Dear Great People!
I am facing STUCK APX MODE after using NVFlashing. I did all of the suggestions but could not succeeded
I read some comments under tread about adding GPS in G-Tab that Viewsonic G-Tab have different hardware revisions so I decided to start compiling different revision here with pics of main board and semiconductors used even I noticed lot of resistors looks to be used for configuring some thing like address or function!
I am putting here these info of the tab that I have and faced APX problem.
I already marked ICs.
Revision:
7265C VER2.0
2010-08-06
HannStar J MV-4
1 hynix HY27UF084G2B
2 Samsung KLMAG4EEHM-B101
A1 NVIDIA LA07B132 1030A3 NN5416.S03 T20-H-A3
A2 WM-BN-BM-01-S
A3 hynix HY5PS1G831C
NVFlash status? Not Succeeded and stuck in APX.
Thanks

That one.
There are some reasons why this is can't be ported :
Chipset : Exynos 4210
CPU : Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9
GPU : Mali-400

Saw that, but it has a lot of bugs that the S II ROM doesn't have.

Okay this is with a lot of patience that i say this... the source code is the same. That rom is for S2 it cannot be used for any other device(here Xperia L).
The rom i link is ported from the same source code as that S2 rom but for Xperia L.
It is currently being fixed for Xperia L and hence has bugs.
So wait for it to be fixed by the developer or do the fixing yourself.
Regards,
Dark Passenger
s2 and xl? these are not similar chipset...how to port?
making new rom is easy compare to porting whole rom.sgs2 is too different from xl...

I stand corrected. It is indeed 32-bit.

Sorry, I just checked mine and it is 64-bit. So the app must be buggy.

so you download this app from play store called (samsung info) and you tell you that you have 64 bit???why in mine tell me its just 32 bit...so the app is buggy???please tell me.
I've played around with my J7 Prime some more and I've determined that it is in fact 32-bit architecture.
To make sure I tried flashing the 64-bit version of Xposed Framework, which was rejected with a message that the device was not 64-bit.
I don't know why all the reviews and spec lists online say it's 64-bit, because it isn't. My apologies for misinformation earlier, but i believed as you did, that it was supposed to be 64-bit.

yes....the phone uses 32 bit...but the samsung source code provided for j7 Prime kernel has specified 64 bit configuration while building..thats why my compiled kernels aren't running correctly on this device...
