Connect Amazon purchased apps to the Android market? - HTC Inspire 4G

is there a way to connect Amazon purchased apps to the Android market? I bought them at a good price, some were free, but I like the Android Market better.

The newer version of titanium backup let's you force an app to be linked to the market. Worked on my phone.

You may be able to force paid apps from amazon to be recognized in google market but you will not be able to use the market to update the paid amazon apps. Just not going to happen without paying for them again in the market.

The Amazon market is to quirky for me, I have had the same updates pushed at me 4 times. Good prices, but hard to deal with.

Impossible. Paid apps are linked to your account through Google's server, not on your phone. Using titanium just gives your app a market link. It changes nothing on Google's server. If you got paid apps to update then you paid for them a second time through the Market.

Dude I know it sounds impossible but apps I never downloaded from Google, ONLY ON AMAZON, are now showing as downloaded and update through Google. Call bs all you want, but it happened.

Not only sounds impossible but is impossible. And I didn't say free apps. I said paid apps.

Purchases are connected to your google account. Even if you link Amazon app to market, market shows the price when you try to update the app through it.

Someone is a little quick to judge.
GetJar is a legit app site. These deals are similar to amazons free app of the day. Unless you consider amazon's free app pirated software as well.
Yeah Getjar is promotional thing.
Edit: forgot to mention that it should be in the themes and apps section.

Are these applications downloadable when we set our mobile phone model as LG Optimus 2x?
I have not been able to download Taptalk application.
Getjar website says as my mobile phone is incompatible with the application.

Set as LG 2X. They don't list G2X. For most apps it is the same. I don't think they have Tapatalk. I bought it a long time ago from the Android Market and it is well worth the small payment. I looked for it on GetJar just out of curiosity and could not find it.
Downloaded and installed Getjer Application from there site. Then downloaded Tapatalk for free through the app.
You can download Getjar from my dropbox folder as well.

Missed this deal last month. Downloaded it earlier this morning. It's a heck of an app for free.
Keep on getting a error in check out.
I get the same thing... It shoots an error when trying to "purchase" the free app. Just for kicks, I went and tried to download a truly free app. It shot me the same error. Screw Amazon.
Have you set up one click payment with Amazon I think its required to use app store

You sir are brilliant. That did it. I had to setup a credit card as my default one click card and then manually toggle one click payment on. Thanks!
No problem glad you got the app

With the last 2 updates for the market, it doesn't seem to recognize that I arma T-Mobile customer. The T-Mobile recommend apps and free exclusive music on the new market are completely missing altogether. Is there a fix for this?

Everytime I go into the android market to download an App I paid for, it tells me that I did not purchase it? Why is this happening and I am using the right account and everything.

Try uninstalling the app that you're having trouble with, then go into settings/applications and clear the data for market. Then open market log in again and see if that fixes it.

Just a thought, but did you pay for the app yourself with that account? I have a few paid apps that I have acquired or was passed on to me and since I didn't purchase them mighty Google knows and it gives me the same comment of not allowing to update, when there is an update for that app. So I just don't update that app....
Also I have found some paid apps, if you install but you didn't pay for them, you acquired them...the market will flag it and not let you use it, say you have apk (app file) and you are installing that app it will validate thru the market once you install and it will say or not allow you to use it....it will uninstall it....some apps...but if you use a firewall app to block the market and market only your app will run fine. But you are cut off from the market, you just have allow thru you firewall if you want to access the market again and then block it again...
But with so many very cheap apps, I have found.....if I want and use it on a regular basis I just buy it...
Ex is almost right, and yes that's the fix...but...don't clear market data and cache, have to clear Google services data and cache, plus Google services framework, and updates...that will fix your issue

If an app you sideloaded is on play store, just go to the store page and you have it, unless it is a paid app

No no, you can. Like you pay your electricity bill or your daily food.
You're in the wrong forum. Read the rules, XDA isn't a nest for pirates.
So aint there any solution to this problem???

Yeah: take your credit card and buy your apps. Or use free ones.

I am guessing you can buy apps if you want automatic updates... You want to have Google think you bought an app you pirated, get out of xda...
