Play Store wont update Sideloaded apps.

Hi guys, i have a little problem with my PlayStore. It has come to my notice that, the playstore doesnt display or provide updates for the apps i sideloaded. I only get updates for apps i download from the store. Is there any workaround for this??? Pls help

If an app you sideloaded is on play store, just go to the store page and you have it, unless it is a paid app

I am guessing you can buy apps if you want automatic updates... You want to have Google think you bought an app you pirated, get out of xda...

N.O.V.A 3 Xperia play problem

Hi, I have problem. I can't play N.O.V.A 3 on Xperia Play gamepad. I use only joystick on movement and it's all. Shooting and other is on display. I have original game from Google Play.
Where is problem?
On Youtube are videos, where guys played on gamepad.

Latest version of nova on play store broke xperia play controls
which sucks but there's nothing you can do unless you buy the WAP shop version

I don't think you can try email Gameloft and explain it they might give you a earlier version or wapshop version

I use Gamekeyboard with it. Easiest way to sort it out and good that you can remap the keys how you want

I had that on stock rom but on Xperia NXT it runs fine now. Try reinstalling

Strangely I'm on NXT too but still have the problem! I think I will try reinstalling, thanks!
Edit: It works now thanks!

I use the early vers of it 1.0.0 & it worked flawlessly.. Did u get the play store vers or the wapshop?? I always bought gameloft games from the wapshop. Its more reliable than the play store.

Imho, it isn't that bad. Just the big app icons look horrid.!!

What we will probably see soon, is that "Google Play has updated to newest version" like they did when they took Market away from us. not looking forward to that at all ....

Its a hint that more of the card scheme like in Google Now is going to be used in the next version maybe as the play store has card lime structures

New Google play store 4

As I'm sure you're all aware that Google has been working hard on a redesigned app store well today was there first release in the u.s only eventually everyone will get it and kindly some one has uploaded it to Android police so check the link below and see what you reckon....
Not everything is completed as you would except only the u.s has the full version for the moment....

Pretty sure there's nothing missing here in NZ, we don't get anything except the bare minimum anyway. Go on holiday to Australia and suddenly the play store is an amazing place...

When you say that's all you're getting, you can't browse any of those sections? As NZ has only apps it takes me straight in to "Top Paid" section.

Im a new be when it comes to rooting and flash.
iv just rooted my GS3 and installed the new Google play store, how ever why is the front page plain? And will I get updates from google now that iv rooted my GS3?
And is it possible to download the previous Google play store which I find alot better.
Please help some one.

Hey everyone I just wanted to share an app I shared with the htc one crowd called showbox. It has been only available to jail broken iPhones for a long time but they have finally brought it to android. The app itself is like Netflix without a subscription and it gets updated daily with the newest movies and TV shows. Download the apk from show-box.me and check it out definitely the best app out

Oh wow. This app is good. I'm used to these kinds of apps just bringing you to websites with a bunch of malware,but this works great. Good quality too!

There was no link, just had to go to the website listed near the end of the OP. It is a nice app, some good movies are listed on there, if you download it can take time (even on WiFi) but they have been very good quality.
