I want to know if there was a way to change the ripple effect on the lock screen of my phone to something more interesting and unique. I like the water but if there was like lightning or just something cooler and different that would be awesome.

There are live wallpapers out there that will do that. Can even change the speed and settings. Nice battery killers.
True but I like having a regular wallpaper and just change the ripple.

+1 for magic lock. Golocker needs to have go launcher as the default. I use launcher pro..... also with the ics theme.... I think its called android 4 though

You could always flash a rom & have the ASOP lockscreen instead of an app overlay. I've used both Gummy & Humble, personally I liked the Gummy lockscreen b/c it has TSM parts & let's you have 4 sliders that you can edit. Humble let's you have the standard 2 locks (unlock & silence volume).
I just always got frustrated to see the old puzzle lock screen pop up before the lockscreen app come up ontop of it. To each their own, but I like having the ASOP slider lockscreen built into the rom.
Good luck w/which ever you go with though
Magic lock is great thanx guys tried go locker but magic I'm liking way better

Just pick option 3 under settings, lockscreen fix on Agile. That blocks the stock lock for me

Agile kept double lockscreen for me also. Magic is the way to go. No more messing with it. Just set it and go.
I use the sense 3. 0 lockscreen so I will be Modding magic to change the lock ring.

Holo Locker works well but sometimes my regular lockscreen pops up instead of the locker. It also jumps quite a bit. Anyone having same problems with Holo locker?

Figured it out... you have to turn off lock screen in the system under Location&Security. I have found this to work for me and it prevents the system lockscreen from activating.

Does anyone know an app or way to set a very wide panorama as the wallpaper? The default scroll only covers a forth of the picture. I wanted a pretty drastic shift in the image.
How to even get wallpaper to scroll?
Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
The only way I could find to have the home screen scroll was by installing go launcher... I didn't see any way to do it stock... Even using go launcher, I don't see any option to adjust the amount of scroll.
Have you tried reducing the number of screens you have?

I think that only affects how much it scrolls screen to screen. The more you have the less it changes screen to screen, etc

May sound stupid, but the way we have to set wallpapers on this phone is terrible. It only allows me to do like a third of the wallpaper. I remember on previous phones I would drag the wallpaper to set it. Any app suggestions or ideas.

You could use Wallpaper Wizardii (Dload from the Play Store) I use this app to setup scrollable wallpapers.

Yeah i found that annoying as well. I use the quickpic wallpaper app from the play store. Does a much better job of setting the wallpaper without having to crop out 2/3rds of the wallpaper
Do not choose wallpaper for lock and home screens. Do them separately. Cropping is only for the lock screen. Home screen separately does not have the crop option-full image for scrolling purposes.

Honestly I don't think there is a way to change it. I use nova launcher and it let's you do pretty much anything including what you're wanting to do. You can even make it set up the same way so you won't even notice its not Touchwiz. I know it isn't the answer you're looking for but give it a shot, if you hate it you've only wasted the time to download it and tinker with it but if you like it then well worth the time
