Nimo you need to attach the source of kernel here this is mandatory nowadays for posting any rom on Xda else it will be removed :crying:
For the time being what you can do is separate kernel from ROM package and recommend users to use a kernel from a link which will be inside your rom package i.e the zip will contain flashable rom.zip+txt file with link
I can do it for you if you want.
Ported or built from source? (idk if it's even possible to build from sources )

its ported i dont know how to build it from sources i dont know from what exact phone i ported but the zip file has nozomi on it i tried from many phones to port it so.... u know what i mean all zip files are on desktop dificult to say from which :silly:
I doubt if this is actually CM9...
Since it's not possible without sources..or a similarly spec'd device already having CM.

There are some reasons why this is can't be ported :
Chipset : Exynos 4210
CPU : Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9
GPU : Mali-400

Okay this is with a lot of patience that i say this... the source code is the same. That rom is for S2 it cannot be used for any other device(here Xperia L).
The rom i link is ported from the same source code as that S2 rom but for Xperia L.
It is currently being fixed for Xperia L and hence has bugs.
So wait for it to be fixed by the developer or do the fixing yourself.
Regards,
Dark Passenger
s2 and xl? these are not similar chipset...how to port?
making new rom is easy compare to porting whole rom.sgs2 is too different from xl...

SoC are different, tab 2 has omap4, tab 3 has Marvell pxa986.
I think however that using cm11 kernel as base and porting all libraries the ROM could boot

Normally NO because it's "hard" for them to develop full one ui on mediatek devices/ bc they want u to buy flagships / full one ui requires knox (i think) and knox requires a piece of hardware that would bump up the price etc..

i did one time but headphones weren't working and i needed them to work and some of the phone's features weren't here like the quad camera etc and also there is a big bug with gsi the screen stops working when u turn off the screen and the kernel that fix it is slowing the boot process so that's why i hope someone make a one ui 5 port (if full one ui is possible i would be surprised)

I had some of those issues but if it is Bluetooth headphones there is a fix for that in pixel experience and evolution x, the quad cam I think there is a setting for that in "phh treble settings" and the screen turn off bug I changed back light max value to 1 instead of -1. And yeah I wish one ui 5 would work on my a41 since its a super capable phone.

I really want to too. Nippon GSI's are not supported on the A12 (all models), I only know of one model that it works on, and that is the A71.

Nope, I've tried on Galaxy A127F (Exynos), and it also doesn't work, it's not based on the chipset, rather the kernel.
