Your best bet would be to flash the stock firmware onto your device using flashtool.
1) Download flashtool from here: http://androxyde.github.io/
2) Download Miro firmware 11.0.A.5.5 from here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_d8uWGbkaetR1ZuSWlUcTNNQVk/edit?pli=1
3) Install flashtool to your computer, keep the install location default to keep things simple.
4) Move the firmware to the flashtool directory. Default path is C:\Flashtool\firmwares
5) Install the device drivers provided with flashtool. Default path is C:\Flashtool\drivers. Install every driver firmware possible.
6) Open flashtool and click the lightning bolt. Select flash mode.
7) In the new window select your Miro firmware what you moved to the firmwares folder. Do NOT change any of the tick boxes as doing so can cause complications. Press okay.
8) Let flashtool prepare the file for flashing. Once it has it will ask you to connect your device in flash mode. To do so plug the large USB end into your computer, remove your phones battery and leave the back off. Connect the small end of the USB cable to your phone and hold the volume DOWN (-) button. Insert the battery. This puts your phone into flash mode.
9) Let flashtool work its magic. It takes about 2-5 minutes to make your phone work again.
10) Enjoy your working phone.

For Flashing Stock ROM fastboot drivers are not required, only flashmode drivers are required which Windows manages to get them easily. I wanted fastboot drivers for my phone which were in Flashtool -> Drivers folder. But the installing always used to fail. After lot of google searches I found out as the drivers were not digitally signed Windows used to block it's install process. If you are having same problem just Google 'How to disable driver signature enforcement in Windows'. It helped for me

Install all the required USB drivers of your phone on the computer. Download the Flash Tool: http://dl-developer.sonymobile.com/tools/Flash_tool_for_Xperia_5.zip
Install the Flash tool. Once you have installed the flash tool open the folder "drivers" from the flash tool folder and run flash-tool drivers setup file. Install all the necessary drivers from the list of drivers provided by setup the file. By doing this you will install all the necessary drivers for your phone in case if you have missed any while flashing the custom ROM. Now download the ROM: http://fs1.d-h.st/download/00031/uCW/LT18i_4.1.B.0.587_(1254-27160).zip
Extract the contents of the zip file and place them in "firmwares" folder in the installed flash tool folder location. Now open the Flash tool and hit the flash button (lightening symbol) and choose Flashmode. Select the firmware you have downloaded above and check the boxes "wipe data" "wipe cache" and "no final verification" and leave the rest unchecked, hit OK.Now switch of your phone by removing the battery. Reinsert the battery and connect it to the PC by holding the back button which will connect your device in flashmode. You can see*green*light glowing on your phone's LED.The process will continue and the official base ROM will be flashed on to your mobile. Once the procedure is completely done unplug your device from the computer and restart it. Your mobile will reboot as a new mobile and you can customize the options on the user start up.
