I am in USA.
Some of the applications are priced in euro and GBP.
WHen i pay with google checkout my credit card charges me for the conversion.
So , Is there a way to pay just in USD so that i dont get charged extra.
Thanks
Since there are app developers in other countries they have every right to get paid in their home country's currency. If you don't want to pay the conversion fees, don't buy that app
^ He's correct.
You have to pay the conversion fee.

I am not denying that app developers in other countries need to be paid, but just look at other app sites like itunes , you pay in your own currency and the developer gets paid in their currency.
WHy should i pay the bank around 25% of the price of the application
I second this ... there should be a general currency conversion for your selected country EX: if I'm in the states the prices are all configured to USD or if I'm in a place that uses euro the prices are all displayed in euro

I bet the prices would include the conversion fee, a hidden cost...so apps, even though in your country's currency, will be a bit more expensive.
Someone has to take the hit.
If the charge is from your bank, then you should take up this problem with your bank, not the developers or the market. Some banks dont charge a conversion fee, maybe you could switch to one of those.

That was pretty fast from google ;-)
Have you heard about the SWAGG APP? Swagg is a mobile app for your Droid that makes gift giving and gift card managing easier than ever. The app allows users to buy and send gift cards to anyone on their Droid. If you get a gift card purchased on Swagg that you don’t really care for, you can even swap it for one of Swagg’s other participating merchants including; American Apparel, Crocs, ArdenB, Wet Seal, American Eagle, Live Nation, 1800flowers.com, Omaha Steaks & Steve Madden. Then, you use your gift card on your phone, just like a credit card – the clerk just scans the bar code they send you!
Once you’ve downloaded Swagg to your phone, you will automatically receive exclusive offers from Swagg retail partners and other local businesses for discounts towards your next purchase. You can also scan and store your existing plastic gift cards for better, clutterless management and the Swagg App will keep track of your balances at the same time.
Not only is the app free, for every download and activation, Swagg will donate $1.00 to Stand Up 2 Cancer between now and 12/31/11 or up to $125,000, whichever comes first.
You can download the App via your Droid phone!

Phone will 100% ship factory unlocked.
If he is buying it in America, shipping will be $10 for 3 - 5 day shipping, or $14 for 2 day. Taxes will vary depending on what state he is in.
If it helps at all, my final price was $388 total including shipping and taxes.

in the U.S. a state is like its own little country inside of America. Some have sales tax, some have income tax, some have both.
Most states have some kind of sales tax. It was $10 for shipping on top of the $350, so $388 minus the $360 means I paid $28 in sales tax,
If your friend lives in a state with no sales tax, it would be $360 or $364, depending on what shipping method he used.
There are 50 states and only 5 do not have a sales tax, so odds are your friend will pay some sales tax unless he lives in Alaska, Montana, New Hampshire, Delaware, or Oregon.
Yup I paid $21 in taxes, cos I'm from Maryland. It varies from state to state.

Now that the Google Opinion Rewards app shows your reward history and I know that I have some credit that is almost a year old and about to expire, what I'm wondering is if purchases use the oldest credit first?
For instance, if I got $1 in credit in November 2013 but have also added a $25 gift card to my balance (for a total of $26) and I make a $1 purchase, does it use that $1 in reward credit first so that it doesn't expire?
Just an FYI for all those who didnt know. I just copied and pasted the details from Samsungs website:
Make at least one successful purchase before March 31st with Samsung Pay with an eligible credit or debit card to get a free $30 Gift Card! Offer is available to all owners of Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge with a valid Samsung Account from March 11 to March 31, 2016 or WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Eligibility is restricted to one offer per Samsung Account per device. Purchases from Bank of America Debit and Synchrony private label credit cards are not .
Gift Card Choices
Eligible users can choose ONE $30 gift card from Best Buy, Regal Cinemas, eBay, Whole Foods and Nike. Full $30 value will be applied to a single merchant and cannot be split across multiple merchants. Gift card will be delivered directly to user’s Samsung Pay wallet and redemption is restricted based on merchant rules, terms and conditions.
Hope this helps!
Read this while putting gas in my Jeep and went in store and bought a 2-bottle for $3 soft drink special, paid with my phone and now have my $30 Best Buy gift card in Samsung Easy Pay, so thanks!

I've made a few purchases with my bank of America card but apparently BOA is not eligible for this promotion according to Samsung...even though they have their logo plastered all over the Samsung pay page. Such bull

These things are generally a collaboration between businesses. In this case, I'd bet between Samsung and their banking partners whom I'd wager are bearing the bulk of the costs for this promotion (with the bank whose card is used in each instance paying back Samsung a large portion of the gift card's cost, and the gift card issuer agreeing to a discounted cost to issue the card). Probably BOA, for whatever reason, declined to participate in the promotion.

Just got an Ebay Gift card. Couple that with my free wireless charger I got yesterday, and I am loving my S7 Edge
Yes I'd have to say Samsung has really pulled out all the stops with this product launch. The sales and related promotions, combined with their greatly improved advertising campaign, have been very impressive. Some carriers are even offering BOGO deals which I've never seen done with new, highly anticipated flagship smartphones before.
It'll be interesting to see what they do for the Note 6.

Went in BestBuy today and they were offering the free wireless charger with purchase.
The terms for the 30$ gift card says no bank of american debit card. Does anyone know about BoA credit cards?
Anyone who got the gift card (I chose Best Buy) have problems adding it to their wallet?
Did the purchase yesterday, requested the $30 certificate and chose Best Buy. I received a notification of the $30 Best Buy gift certificate in my Samsung pay app. However when I try to add the gift certificate to my Samsung wallet I get the following message:
"Gift doesn't belong to the given user"
Appreciate any help with this. Can't figure out why it's saying this to me.
