I'm using Samsung Galaxy S i9000
CM10 ROM, Android 4.1.2.
Just wondering why my screen doesn't light up after receiving an SMS?
Is there an option to turn it on? Because all I've managed to light up when I get an SMS is "Menu (or Options, don't know which is more accurate)" and "Back" buttons.

Is that possible? I don't think so!
Well, now I checked the option to wake and unlock the phone when I receive SMS, it was okay for like 10 messages, but now it just wakes up for a very short moment.

I'm on jb so I don't remember if it's the same as ICS but open the messaging app, go in to settings, and there should be an option that says vibrate (in jb it's all the way at the bottom). Click on that

My hardware white light gets ON as soon as I receive a new SMS... And it wont close unless and until I press the lock/unlock button or read the message...
All settings are on default... Em just using the SMS popup feature provided by CM10...

Blinks every 10 seconds by default, useless. Use lightflow to control it with your apps
Mine only blinks sometimes with texts emails and so on. I know it's 10 second intervals but someone's it did nothing at all
