So i bought a new lcd, because i broke it a few weeks later.
A techinican put it on my phone but it sliced the screen as you can see in the picture.
Any ideas? I tried screen optimalizer apps, cwm wipe, KDZ update to oroginal v20g... :S

May be it's problem with the lcd. Because it may uses different driver for the display.

Ok so what were you trying to do?
And what does white screen mean? Do you see the bootloader screen with the three band color? Or can you see the splash screen when you first power up the phone?
Sounds like a ROM update gone bad.
Bootloader, I see none. When you sign a white screen. Computer saw no phone.

How did this happen? What were you trying to do? That may be helpful in solving this problem!
This was probably due to the fact that I wrote in the program TeraTermPro format ALL. After that phone ceased to be included

Sorry my friend - this phone is now completely dead. I've heard of people trying to open their phones and trying to manually revive the OS by hooking up to the chip via JTAG, but I don't think anyone has been successful. See this thread, and you will know what I mean that the phone is dead. Sorry.

YES! TeraTermPro will kill the phone with the format ALL command. It happened to me recently but was lucky my phone was still under warranty. Send it to service center for replacement of the mother board. Luckily they did know what happened.
I am sorry about your case and good luck to you.
Help any ideas? I tried to upgrade to the new radio and now the phone just shows a large recovery icon on a black screen.

cant get into any fastboot, recovery either. can get into radio bootloader though. can i flash through that?

All the times I have flashed a radio it was either through recovery or fastboot
Not sure about radio bootloader, can you tell me how to get into radio bootloader screen please?

hold the trackball button, then the blue LED comes on, nothing on the screen though.
Well not seen that before, does adb recognise it?

i am going to take my phone to friend who services phones, with serial cables and box-es, so i'll see what he's gonna tell me...
that is the last thing that comes to my mind...if that wont help, i'll put it on my shelf and leave it to dust

please keep me updated, as i am going to contact HTC to repair it for me. no doubt ill have to pay because it is classed as a out of warranty repair (even though I am in warranty)!

Well, we should figure out if it's a hardware problem or software problem.
Have you recently flashed another ROM or kernel, or messed with system files?
Have you dropped, pushed hard on the screen, or caused any damage to the screen?

Have you tried reflashing stock firmware with Flashtool?
I recommend you trying that, but be sure to uncheck the "wipe data" checkbox, else you will lose your apps and their data.
As reading your story it doesn't sound like a hardware issue, so reflash stock firmware, perhaps try the calibration patch once more after reflashing, and tell us the results.

First of all, im very sorry for my english, im really doing my best!
I have an XT1032 (from Telcel Mexico) that ended in bootloop (im attaching some pics).
I already tried to flash all the 4.4.2 stock firmware (from http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=14) from my carrier but no one works on my phone. Every time that restarts end whit a bootloop.
The phone just show the warning message an then the next screen goes completely black, after a few seconds its restarted.
I dont know what else to do... ¿Maybe flashing another stock firmware? I think the partitions are messed or something.

If you used your phone in the last two years, I would say definitely no. I think the screenshots got overwritten more than one time during that time. Of course there's always a minimal chance. But in that scenario it's really minimal...
