[Q] alcatel one touch 906 ROM

Hi to all. I just recently rooted my alcatel one touch 906. Is there a compatible ROM for my device. Here is my device info, for reference.:
Model: alcatel one touch 906
Processor: Qualcomm msm7227
RAM: 512
Android 2.2.1
Build: fsr.1.3.6.0_t10.16

# INSTALL DRIVER
1. Remove battery and connect phone with PC
2. Insert battery
3. PC will detect and request for driver (follow guide in BRCM_PC_USB_Driver folder)
4. Change COM port to 4 (at this step I don't know why this device disappears quickly, so you must open device manager windows and change as quick as this device appear, but maybe this strange issue lead to bug that I will refer at the end of this)
# FLASH
1. Remove battery and connect phone with PC
2. Run download_froyo_1_3_6.bat
3. Insert battery
At the end, I saw error message as below screen, but finally it shows "Program Android New Image suceed"

But I remove battery and insert again and power on and wait for more than 10 min. but phone only show "Join our Android"

I tried the procedures above. It is working. Actually this one is to unbrick/ firmware flash your alcatel ot-906. Although I didnt get the error message mentioned above because i think the issue was the usb driver was not installed correctly. Here is what i did:
1.download the file ot-906.rar. save and extract the file.
2.install the broadcom usb located in your extracted file named BRCM_PC_USB_Driver.
3.make sure your phone battery is charged atleast 50%, or it wont flash.
4.connect your cable to pc, not yet to phone. remove your battery, then insert it back then plug the usb. your phone should be datected by your pc as usb to serial device.
5.now open the batch file named download_froyo_1_3_6.bat.it will begin the flashing process. wait untill it says finished or success.
6.unplug the phone.remove the battery, insert again. power the phone on. now just wait 5-10 mins before you phone completely boots up.it takes sometime to boot because your phone still configures the software.
Now your phone should work fine.

H!!!!! i not able to flash my alcatel ot906 with this method when i try to flash com port error show i already instaled usb driver when i checked in device manger h/s not show in ports it show in disc drive so plz help me how can i solve this porblem,.......my alcatel mobile stay on only logo .........

You have to change the com port (set to com port 4). sorry i forgot to mention that step in my post. after you insert usb cable to pc, make sure you can immediately access the device manager because the comport will hide itself after 2-4 secs. to do this, you shoul open the device manager before conncting the usb cable to your pc.

I have the same problem, i can't succesfully install the USB driver in my windows XP, i have a code 10 error so my computer doesn't detect the request from my device (alcatel ot906Y) ... Help me please!

PS: my phone is frozen in the logo since i install a wrong CWM, because i choose HTC H2 as model of my device and flash it. now i don't know how to do a hard reset .

USB mode not working
i flashed my Fire xt 530 with Ice_Cream_Jelly-V2 by aweosomeabhijeet. And now when i'm trying to flash any other ROM the phn is not being detected by my Computer. Its only getting charged when m connecting it with the PC. USB debugging or even Mass storages also does not work. Pls help....:crying:
I've even tried debricking it !! Pls help

AS per ur instructions i did the same...flash spain rom root then cwm installed..then when i open MHF there is no starting adb server and then when i press bootloader mode nothing happens...i even pressd camera button+vol down+power please help...

I Have Found Many Users Searching For Root For Auxus Linea Li Root
Today I am going to provide you the process for rooting the phone. After rooting you can do a lot more in it. You can install custom ROMs, you can update the phone firmware, you can remove pre-installed application from the same, etc. Adding custom rom is the best thing you can do on it. So let’s move ahead with rooting. Remember that it is a one way proceed. That means once rooted you won’t restore things back. Also you will lose the phone warranty.​
Requirements:
Rooting means simply messing with phone permission. Sometime if you go with wrong stuff your phone will brick or wont boot. At that point resorting factory settings will only work. It is good if you can backup your phone first. And then only went ahead with the process.
Charge the device to maximum. Never attempt to root or make any changes if the battery is low. This can cause serious issue.
You have to update your system with latest usb drivers that will help your windows pc to communicate with the mobile phone. Install that.
Go in the settings and tap on developer options. There you can find usb debugging. Turn that thing on.
Download SP FLASH TOOL and keep it in a folder on your desktop.
Download the original iBerry Auxus Linea L1 USB Drivers and install them.
Download the Boot Recovery & Scatter files for iBerry Auxus Linea L1.
The last thing you will need is MTK Droid Root 2.5.3 root tool.
Rooting Process:
1.Extract the content of Sp Flash zip file in a folder. There will be a flash tool.
2.Extract the content of boot recovery and scatter in the same folder.
3.Run the sp flash took in the admin mode. In that you have to click on scatter loading. Choose the scatter file. This file will be available in the boot recovery folder.
4.The next thing you have to do is select the boot image file. You can do that by clicking on the left side of the Flash Tool.(just Click check box & click in blank space next to bootimg. and select Linea-L1_140626__boot_patched_140719-173447.img only)
5.Once done just check once again that the files are properly selected.
6.Now you have to extract the content of drivers that you had downloaded. Switch off your phone and connect it to your pc. Your pc will ask for the drivers. You have to provide the folder location.
7.When you are done with driver installation disconnect the phone and remove the phone battery.
8.Connect the phone just like that in switch off mode. After few seconds insert the battery back and then connect the phone to pc. Now in sp flash tool click on the download button.(FOR DRIVER HELP http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2180436)
9.Flashing will start and you will get a completed process at the end.
10.After that you have to run the droid root software. For that first turn on your phone and from settings enable usb debugging. If you are unable to find the same then go in about and tap on build 5 times to turn on developer options.
Just connect the phone and then going Droid Root software. There you can find Backup recovery tab. Click on that and then click on super su. This will install super su user on the phone. You can then update the app from Google Play store.

[Completed] Mstar S700 bricked+port COM conflict???

My S700 can't be powered on and it will not charge :crying: i think SP can detected my S700 yet but the device manager loop between "MediaTek USB port (COM14)" and "MediaTek Preloader USB VCOM (Android) (COM12)"... and me i'm crying !!! PLEASE HELP ME whta i will do ???
I understand that my last solution is to flash yet from the manufactor ROM... so to lost my work :'( but before i need to be sure that this troubles about my port COM 12 and 14 will make not more troubles ???
I hope you will understand better my troubles from this details :
*1/ I download the new S700 ROM from the manufactor website so i installed the drivers and flash it whith SP_MDT_exe_v3.1504-A2015.03.18-v06-customer => success! The 20150624_c218v13_jbl_a228_hd_3m_mstar ROM working well and during 2 weeks i install all my applications, contacts, ...
*2/ I try to transfer my sms from my old phone (Iocean X7hd) to my new S700 with Helium. It recognize my X7 and save my sms but it not working with the S700 (i opened a ticket to Helium) so i installed ALL MTK+ADB drivers found in this file www.adrive.com/public/fSxNQP/All MTK USB Driverv.9.2.PDanet.Adb 2015.zip => never working ! I remember about a conflict driver message...
*3/ I use MOBILedit ENTERPRISE_7_8_3_6076 to make a backup => it recognize my S700 and make a partial backup because my S700 is not rooted
*4/ I download the files from www.needrom.com/download/mstar-s700 about to root for version 20150624_c218v13_jbl_a228_hd_3m_mstar uploaded by fpiva4a : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B358CZ0vWBWpcWZfV3A4bDFEaTg/view
*5/ I follow the tuto from forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/mstar-s700-review-5-5-hd-touch-id-t3132431/page3 so i open SPFT v5.1528, choose the download agent+scatter file from the fpiva4a's files :
- On the main screen choose firmware upgrade from the drop down menu
- Pull out the battery and connect your phone to your PC, let the SPFT and the phone initiate a 'handshake' => there is nothing (i don't remeber if at this step the device manager loop already...)
- Unplug your phone from the USB cable. Click on the download button on the main screen. Now put your battery back into the phone and plug in the phone to your pc using the usb cable=> the SP Flah Tool start and see a progress bar but i have this error :
" BROM ERROR : S_FTHND_FILE_IS_NOT_LOADED_YET (5007)
There is file not loaded yet!!
[HINT]:
1. Please check if the DA path is correct.
2. Please check if all the ROM files exist.
3. Please check if the scatter file description is sync with the exist ROM files"
*6/ I click on help+ok, close SP and unplugg my S700 => i can't be powered on !!!
*7/ I plug the USB cable and i heard sound to mount it and after loop to unmount => i thought about a conflict (step */2) so from the device manager i try to unistall the "MediaTek USB port" and "MediaTek Preloader USB VCOM (Android)" what loop. Also i uninstall from the Control Panel W7 all the drivers installed by step */2
*8/ I try several times the *5/ but always like */6 my S700 not power on
*9/ I use USBdeview and try to uninstall my port => the green line always loop between this 2 lines

and i open the SP_MDT_exe_v3.1504-A2015.03.18-v06-customer from step *1/ => the scan is well and find my S700 on the port COM12

Several helpers said me to resolve my mistake when i want to try new recovery+root to reflash with the manufactor ROM. So i come back to the step 1, I download the new S700 ROM from the factory website and flash it with SP Flash tool => by SP__MDT_exe_v3.1504-A2015.03.18-v06 or SPFT v5.1528 it was same : success DL but my S700 doesn't restart.... :'(
Instead of firmware upgrade i test also Format All+Download but my S700 doesn't restart :'( So now i don't know what i can do ??? pleassse

dissembler the back case of your phone. Disconnect the battery connector from motherboard. (if you have any difficulty to open the back case, just see it in youtube)
1st step:
-----------
open up spflash tool as Administrator and prepare it beforehand (later on in third step you must quickly switch the app in order to flash the device successfully).
Make sure to fill out the three inputs in download section tab:
-DA (download agent) if it already filled, then just leave it. if not, you must refer it to DA agent files inside your spflash tool folder. You could download seprately DA file from internet.
-fill up scatter file from stock firmware Rom.
Important ! Dont move or change the scatter file position in firmware folder! It must be inside the firmware folder!
-auth file ( point it out to the auth file)
-now just leave this app open, head onto 2nd step below!
2nd step:
------------
run: libusb win32.exe:
Tick on Install a Device Filter and Tap Next
-install libusb
-select install a device filter
-Press Volume Up (or down in another model)
-Insert the USB cable
-Now you can see the device’s COM Port in the LibUSB window, Click Install.
Click OK (tips: quickly click the device when it appeared!).
if u failed, just repeat the 2nd step again!
3rd step:

-Run MTKbypassv4.exe
-Press Volume Up (other device use vol down thoug)
-Insert the USB cable into pc
-press bypass button in app
-make sure all ok/done (green color text)
-now quickly go to spflash app, click download button
eventually spflash will execute flashing the device, wait till it finish (download ok!)!
now try to connect the battery connector and boot it up
Voila, your hardbrick phone has come to life once again!
IMPORTANT!:
here in 3rd step, you would have BROM error (This error clearly means that the Flash Tool has issues finding the COM port on which your device is connected.) if u didnt quick enough to switch to spflash app and click downlod button. If this happen, just resume the 3rd step.

that error have several indications,
one of them is your emmc nearly damage or have been damage. So, u must change u r emmc.
Try this first:
in your spflash, go to option, in tab general uncheck "storage life cycle check"
