[Q] What is the latest NVflash(back to stock)

Is there an ICS NVflash for stock out? The one that i found seems to be for HC.
you didn't look hard enough.

Anyone have a line on NVFlash'able .24 version? Or some hints on how to convert .24 to an NVFlash'able version (would be glad to do it myself, but I haven't found much info on that process)?
Thanks!

Newest Update Released. Info to Know Before Updating to 10.4.4.18?

Newest update was just released.
Is there anything we should do before Updating to the latest version? I doubt we will lose root but still it is good to know if we might lose something. Just want to make sure everything remains the same as before.

Has been released for almost a week. Please just look at the general topics first ..... there is a whole tread about it just above this one

Please search before posting! Lots of threads about this in general.

Update done

I got today a message about new update for my Asus 700, and updated it just from OTA to version JB 4.1.1 - JR003C.WW_epad-10.4.4.20-20121026.
All wents smooth and without problems. After update root was gone, but voodoo Keeper made his magic... Also-root work fine now as well...
It is in Germany.
I dont think this belongs in development.
There's a thread in General on this update already, posted like 20 mins before this one. It can be found here. And correct, this shouldn't be in the Dev section.

Flash zips in recovery once I create them. Take a backup first as I am not responsible for any bricked tablets or loss of data. However that shouldn't be an issue.

Send it over mate and I'll test it on the TF700 as well.
AW: Need tester for "no docking notification mod"
I hope you considered that the dock notifiation also indicates the amount of battery left in the dock. If we remove that notification there could be a problem with the battery indication of it. But lets see the tests first

This is a good point...
but hey its been asked for lol.
And here is the FIRST beta. Any force closes or any issues take a logcat
ADB method (Easiest)
Type:
adb logcat -d -v time > %USERPROFILE%\Documents\NoDockNotifCrash.txt
The log will be in your my documents directory.
Android Terminal Method:
logcat -d -v time > /sdcard/NoDockNotifCrash.txt
The log will be in your ROOT directory of the sdcard.
Then post them AS ATTACHMENT to not copy and paste -.- lol
Let me know how it turned out!
Thanks guys! Maybe someone can donate me a dock? hehe just kidding im not gonna be greedy

No change. Question, one file Transformer.apk in odex system. Is this correct or should it include odex file or should I delete the odex?

Thanks I'll load another rom and give it another try.
Let me flash the deodexed version of CROMI (I'm on odexed currently). BRB!
EDIT/UPDATE: I've flashed the current deoxed CROMI (v3.2.2) and the dock notification is gone. Since it is a clean flash no other apps are interfering, and so it seems to work pretty well! Thanks for the possibility to test-drive this. It's a lot more pleasurable when there are no issues to track down -- it seems you've gotten the hang of it? This means I now have a new problem: deciding whether to stay on DEODEXED for now since all those pesky notifications have been eradicated, or return to ODEXED for the (supposed) smoothness... Don't you just looooooove first world problems?

So my first release is working!? On the first try!? Woah sweetness!
Now I have a question. Someone stated the notification holds the battery percentage for the dock. Now say the battery for the dock gets to 14 percent. Do Anton know if there is a window stating the percentage is low? Or any notification?
If not I could possibly make one to notify if the battery gets low.

Works properly, no issues.
Thanks. Good Work!
Sweet guys thanks for testing! I will move to development section but keep this thread open for discussion about the dock battery levels.

Can't find 4.2.1 (10.6.1.14.4)

Hey all
I've flashed my infinity to the latest update (10.6.1.14.4) but it was dog slow after. So I decided I would reflash and cold boot to see if that would help. Problem is that I cannot find the download for that update. I've gone to ASUS's support page and followed numerous links from various web sites but all end up only showing the previous update (10.4.4.26). Am I going mad? Can anyone else see that update?
Thanks
Alan
yes they removed the latest update im not sure why though.

From what I heard, they removed it due to the bugs affecting Bluetooth and such. I'm wondering when they will release an updated fix...

I'll thank you if he won't! Thanks a ton my dude, I've been looking for this!
Thank you! I'll probably stay at the .25 version of 4.1 since this update was pulled for bugs. It is tempting to do the upgrade and see how things run. Maybe I won't find whatever bugs are present to be annoying.
