Does not work on CM, just gives out App not installed.
not work on xperience beta 2.1 to move system/app and permission rw-r-r
Haven't got it working on Tipo stock rom yet either. Are you sure it's for "All Xperia Phones", because it apparently doesn't work at all for our phones here...
i don't think it works for mdpi screens. OP probably didn't test it on tipo/miro before posting

Untrue as this is a stock (yet leaked) app, as it would be on a stock phone. It should work without root access. Yet it doesn't work at all on our phones (even WITH root), arc s is a completely different phone, you can't expect anything that works on there to work on ours too...
Perhaps it's just luck that an app from GX works on arc s and s. Perhaps not. Can't know for sure until further testing...

Nah i'm just saying in general, that you can't do much with non-rooted phones xD
And you need root access to use this on arc/s, shouldn't be different for tipos and miros. This however doesn't work on tipos and miros because screen resolutions different...i think

Isn't that the Xperia T launcher from this thread?
That works on Tipo and Miro, but is not the same "XPERIA HOME" you were talking about in first post.

Procedure:-
Download Google Now port_VSBRT (see DOWNLOADS)
Copy it to SD card
now boot into cwm
wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache
flash "Google Now port_VSBRT.zip"
now again wipe dalvik cache and reboot

Hi, I have ported this successfully and its functional and loving it on Gilmo 2.0 ROM.
But though, I have started working on some thing with autovoice and tasker, the tasks are abruptly failing , which has run very well before.
I doubt this is causing the issue, but i am not sure though.
If you can let me know how to revert the changes it would be helpful, other wise I have to re-install the ROM again.

i am too working on lewa for our device i will be releasing it soon after i got every thing fixed hope someone will compile PAC or AOKP for our device! and please do one this all things you are posted above just edit them with there corresponding thread so it will be easy for user to find it.

Nice to heare that there is somebody working on our dev.

Great to see that there is a thread for this phone.
I have also been busy with modding this phone a little here and there. One thing i've noticed is that when the network changes from 3G to H there is quite a bit of lag that occurs. I did a logcat on it and found that a particular commands gets executed quite a lot of times in that 1-2 sec. Does anyone else have this same problem?
Also I have seen this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2335434, its on the xperia e ss, but i guess we can see a few issues that can be potentially elimanated as we have the dual.
Also this should be a sticky thread.

I just check out that on gsmarena that Sony is updating there apps so lets hope we will also get this update.

I dont think so there will be any further updates for this device atleast from Sony try to contact developers of different forum so that they can try to build for this device.We have our sources and if anyone has good Net speed they can try to compile.

No not really. All others are just modded stock roms.

Why dont you try to fix bugs in other CM?(Not that I would use CM10.2 if there arent too much bugs but even CM10 that is sayd to be almost bug free dosn't have things like video recording.)

I understand what problems you're facing. The first and the most important one is that you clearly don't know where to post questions like these! This should be put up in general section with a new thread as a question. Secondly, I don't think you need to unroot it prior to the update. And finally, if you have already unrooted it and installed the update, find out a way to root that firmware. Towelroot works like a charm for xperia devices but i've not tested it on E. Kudos!

I'll build CM9 too. Just help me find out how .elfs can be repacked into .imgs.
That's all I'm waiting for. If I get it, I'll be able to start generating the skeleton files needed to proceed.
I think Xperia J needs CM 10.2 too. Please port this ROM on Xperia J too!
