Is there a way to change my low battery notification? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Is there a way to change the low battery notification? A zip or an apk? Or do I have to go in and dig around in the system?

[Q] Status Bar Battery Percentage

Hey guys
I'm wondering if there is a way to have battery percentage on the stock battery icon just like the one in cm6 as I dun like having a battery indicator showing up in the notification area.
Can anyone help or teach me how to make one?
I'm currently using P1000ZHKA1
The best you might get at the moment is the Battery Indicator free on the market. Otherwise I use great widget called Battery Widget on my homescreen and it works good.

[Q]Battery mod

Has anyone found a battery mod for the status bar? I love numeric battery's but don't want to waist space on the status bar. ...

I sure it will be a setting in the new rom's.

I have no problems with the stock rom though. Especially since all the bloatware was never there to begin with. Like with the mytouch 4g I used iced glacier because it had good htc apps I just don't like bloatware.

yerp, haha... I mean, we already have a clock on the ticker, why do we need another one? lol that is what i was saying
I know what you mean. I'd take it. Could I just flash it over the gb theme?
And also, is there any way you can get a 1% accurate battery icon in the notification bar? XD

I was looking into getting rid of the clock in he status bar and getting 1% battery incriminates but I never seemed to get it to work right. I did have a custom battery icon but all the icons I found were like 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 etc and I didn't feel like making my own
the images for 1% battery increments are in framework-res.apk/res/drawable-hdpi in the gingerbread theme zip it looks like nitsuj17 tried to put them in there but unfortunatly didn't finish it... Wish I could be of more help XP

Sweet! I'll be happy to try this out. It would be nice to have more space on the notification bar.

[REQUEST] Notification bar tweaks

I decided to play around with my phone and create a new layout. I'm currently using GC 1.9.1 and would like to have the battery and time icons removed, and( unless someone can point me to a text widget) have the signal indicator colored white. Attached is a screenshot of my current layout. I'm trying to go for a very simplistic text layout. If anyone can lend their assistance I will make sure there is some monetary compensation. Thanks in advance!

My sugestion would be to wait. Making the clock and battery go away will be an option kn GC 2.0. We are getting close to finishing, it wont be long now. I cant give you an exact time, as we ourselves dont know, but hang in there, great things are coming.

I'm really looking forward to 2.0. Is there a way to hide the signal strength icon as well?

Just checked. Yes it is an option.
Backup your current services.jar or you can pull it from the gummy zip just in case you want to revert but here you go, will remove the battery and clock. Just flash it in recovery, been using it for a week or so and it works fine.

Thanks mbh! That worked fine. Now I guess I gotta wait on GC 2.0 to be able to remove the signal indicator.

I hate the clock in the bar since I run a bigass time widget. I also run a battery percentage widget so I look for a non accurate battery icon, but nuking it is even better. Thanks

[Q] Is there a app or mod to include the battery percentage?

I'm on Android stock and I don't want to flash any custom ROMs or kernels. Is there any app or mod that will add the percentage of the battery to the battery icon?
I'm not talking about it being in the status bar. There's tons of those available. I'm talking about the actual battery icon next to the signal strength meter. It's so weird that's there's no stock option to have the percentage available or not. Any idea if that will be included in Ice Cream Sandwich? Thanks!
Simply put no. Need rom or kernel something of that source. U myself have looked

I know CM7 has that option, but I plan to stay on stock until ICS comes on out. Thanks for letting me know.
