[Q] Phone won't turn on at all - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

After unlocking my bootloader and rooting my phone I did a back up. Then after that I attempted to install a custom rom jellybean and gapps. When I finished I hit the reboot tab and then the phone turned off and I waited for it to turn back on but it never did. No lights, screen stays black and not nothing when I try to hard reset with the power button and volume button process. When I connect my phone to the PC it says drivers did not install correctly so my pc wont recognize my phone anymore. And while phone is connected to my pc I tried a hard reset or fast boot and I do hear a double beep when holding the buttons. But that's all it does and till no lights or any sign of life other then the double beeps while connected. Can someone please help me out of this jam I gotten myself into. I really appreciate anyone's help thanks

Is my phone bricked?

This morning I found my phone turned off, while charging. I turned it on and it's vibrated 5 times and stayed on the white myTouch 4G screen and does nothing. I am able to get into the bootloader but cant boot into recovery, it does the same thing.
Im running Virtuous Affinity 1.46
Any help would be appreciated.

I hope not. I don't really charge my phone that much, like every 1.5 days i charge it. Don't use it that heavy, I dont even have it over clocked, it running at 1GHz.
I have insurance, I want to call them to get a replacement but I have S-OFF, and I cant get into the phone to turn it back on.

Have you tried the stock pd15.img. That will make it purely stock, you flash it in the bootloader.

Is the S on or off? If on then ship it. there's been a lot of times when these phones and the G2 have died randomly. Its the processor itself. Get an replacement.

This is a weird problem. The phone is def not bricked and it is not your emmc chip or processor. Go into my thread stickyed in the dev section and flash my file with the Eng bootloader and CWM 5. At that point go into recovery and try to restore an old backup.

If you didn't install anything then it sounds to me like a hardware issue.
Maybe your battery is drained and broken, so that nothing can start up?

Before trying to do anything, read read read and read some more. The problem you are having is easily fixed but you should definitely have read up on some of the dozens of guides out there as to what to do after you have rooted your phone

Are you S-Off rooted? Turn your phone off (unplug it too), after it is fully shut down hold power+volume down until the bootloader comes up. At the top it will say S-On or S-Off, report back.

Dude you forgot your recovery....I'm not sure how though as it should be in all instuctions posted. Recovery is the second most important thing you should understand, of course after knowing and understanding root.
Don't do it because your friend Bob has a rooted phone and says you will get tons of free apps ( this is not CRApple OS ) do it because you understand the benefits of having a rooted device.
*edit*
Listen to youngcorruption and download ROM manager to at least get recovery then start reading

HTC One X won't boot / turn on after flashing Kernel.

I was on Evita Sense 5 Port ROM and flashed ElementalX 6
I went with the default options in aroma, but at 1.7ghz and selected a lower voltage (one above) the default option.
And now my phone wont turn on.
WHen I charge it ,theres no red light that comes on.
I've tried holding down the buttons
I've already posted in the ROm thread..
But I dont want to fill it all up about my issues you know..and I feel like I'd get much better help here if it has its own thread.
I got an advice about letting it sit plugged in for a while until the light comes on, which is what Im doing now...
But for the time being, if anyone there has any other tip/solutions?
Oh and yes ,Ive searched :X

I bricked mine mucking about with partitions. Got a new one from Telstra.
If you can't get it to start neither can AT&T, so no-one will be able to see if it's unlocked/rooted.
Some will say it's dishonest, but you could just go and take it to them and say 'it won't turn on'. Not really a lie is it?

I just decided to send mine into HTC since their warranty still covered it, its already being sent back and it only took literally two weeks. Not sure if they just fixed the same phone or sending me a new one but they handled it extremely fast and the customer support was great.
