[Q] Bluetooth Phone Audio to low. - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Devices..
Motorola Roadster 2
Sony DSX-S130BTX
VZW GS3
Roadster outputs proper volume levels for both Media and Phone. So phone outputs are actually good.
I currently blame Sony, and here is why I think its them..
S130 outputs proper volume level for Media. Inaudible for Phone.
Phone BT Call Volume is maxed. Extra Volume will not function. I notice that when S3 connects/disconnects from the S130 that is says Headphones Connected/Disconnected.. in incredibly small text that is hard to read. I think the S130 is reporting itself as a headset so the S3 uses wired headset/bt headset volume rules.
Is there any way to see what profiles are actually being received by the S3? I will be testing my phone on a different Sony unit that another S3 works with correctly in a bit, as well as that S3 on the S130.

S130 BT Profile support from Crutchfield's webpage.
Bluetooth Profiles: The DSX-S310BTX supports a wide variety of Bluetooth (version 2.1 + EDR) profiles, including HFP (Hands-Free Profile), OPP (Object Push Profile), PBAP (Phone Book Access Profile), A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), and AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile), so you can get the most from your Bluetooth-enabled devices.
HFP 1.5 (Hands-Free Profile): Hands-free communication with your Bluetooth enabled cellular phone in the vehicle (incoming/outgoing calls supported).
OPP (Object Push Profile): Phonebook transfer from your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone to the head unit.
PBAP (Phone Book Access Profile): Phonebook access from your Bluetooth enabled cell-phone to the head unit.
A2DP 1.2 (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile): Music streaming from your Bluetooth enabled phone or audio player to the head unit.
AVRCP 1.3 (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile): Basic music playback control of your Bluetooth enabled phone or audio player from the head unit.

HFP is taking over for the older HSP.

Jabra BT620 review with i-mate SP5 (stereo bluetooth)

I purchased a Jabra BT620 bluetooth stereo headphones and wanted to give an update after listen to them for several hours..
I updated my i-mate SP5 to add the A2DP stereo bluetooth mod.
First off I want to say that there is NO "high pitched digital disturbance/distortion" like I have experience with other bluetooth stereo headphones like the Moto HT820 and the Plantronics Pulsar 590A with my i-mate SP5.
Pretty comfortable .... did not notice any issues after wearing them for about several hours... To me the most comfortable stereo bluetooth headphones I have used.
The max volume level is not bad but wish it was capable of going a bit louder. the bass level was fair but not great..
I also got them to work with my computer bluetooth adapter. Also sounded very good.
Conclusion:
Comfort - 9/10
Sound Quality - 8/10 (no high pitched digital disturbance/distortion)
Weight - 9/10
Battery life - 10/10
ok. How do you rate:
Pairing.
Does the BT620:
A) pair up automatically when you power it up like the HT820
B) pair up when you press the mode button like the FA303
C) require a refresh in bleutooth connection settings to pair like many others
Phone headset profile.
When a call comes in does it automatically switch to headset profile?
When placing a call, does it automatically select headset profile when the call connects?
Is there a headset profile specific button that will bring up the voice dialer when pressed?
AVRCP
does this work?
does it pause music when phone conenction occurs?
I really want to buy this headset but will take a pass if I have to go into bluetooth connection prefs everytime I want to pair....
According to Jabra's specs, this device is certainly capable of AVRCP based music pause/resume.
they automaticly pair in headset profile , but in order to get wireless stereo you have to go to connections->bluetooth-device and set as wireless stereo each time.
wish there was a fix for this, at least some sort of shortcut
AVRCP based music pause/resume/next works very well

[Q] Problem with BT Headset and Dialer (T311, cm-11, 4.4.4)

My new Bluethooth headset Plantronics M25 and the standard telephon-app "dialer" in the don't work together error-free. No audio communication or intense disturbance with low volume. The BT mode in the dialer is active and the control functions are ok.
The media-audio output over the headset works, but there are frequently interrupts in the music, e.g. play with poweramp (mp3) or browser. Skype also works. DSP-manager and the new noise suppression disabled. The headset work fine with my other smartphone.
I use the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0 (T311) with the latest build (cm-11-20140720-UNOFFICIAL-lt013g).
Is there a bug in the "dialer"?

Android car stereo, bluetooth profiles

I have recently bought a car stereo that runs on Android 5.
I wanted to plug a BT remote but the stereo doesn't find it, but my phone does, so no problem with the remote control.
I have noticed that since it is a car stereo, it has the A2DP sink profile, and my phone sees it as a headset.
Is there a way to install/enable the others profiles so that I could pair the remote to the stereo and control it?

Blue&me A2DP and HSP bluetooth problem

Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to have a media player/streaming app controlled with HSP but output music to A2DP? Some cars only support HSP for voice calls but do have USB media ports and 3.5mm jacks to play music. The only way to have good quality Bluetooth music (Not through HSP) is to use the media functions on the phone not the steering wheel, so having an app that does this would make life so much easier.

Wired AndroidAuto and sending audio through Bluetooth

I recently installed an after market AndroidAuto unit in my car, it is only available as a wired connection, which is fine. When I plug my device, the sound is routed through the USB (and from there to the unit's AUX interface) which sounds crappy.
My car's bluetooth stereo sounds much much better.
According to Google's site and some other sources, it is not possible to re-route the audio through Bluetooth.
Is there some kind of mod or an application (combined with root) that can actually work around this limitation?
