Anyone know how to get photoshop to update? Even though its on my tablet it wont let me update it. It only has the option to buy it...

Just to confirm, you are going through the samsung app store right? The one on Google play is considered a different version.
You need to go to the Samsung App Store to update some apps that are pre-installed. There's a icon for it in your app drawer. You'll need to create an account. I have both versions and the Samsung store seems to lag a little behind the Play Store as far as updates. Both versions are on 1.4.
That did it. Thanks

This may seem stupid... but I would really like to get rid of AT&T tab in the app market and have the plain "my apps" tab....... is it possible? Is there a market apk I can download to change it?
Thanks guys

Look in the themes and app section as there are some themed vending.apk's there.

Thanks but I would like the original plain Google one... not a themed one...

the themed vending apks don't necessarily unbranded market. Though you can try sideloading the vending apk from gapps. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
edit: there is also an app, I can't remember the name off hand, but essentially it unbrands market but it you will have to sign into market every time you reboot the phone.
you can find the app here http://amip.tools-for.net/wiki/android/marketaccess
I noticed it is older than the one i had on sprint
Install MarketAccess (link provided in someone loses post just above). Have it emulate T-Mobile provider, first one in the list, and check emulate on boot. It does not require you to sign on with every reboot. I've been using it for about 10 months.

It did for me, probably just depends on the phone.

is there a way to connect Amazon purchased apps to the Android market? I bought them at a good price, some were free, but I like the Android Market better.

The newer version of titanium backup let's you force an app to be linked to the market. Worked on my phone.

You may be able to force paid apps from amazon to be recognized in google market but you will not be able to use the market to update the paid amazon apps. Just not going to happen without paying for them again in the market.

The Amazon market is to quirky for me, I have had the same updates pushed at me 4 times. Good prices, but hard to deal with.

Impossible. Paid apps are linked to your account through Google's server, not on your phone. Using titanium just gives your app a market link. It changes nothing on Google's server. If you got paid apps to update then you paid for them a second time through the Market.

Dude I know it sounds impossible but apps I never downloaded from Google, ONLY ON AMAZON, are now showing as downloaded and update through Google. Call bs all you want, but it happened.

Not only sounds impossible but is impossible. And I didn't say free apps. I said paid apps.
Purchases are connected to your google account. Even if you link Amazon app to market, market shows the price when you try to update the app through it.

With the last 2 updates for the market, it doesn't seem to recognize that I arma T-Mobile customer. The T-Mobile recommend apps and free exclusive music on the new market are completely missing altogether. Is there a fix for this?

Using the updated Google Play Store app now, and so is my girlfriend (unrooted) and it works like a charm! Thanks for sharing.
EDIT: Nice avatar... I like it!
Has anyone got YouTube working fullscreen on any of these TV sticks?

Yes. Only a workaround though. Go to YouTube website on your browser and click full screen. Videos still look great in HD

Hi,
i have downgraded Youtube to version 4.1.47. Just google for it and you will find a download source immediately.
This version is the one with the carousel-browser and it works perfect in fullscreen.
It brings the full-screen button back, which is normally located next to the scrollbar in the right bottom corner.
Of course you will have to deinstall your actual version from your dongle first. After that install the downloaded version.
Once version 4.1.47 is installed dont update this app in the playstore until a new version will be released with a fix for our devices.
Cheers, Nep
Cheers, I did try that version which worked full screen but wouldn't let me search anything! It literally wouldn't let me type any characters.
I'm using the browser version until a fix comes out, one day. Possibly...

I did it too. Mine worked normally with search. Check your input settings?
