CM9 20130120 will not boot after turning off phone - General Questions and Answers

Installed cm920130120p505.zip and gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip
The cm9 install went well. Rebooted well. Everythings appears to work fine, make and receive calls, WIFI & G3 works. Turned off the phone and it would not reboot. Just a blank screen. Tried to reboot into recovery. Won't work. Removed battery and waited. Tried recovery again. Won't work. Tried again, this time it rebooted into recovery! I then went ahead and flashed gapps thinking maybe it needed gapps. Turned off phone and it will not reboot. I sweet talked the phone into recovery and went back to Gingerbread 2.3.4.
I did the normal procedure for flashing. Wiped and formated, cleared the cache and wiped battery stats. Flashed the rom, rebooted. Everything looked great. Turned off the phone and tried to reboot into recovery and got the blank screen. You have to try rebooting into recovery by removing the battery and reinserting it and try the boot process maybe 2 or 3 times before it will work.
My Phone Stats: LG-P505, Android version 2.3.4, Kernel version 2.6.35.7-perf, Build number GRJ22, Software or Base Band version LG-P505-V20f - I am unlocked and rooted.
I did install the wrong gapps at first but I figured I could just reflash the correct one afterward and it would get rid of the old gapps. To make sure, I cleared the ROM of everything and started over from scratch 2x. Same result.

need to know if i bricked my nexus one

i had n-xtreme rom flashed on my nexus one, i downloaded and tried to flash cyanogen 6 and gapps. while doing that the flash for cyanogen went fine, when i went to flash gapps it clicked on leo's froyo rom instead and flashed that. i reflashed cyanogen and gapps and rebooted, it went to the screen with the android and the arrow pointing to the box. i powered it down and when i tried to reboot it does nothing. i've tried pulling the battery. i've tried the hard reset and rebooting to the bootloader and nothing works

Nexus One doesn't load past the multicoloured logo

Ok I have a massive problem here. Last night I decided to use the 1 click universal root app to root my phone and flash it to get CM.
I downloaded the app did the root, downloaded clockworkmod then did a clockworkmod recovery. After that finished i was given a pre-root option to backup my phone and wipe data/storage.
I only chose back up my phone. My nexus one then rebooted and proceeded to backup my phone then it went to install CM 6 RC2.. After this had finished it then rebooted and went to the multicoloured animation where the colours ceom from the left and right..
Here it would continuously loop and never do anythign else. With this I pulled the battery and loaded into recovery where I was in ClockworkMod. I then proceeded to use the recovery and as it was doing the recovery it just froze and the progress bar nor any words would come up.
From here I pulled the battery again did a soft/hard reset but it would hang on the loading animation again. I then did a wipe data/clean option and now it just hangs on the X logo.
On my sdcard I still have the clockworkmod folder with the backup, nandroid, system and all the other files as well. Vodafone Australia have no stock of the Nexus One at all and won't be getting anymore in since it's a finished product
I barely have any cash for a new phone and need to know asap what to do to fix this problem! If anyone can help!
When you installed Cyanogen CM6 did you install the proper baseband also or you just didn't write it down for us? If you had 2.2 on the phone before you rooted the baseband is ok for CM6.
Did you try hooking your phone with USB and try if ADB interface works? If your computer sees the phone via fastboot?
IF fastboot works, you could always restore your stock recovery and install a stock FRF91. (And then try again with CM6, this time installing the proper baseband AND WIPING like you should when installing CM6!!)
When installing custom ROMs always read the install instructions whole first then install.

[Q] Fastboot and RSD don't flash, wipes don't work, stuck in bootloop (sort of)

A customer (I kinda do this for work) brought to me about 8 months ago a MZ604 full stock. I rooted, enabled BigPart, flashed CM11, customer happy. Yesterday he called me because the tablet boots to Android and immediately reboots. Easy, wipe, reflash, done.
Nope. Wiped data, rebooted. All the same. Wiped SYSTEM, I mean, deleting the ROM, all the same. It's like the memory is freezed (like on Windows when you reboot and everything you did in that session resets).
Tried RSD, stock ICS. No avail. RSD reports the flashing was succesful, but everytime I boot I get the same CyanogenMod animation. ROM boots, works for a few secs, and then reboots again.
I HAVE NOT A CLUE. Whatever I do, no change. Noting happens.
Also, when trying to change the recovery via fastboot, it reports it flashed correctly, but the recovery stays the same version.

[Q] Galaxy tab 2 p5100 keeps on rebooting

Hello everyone, I need help with my Galaxy Tab p5100.
Few days ago, I switched from CM 10.3, to SlimKat. To do so, I had to install the CWM 6.0.4.5. I did this through recovery mode (I had an earlier version and flashed the new version through the older one) and it worked just fine.
I unlocked the root feature, installed some apps, including the Xposed Module, Greenify and BootManager.
Everything was working just fine til yesterday. Before sleeping, I turned off the tab.
Today, and all of a sudden, as soon as I turned the tab on, it keept on rebooting every two minutes for no apparent reason. It just starts, boots into Slimkat, then it reboots.
At first I thought it might be a malfunctioning app, so I booted into safe mode, it stayed a little longer than 2 mins without a reboot, then it rebooted again. Tried that more than once.
I did a factory reset, wiped cache, cleared Dalvik and formatted system from the mount and storage section. Still the problem was there, and surprisingly all my apps and personal data was still there!!
Tried the back up and reset option from the ROM itself, while on safe mode, and still nothing happened.
I tried to flash CM 10.3 back via the CWM, it tells me that it succeeded, then I reboot and SlimKat is still there!
I tried to install the TWRP via Odin, and the Odin said PASS. Then when I rebooted into recovery I found that CWM 6.0.4.5 still there!!
I tried to flash the TWRP via the existing CWM, and again it says operation is successful but when I reboot into recovery I find that CWM is still taking over.
I even tried to flash the official JB 4.2.2 ROM via Odin, and it FAILED. (the P5100XXDMH1.tar file)
I feel pretty helpless and I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Update 1: I can delete an app or two before the tab restarts, and when I did and the tab restarted, the apps were restored!

Phone keeps rebooting to TWRP but the ROM works

Not really sure where I should have put this but have a weird issue. I have a droid turbo xt1254 that I have rooted and flashed many times. The most recent, today, I accidentally did a full system wipe and when I went to reflash the rom already in twrp, it gave me an error.
I then tracked down cm13 for my phone, which had worked previously and reinstalled it but every time I reboot the phone, it goes straight into twrp.
I have found that If I reboot into the bootloader, I can choose factory and whichever rom I have installed works until I reboot.
Can anyone help me stop this and get it to boot straight into the rom?
