Simple tutorial to listen to any internet radio station in the world on Android:
Prerequisites:
1.Working brain
2.Any Android Phone(paid)
3.free maxathon web browser
4.BS PLAYER free
5.free account with yourmuze.fm
6.internet connection(paid)
Preferred requisites[however not required]:
1.rooted Android
2.internet connection of atleast 24KB/s(for good audio quality, but will work even at 10KB /S without much distortion)
3.Sony Xperia v Walkman working on any Android.(For gapless playback)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2059203
Procedure:
1. Create a account at www.yourmuze.FM
2.search for your favorite station in their database
3.if step 2 is unsuccessful, then you can add your favorite station for free. However, you should know your favorite radio station URL. Click on real player on thier website and it will give you a link like HTTP /.../playlist.ram..this can also be added.
Further information can be found on thier website.
4.Add your favorite station to your database
5. Use the above mentioned web browser to change your user agent to iphone and then open m.yourmuze.fm and log in.
6.click your radio station and click play
7. Open with Walkman / Bs player. Both support background play with screen off
8. Enjoy
FAQ:
1.Can I use any other web browser to open?
Most of them did not work for me including dolphin uc,Firefox(working sometimes),even after changing user agent to iPhone
If you've got some working browser, you're free to share
2. Is there a easy way?
Buy the paid app yourmuze
Alternatively, if you have good and fast internet connection, adobe flash and ics(preferably cm9),you can use stock web browser to play without registering on www.yourmuze.FM
3. Doesn't work for me?
Please explain at what step you are experiencing problems
4. I already know this?what's new?
See the title. Only newbies allowed to post here.
5. I already use other apps like tune in etc... why go through all the above trouble?
Because of bandwidth.
This will greatly reduce your bandwidth without sacrificing quality

How about using root explorer or some such and upload here as attachment. Not on market anymore
OK Here it is
Since I used this app just a day ago and did a nandroid, I restored, found it and here you go. Attached is the apk. Goes in /data/app. I use root explorer typically. I have not tested if this will install using typical file manager click on the file. For those that install the manual method of adb or root explorer, typically reboot after the install to have it work. Also is screen shot for correct permissions. Enjoy.....
sweet thanks

Just a reply back to all...thanks. Going to try to findo out why it was pulled from the market. It's a great app that does work well. I use powerAmp, which has an overkill equalizer, but listening with this minor plug in and it is really a nice addition, IMHO.
im having trouble downloading things in .apk format in the default browser on my sisters phone. I had changed a setting on mine which allowed me to download them as apks not htmls but i dont remember where it is. And i also do not want to download another browser. Do you guys have any idea how to set it up?
I've had issues downloading apks and actually opening them when they finish downloading. What I do is download them from the stock browser and open them using Astro. Works every time.
I use dolphin browser hd and I am good. Let's u download and open with out issues.

Firefox Alpha armv6
Disclaimer:
I do not take credit for this browser i did not develop it credits should go straight to mozilla for delivering there browser to armv6 devices.
Description:
The firefox alpha browser is not compatible with all of the current plugins available for the stable firefox browser that is already available on the market. Compatibility checking is based on the version number. After playing around with this browser while its still in alpha i find it to be quite stable and good for daily use.
Here's the OFFICIAL Mozilla file at Bugzilla for getting official support for ARMv6 devices.

1) open the browser and press menu
2) press more
3) press settings
4) press about nightly
5) check for updates
Nice, it works quite fast. So far I was using Dolphin Browser as a replacement for the default one, but now I will be using this.

Hi everyone,
I have checked the site http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_desire_x-4951.php and it states 'Browser: HTML5' most of them on GSM Arena do have 'Adobe Flash' there as well, I have checked on other sites and some places do say the HTC Desire X does support Flash, and some say it doesn't.
What will it be? Can anyone that owns this phone or used it before confirm if it supports Adobe Flash?
This is taken from the official HTC website on the Desire X handset.
Rich and seamless browsing experience
Enjoy HTML5 and Flash® content on the go. And no more panning left and right. The web browser's text reflow automatically adjusts text to the width of your screen. To find out more about using the web browser, see Browsing the Web.
You can also keep a copy of what you're browsing so you can read it later even without an Internet connection. See Saving web content for later.

Please help me clear this up, it's one of the features I want my new phone to have and the other phone I have looked at is the 'Samsung Galaxy S Advance' which states 'Browser: HTML, Adobe Flash', so an advantage for the HTC would be that it is HTML5 what ever this means.
Please help me clear this up, thanks!
The easiest way to get flash is to use a browser that supports it. For example my favorite browser is dolphin browser and it supports flash. So download dolphin browser from the play store and that should work.
Press thanks if I've helped u

Thanks, but in terms of the Browser on the HTC Desire X does anyone know or tested if it supports Flash at all? Would appreciate it, if someone who has used the phone before could give me there input here, cheers.
