native NTFS support on Android
Android doesn't have NTFS native support yet... all internals are ext4, I recommend you to format extFat for microSD and USB drives - however, Paragon NTFS provides ntfs suport for Android

[Q] facing problem in increasing my internal memory.:(

I recently bought a 8gb class4 sandisk memory card.. used mini partion tool 7.0 to create a linux swap and ext4 nd fat32 partion so that i can increase my internal memory problem on g3..currently on indroid v6 using g3mod v2.0 non oc kernel...tried a lot of googling but didnt worked.
Have you made the partitions in order? Fat then ext then swap. And do you use an app2sd script or link2sd app?

Ny help wat should I do now

Just use the link2sd app from the android market. It is a lot more simple than using scripts.
link2sd and s2e both works fine...

[Q] Jelly 'Beans' - Build 12 & exfat 64gb SDXC card

Any help would be appreciated. My friend and I both just finished our Jelly 'Beans' - Build 12 OTA update and now my exfat SanDisk Ultra 64gb SDXC card can't mount.
It was fine in Build 11, but now with Build 12 it just won't mount. I tried it on my friends gs3 also; same thing.
But it mounts fine in my Tranformer Prime. Was anything changed in Build 12 that doesn't allow exfat formatted cards to be mounted?
Thanks
Depends on the kernel they chose. If they chose the stock VRBLK3 kernel then there shouldn't be problem. LK and I believe KT747 do not support an exfat formatted sdcard. Reflash the rom and choose VRBLK3 and this should go away.

There are 3 kernels available: Stock (optimized) / Imoseyon / Kt747
I chose the Stock (optimized) on mine and it still won't mount. Perhaps I need to do a clean wipe and install instead of the OTA update?
Would someone mind cross posting this into the [Rom] Jelly 'Beans' - Build 12 [02/28/13][Aroma][Fully Customizable][VRBLK3] thread under Android Development for the GS3? I am still too new to the forums to post in that thread.
Thanks
1) do a clean flash
2) dirty flash the rom
3 or reformat the sdcard

"Encryption Unsuccessful" CROMBI-KK and GRIMKERNEL

Hi guys
"Encryption Unsuccessful"
this problem appear when i flash CROMBI-KK-cm11 ROM with GRIMKERNEL, and i not find solution :/
whats wrong?
U probably flashed grimkernel with f2fs support. Now u need to format /data and /data media using twrp which support f2fs (it should be in crombikk or grimlock thread, it is in geass kernel). After that it will work fine

Usb otg ntfs m.o.a.r. 6.2

I am running the Blue Halo theme for M.O.A.R. 6.2. I have USB OTG Helper installed and can read NTFS formatted flash drives. But I cannot write. Is this a kernel limitation? Is there a kernel I can use with 6.2? Will MOAR 7 write to NTFS via OTG?
Please help,
Bob
I use chainfires stickmount app and don't have any issues at all.

Ext4 vs f2fs

Which one is better for Android devices ? Do you prefer ext4 or f2fs ?

EXT4 is the most versatile and the most common in android, some users prefer swiching to f2fs because it uses a faster read/write speed than EXT4, but EXT4 is more reliable.
