okay. . .thanks. . . I will try to use the unbrick forum again . . .thanks for your help!

Boot in to recovery mode and reflash the rom (doing so will install the kernel that came with the rom).
Volume +, home, and power. When the phone powers up with "Samsung" with small blue text in the upper lefthand corner release the buttons as soon as that screen disappears. Do a full wipe; factory reset, cache clear, and dalvik cache under "advanced", reinstall rom and reboot.

There's no need to full wipe. Just bit into recovery, wipe cache, under advanced wipe dalvik cache and reflash ROM. Problem solved and your phone will be ready to go.

Sorry bro but i think yes, i had the same issue, i tried to get into CWM after installing "stable" version,If your CMW is gone after installing ISC version then probably same issue, CWM is affected by that file thats why OP removed it, but for now you have Odin back to stock sorry.
Hope thats helpful.
Flash the cwm community kernal and do 3 button restart. You will get it back.
Flash with sgs kernal flasher app. and shut down, reboot woth 3 button. Wala!

[Q] Boot loop issue!

My i9003 stucks at boot loop.
Yesterday my phone didn't respond to screen unlock button. It looked as if its switched off. I removed the battery and restarted the phone. Then i got stuck in boot loop. It was running fine on XXKPQ.
I tired to flash the ICS [beta] ROM, but my SD wouldn't mount. I got the error,
"Error mounting SD card"
Then re-flashed all the way from XXKPE -> XXKPQ -> CF ROOT...wiped cache and factory reset. [did the same two times already.]
Still the problem persists! Any help please.
Is mostly a mother board problem...lots of users face it..refer wahah's thread for further info..

Can u boot into recovery and wipe data factory reset. Also u didnt have to go back to ics you can root jb.
Turn off phone, Vol Up + Power boot into recovery and wipe data/factory reset. Try this first!
If else, Odin a complete factory image. FYI: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1762204 this will completely wipe internal storage, but should revive a soft brick.

[Q] How to install custom recovery after root?

first things first. I'm a noob. HAHA. but i'm willing to learn.
I recently rooted my phone by using chainfire's CF-AUTO-ROOT and it has stock recovery on it. Now, I want to install a custom recovery, specifically cwm recovery. How will be able to do this? Do I have to unroot then root again? a step by step info will be appreciated. thanks
First of all find a cwm file for ur device specific to the model u have on google. Flash it with Odin n u will have the recovery.

done finding cwm file that's compatible with my tab
Flashing? not really that well with android terms yet. after clicking "pda" then selecting the cwm file, should I click start? is that what you meant by flashing?
I appreciate your help.
Yeah first go to download mode holding power and volume down button and select the file in the PDA section n just click on start. And wait till pass. appears on the Odin screen. That's it.

I also would like to install cm 10.2. is it stable? I tried searching and I found pac rom and if i'm not mistaken 3 custom roms are installed into 1 rom.
I also would like to ask if it is really necessary to wipe all data before installing a new rom? and if so, would apps like titanium backup pro would be able to backup every single app or information that is in my tab/
Yeah u have to wipe cache and dalvik cache. 10.2 nighties r stable. No issues with me.

Your thread is changing direction but I can't resist commenting anyway. If your tablet is rooted, stock I don't think you will see big benefits to a custom ROM. For other tablets I use like the Kindle, Nook and N7 custom roms can make a huge difference. I'm running CM 10.? Or variants of that on those devices. My most used tablet is this 2.7 with stock ROM. If you must try another ROM, I'd suggest a sick based ROM that is deodexed with sound or visual enhancements. Also, changing to a noon, Touchwiz launcher will make big differences. GOOD LUCK!
P.S. quess what a ROMaholic might be.
