Poetic Revolution for the HD 7. - 7" Kindle Fire HD Accessories

I received mine last week and this is the best case I have found that offers drop protection, a built in stand and screen protector. The build quality is on par with Otterbox, Gumdrop and Trident. It fits well and so far has passed the 4 year old test with my son. I can't post links because I only lurk on the forums, but you can find it on amazon for $30 with prime shipping.
Product Features
A state-of-the-art revolving stand, allowing for multiple viewing options.
A loop hole for an optional carabiner, in case you wanted to attach the device to your clothing or backpack.
Made with PC and silicone, the flexible textured material allows for great grip, slip-resistance, and impact resistance,
The Revolution features a touch-sensitive, water-resistant screen-guard.
Additional functions include a flip-out stand for easy typing position, dust prevention and port protection.

Anyone grab this one yet? Curious how well it fits, and how well it works with the glass screen protectors. Looks very durable, and I know that their tablet versions are highly respected.
I got the poetic atmosphere from amazon for 6.95 (it's now 8.95) and I love it.
Fits great and I love that that you can still see the back of the phone somewhat. Although it says clear it's really more smokey and best of all it's light and keeps the phone thin

Appreciate the reply, but that case is a very different animal compared to the Revolution.

Probably late to the party, but here is my Amazon review:
3/5 Stars -
After spending approximately 2 weeks searching and deliberating for a Galaxy S4 case, I settled on purchasing the Poetic Revolution. I was drawn to the Poetic Revolution because it combines a sturdy outer shell with a built-in screen protector/cover. This is a rugged case which will no doubt keep your expensive piece of technology safe from minor accidents, moisture, tumbles and scratches.
I also have to admit that I like Poetic's brand logo; maybe I've been watching too much Game of Thrones.
Being under $20 at the time of purchase made this buy a bargain, compared to similarly designed S4 cases.
It's important to note that, while this case is a value, it's not perfect.
1. It's difficult to keep clean. the TPU/rubberized plastic body is something of a lint magnet. Depending on the surface or pocket your device is in, it picks up white flecks very easily and can be a little challenging to clean with just a simple finger wipe. Likewise, the screen cover (not being directly attached to the phone's screen) has a tendency to capture dust underneath it. The plastic below my home button has become a minor haven of dust.
2. The belt clip is almost useless. Part of my initial draw to this case was I was looking for something with a kickstand, and thought this might be a viable alternative for something portable. The reality is the included belt clip is unwieldy to use when attached to an actual belt or pocket, and the attachment mechanism (using tension to clip to the top and bottom of the phone), seems very prone to breakage over time. Likewise, to actual utilize the belt clip as a kick stand, you have to lug it around. Personally, I prefer my device sans kickstand, so I haven't found myself using it.

Nope, not late at all. Enjoyed the review and it pushed my decision to avoid buying this case at this time.

[VIDEO] Acase Supreme Pro Dual Layer Case for Samsung Galaxy S4

Acase sent me a handful of these cases as a "sample". Despite this coming as a shipment via China Post, I was happy that it is far superior to Spigen counterfeit (Slim Armor) cases that come from the same region.
This case fits my description as a mid level protection case. The criteria for that is that no portion of the device can touch a flat surface when mounted inside the case. Most are dual layer. True dual layers are usually a plus in my mind as I believe they will provide more impact absorbtion in general. An example of a case that I consider not true dual layer would be the Speck Candyshell or the UAG. Both pieces are molded together. Some cases that fit the first criteria can still slim into the low protection category. The Seidio Surface seems to straddle the border.
What I'm really trying to say is that this case will most likely protect your device from most falls (ie getting out of the car while the phone is in your lap). For most colors, I wish they were a little grippier. Far from the worst I've felt though. The matte black version feels a little more grippy in my opinion.
Everything appears to fit together really well. The polycarbonate layer hold the silicone layer in place like it should. The volume rockers and power button give feedback when depressed. No struggle there. All ports are easily accessible.
The price comes in lower than most mid level protection devices though. On their Facebook page they link to this Amazon listing:
http://bit.ly/16uGGRw
There it is available for $24.95 with free shipping. In general a mid level protection case will run you around $35.
Color Notes:
White - standard white plastic
Black - matte black
Iron Gray - has metallic flake
Red - has metallic flake
Royal Blue - has metallic flake
Pink - did not receive
Light Blue - did not receive

[Review] Urban Armor Gear for the GS5

Note: As you can see this is my first review on this account so please if you have any constructive criticism please leave it down in the comments below, and thanks to UAG for giving me this awesome case for me to review and their awesome costumer service is unparalleled compared to other case manufacturers. For this review I picked up the Aero case for my GS5, but you can go on UAG's website where you can find lots of other variations depending on your liking.
Lets start off this review with when you first get your case. The box is very nice and minimalist and comes with your case and a scratch resistant screen protector (that I personally don't use.) that is a nice extra for that 100% protection feeling. Putting the surprisingly light composite case onto my gold GS5 actually complimented the phone very nicely instead of giving it a huge bulkiness such as my otter box defender might give me, or my dreaded Lifeproof case which Is just horrible.
The case itself feels very sturdy. There are no creaks or give whatsoever once you put this case on, it kinda feels like a tank in that aspect, and is also (MIL STD 810G 516.6) certified which if you guys didn't know is military drop testing standards. The side has these rubber grips which keeps the case from slipping off your hands which is appreciated, and a nice touch. On the top and bottom you have these impact resistant corners which make your phone not only drop protected but also a very nice addition to the cosmetics of the case as well. On the front you have this frame that rises above the screen so that you can lay your phone face down with confidence that you won't scratch the screen. On the back you have 5 screws that give your case a very nice industrial feel and is very eye catching. The back also houses the impact resistant core.
Putting this up against the Otterbox defender not only does the UAG case wins in the looks and feel department, but also in the pricing. The Otterbox starts at about 60$ while the UAG case is only 35$ plus free international ground shipping with fed ex ( far superior than UPS) which is an awesome deal. It also comes to show the quality service they provide choosing Fedex over UPS, since Fedex is a bit more expensive and if you refuse to pay the brokerage fees then the sender has to pay them, which is why most sellers choose UPS so that its cheap and cost effective, but a hassle for international consumers like me with their ridiculous pricing for brokerage and unreliable service that is often never on time. (Koodos to you UAG)
A major problem that I find with protection case manufacturers is that their cases tend to have glare and blur when you use flash with the camera or they forgot to put space at the top for the IR blaster. UAG meticulously makes this not a problem for consumers by making these ports still function at the same time give you the same protection without compromise. Another problem is looks. Lifeproof and Otterbox are in direct competition with UAG for protection but will never come anywhere near UAG with their choices of bold colours and their style.
That's all I have to say about the case and don't forget the company themselves. UAG makes high quality cases putting style, comfort, usability, and protection at its top of the list without compromise. The case earns a 10/10 for me and is easily one of the best cases I have ever used for the Samsung Galaxy S5 and any other phone out there that they make. 2 thumbs up from me.
Go and pick up a case for yoursleves at http://www.urbanarmorgear.com/collections/all#samsung-galaxy-s5 Outland is a very nice colour choice in my opinion.

Found another case on amazon $8 with prime

http://www.amazon.com/Moto-Style-Pu...=1445563528&sr=1-65&keywords=moto+x+pure+case
other colors too same price http://www.amazon.com/LK-Absorption...=1445563842&sr=1-76&keywords=moto+x+pure+case
-Dual layer
-black
-sizeable cutout of the moto signature color accent on back
-shock absorbent
-No known bugs, You tell me.
It's a case, why would there be bugs? lol
love these type of cases! thanks!
Complementary bugs in your cases packaging maybe?
The CIMO wave case has been awesome for me, it's very slim and adds grip in right places. Had an incipio octane prior to the cimo, it was bulky and didn't feel good to the touch.
Got two of them, I'm not a big fan of mine. My wife likes her pink one though. It's too thick... way to thick for pocket users.
I've had this two weeks. Pros - easy to extract phone to fit in my armband for workouts, very low cost. Cons - It's too easy to remove the case. I've picked the phone up a few times and noticed one or two corners coming free. The pliable inner layer is all that protects the corners, and this layer is neither as thick at the corners nor as dense as I'd like (my ideal being a Ballistic Shell Gel). I'm happy to put up with bulk for protection, but I'm not confident this protects my phone adequately.
This one looks identical in every respect, but comes in eight colors and is cheaper at $6.99.

Several sleeve reviews with pics

Hey all, thought I'd post a few quick reviews of some sleeves I ordered from Amazon. I've always preferred to keep my devices naked in hand, but protected in my pocket.
First up is the Rustic Leather iPhone 6 Plus Sleeve Handmade by Hide & Drink :: Guatemalan Cacao - $9.99 at time of review
Pros:
Cheap
Excellent Quality
Great Protection
Very Attractive
Can Charge Phone While In Case
Cons:
Adds A Slight Amount Of Width
I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this case when I opened the package. For $10, this sleeve is an absolute no brainer. Honestly, I'd consider it a bargain at two to three times the price. I'm pretty sure I paid $50 for a similar iPod Touch case from Saddleback Leather a few years ago. This product is very comparable, but uses a thinner piece of leather. The Saddleback case was very rigid, which was good and bad. Good in that it was very protective, bad in that it was very bulky in the pocket. I'd actually say this case is a better product because of the thinner leather. It's certainly not skimpy by any means, and I think it's a better compromise of protection vs bulk.
As you can see from the product name, it was designed for the iPhone 6 Plus, but as you can also see from the pics, it's a perfect fit for the Nexus 6p. Very tight to slide the phone in, but fairly easy to remove because of the cutout at the bottom.
Highly Recommended

Next up is the xhorizon TM Dark Elastic Neoprene Absorbing Pouch Case Cover ZY for 5.5 inch iPhone 6 Plus - $6.49 at time of review
Pros:
Super Cheap
Decent Protection
Keeps Screen Clean
Slim In The Pocket
Cons:
Less Protective
There's not a whole lot to say about this simple Neoprene case, other than that it does its job well. The Nexus 6p fits perfectly inside and remains fairly snug, requiring a bit of a tug to remove. Nothing significant really, but you don't have to worry about your phone just falling out of this case. As you can see in the pics, the back of the case is slightly taller than the front, which offers a bit of added protection for the top of the phone.
Another nice feature of this case is that the Neoprene does a great job of cleaning the screen as you slide the phone in and out of the case. This became especially apparently when I switched from this case to the leather case above. All of a sudden my screen seems peppered with little dots of lint that I hadn't noticed before.
Protection from this case will be mostly limited to scratches and scuffs from the detritus in your pocket. It may help pad the device in the event of a short fall, but I certainly wouldn't depend on it. For my purposes, though, I find it to be a great case.

Third is the Synthetic Leather iPhone 6 Plus and 6S Plus Sleeve - Slightly Padded Microfiber Lined Executive Professional Synthetic Leather Case by Dockem (Dark Brown) - $9.99 at time of review
Pros:
Slim
Cons:
Unattractive
Creased
This was the first sleeve I ordered for my Nexus 6p and based on the 4.7 out of 5 star average Amazon review (out of 29 reviews!), I had fairly high expectations. This was probably one of the most disappointing items I've received in more than a decade of shopping at Amazon. As you can see in the last pic, it's a very flimsy, thin sleeve. The one I received has a very ugly crease through the middle of it, which was not caused by shipping as it was in a box laying flat with one other item and several inflatable pockets of cushioning.
The Nexus 6p does fit in the case, but it's a pretty tight fit. It's a little more difficult to extract the phone than I expected, but it is manageable with the slot cut out of the top. Not sure what else to say really, I hate this one.
Definitely Not Recommended

Last is the SOSAM 2Xpack Microfiber Sleeve Pouch Cover CasePouch For iphone 5 5S /iphone 6 6plus , Samsung HTC ONE / Blackberry Z10 Mini Wallet Purse Hand Bag Cloth Coin Cell Phone Bag Mobile Pouch (Black) - $8.00 at time of review
Pros:
Dirt Cheap
External Pocket
You Get Two?
Cons:
Major Lint Collector
Weird Clasp
You Get Two
At least with this case, I wasn't expecting much. With an effective cost of $4 each, how good can they be? Well, let's just put it this way, I want my $8 back. I have two dogs, and as soon as I opened this package, dog hair was immediately sucked from throughout my house to the felt of this pouch. You'd have thought these things were made by Dyson! On the positive side, the Nexus 6p fits fairly well into this case with a bit of extra room on the sides. The top is another matter though, the device protrudes a few millimeters from the top edge of the pouch. The unwieldy closure is a pain to use and despite the manufacturer's description of a drawstring closure, neither of mine function in that manner. You have to feed the longer string (with the bead) through the shorter string which catches on the bead to keep the pouch closed. Not very innovative and not really that functional.
About the only positive thing I have to say about this case is that it sports an external slot/pocket where you could store a pair of earbuds or a few bucks. Don't waste your money.
Absolutely NOT Recommended

I'm still waiting for my fitBAG Beat White custom tailored sleeve for Huawei Nexus 6P. Fine nappa leather pouch with integrated microfibre lining for display cleaning to arrive from Germany. I'll update this post when I receive it.
Do you think the phone would fit in any of these if it has a slim case on it?
Only the Sosam, which I really wouldn't recommend.

That's too bad. I would love to find one that can handle a slim case. I need it to put my phone in when I stick it in my backpack prior to going through airport security.
Thanks for these reviews - VERY helpful!
