for having this great feature. By the way I have used lineage and mokee too but I like this one best. Let me know if there's any question.

No. The system partition will be overwritten when you flash the Rom. If you wipe system before flashing MR build it may show 'failed to extract /system' error. Rebooting to recovery again is a solution then.

See /system/media/audio folder for available sounds. See if it's not empty. If you can't set any external sound files as ring/alarm, that may be a bug to look into. I was just sharing this rom here and in no way is related to MR development team. Hope things gets fixed in the release next.

I'd like to be honest to say this but that's the fact
