Hello need help to find this app

Hey any one know about an app that i could leave my phone somewhere and watch the camera from my tablet or someting similar??

Try ipwebcam. I used to use it on my phone to use as a webcam, and you can view the stream online which I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do with your tablet.
I'm sure there are other webcam apps out there also. I seem to remember using one that streamed the camera over wifi but I can't remember the name of it.

Crackle

FYI, watched a movie on crackle last night (Step Brothers). I hooked my phone up to my TV via HDMI, and it worked fine. the only issue was that I got no audio, so I had to connect the headphone jack to my Home Theatre System, and all was good from there.
had to sit through a commercial or two a few times, but that was it. streamed fine.

yeah - had to get from another site. forgot the sight - but got from a droid forum.
I was able to download the apk to my pc and move to my sd card and install from there. I got it from this link (though I had to sign in using my google account). http://www.1mobile.com/crackle---movies--tv-96544.html
installed successful and the app opened. haven't tried to watch anything yet.

Skype?

Ok some of us use it on our Android devices but who actually thinks they (Skype) are keeping up their end of the deal with Android as they do with say an iPhone, I for one on a HTC One S so not find that the app itself is very good mainly they audio and I've had no issues with it on my old iPhone and yes I know why use Skype on an iPhone when they have FaceTime but I did so anyway who actually likes it or do you think that Skype needs a few ANGRY Android users in their ears to give them some imput?
ok
You can use other app, don't bother your self with skype
you can use tango , viber & yahoo messenger...............ect
there bis so many alternatives to skype

Personally I feel like Skype just works really bad on the HOS for some reason.. cause when I use Skype on my Nexus7, the audio quality is a lot better even though I'm on the same network connection and everything..
I have exactly the same issue with my HOS. Skype doesnt work well on this phone. Audio quality is quite poor. I have used skype on my other devices (on same network), and didnt have any issue with audio quality. Only with this phone skype seem to have some issue.
I had galaxy ace 2 before this phone and skype worked well on that device. The audio quality was great.
Seem HOS has some software issue, hope it will be resolved in next software updates.
However Viber works very well on this phone, i tried it, audio quality was excellent (on wifi).

[Q] SmartStay on the Tab 2?

Hi all!, i have the GTab 2 7.0 with JellyBean 4.1.2 rooted, i know that there is the 4.1.2 but my version has IR.. but, my version doesnt have SmartStay, like the S3 and s4, and i heard that the 4.1.2 have that!, its from stock or a modification?
That is a feature of those devices not a feature of android 4.1.2, simply having android 4.1.2 wont automatically get you that feature. Unless a developer decides to take the time to try and port that feature (if it's even possible) to our tablet then we will not see it.

And seeing as how the p3110's 4.1.2 has it, I'm sure the p3113 will have it when our 4.1.2 firmwares start rolling out.

SmartStay has nothing to do with the IR, it's a thing that uses the front facing camera to tell whether or not your looking at the screen and turn the screen off if you aren't.

I know what smart stay is. The op said he had the gtab 2 7.0 with the ir blaster and wanted smart stay. Well, ripper ROM works on that tab, and supports both ir and smart stay. It works most of the time for me, if i am in portrait.
Hence the word "and".

Yeah, it is not working for me now either. When I first installed this rom, it would at least detect them in portratit, maybe the lighting was better or something.
I use keep screen on, anyways. it keeps the screen on depending on the position of the tablet, upright vs flat.
Edit: yeah it depends on the lighting, because it is working fine now. When I move my head it starts to fadenthen when I bring my face back into view the screen comes back on. Still, keep screen on works better, great app.

[Q] GT-P6810 JB 4.1.2 Stock Rooted MD3 USB Host problem

Just a minor bug I have noticed in this otherwise excellent ROM. It seems that the USB host isn't working correctly on my tab. It constantly disconnects and reconnects both with a USB drive and a mouse. I am using an el cheapo ebay adapter btw. This works fine on stock ICS and PAC. Incidentally, the Samsung keyboard works perfectly but the problem is duplicated when the adapter is plugged in to the keyboard. Another minor bug, (I am sorry of this has been asked before), but 5ghz wifi doesn't seem to work.
Anyone else flashed this and noticed these little bugs? Otherwise, this ROM is cracking, really smooth and even smart stay works!!
Cheers guys,
ATB,
Karlsbug
Still away and not yet able to flash.
What can say is that there are posts regarding 5GHz Wi-Fi band with the P6800 4.1.2 JB. This "bug" is probably related to the firmware itself or modem/region incompatibility. Some have been lucky to fix it with a simple factory reset, others not.
The USB dis/re-connect may be kernel and or mount point related. I don't know for sure until I can test and replicate.

After a busy week tonight was the only free night I had. I tried all of your suggestions, thanks for those, I couldn't get it to work. I think I followed all the steps correctly, no joy. So I just thought flash the deodex version, bingo! 5ghz appeared straight away. No problems with connection at all. I have just to test the usb host issue now, will update asap. All seems to working ok on the new version, multiwindow is good. Nice white background on settings, and no mini apps, excellent.

All fine with 4.0.4 but mount/dismount issue with that great ROM I would like to use.
