When I click on read info in NSS pro I get these info and I am not able install the qualcomm bootloader. In windows 8 the nss can find my phone, but I got nss stopped message everytime. I tried to run in compatible mode and tried to run on my other computer with windows 8 but I got the same error. Now I am running VMware with W7 X64 and get this phone info:

I'm not sure what the problem would be since the software and box should force flash the phone, assuming the phone is not physically damaged.

Was the phone dropped? Possible loose internal connection? Phone is showing the correct imei?
