You need to unpack the firmware zip once (there is another zip inside), and copy this to your device. And in TWRP, just staring at the beautiful recovery menu will do nothing, you have to click "install" and choose the zip to install.

Don't you just LOOOOVE the blind automation of the stock recovery?
Just kidding, obviously.

If you did a nandroid before flashing the theme than nandroid restore.
If not just flash whatever ROM you're using again without wipe.

Hi Noobie question here, when I bought my TF it was already flashed. Currently on Revolver. How do I reflash the rom?
-Download the ROM and move it to your micro SD card (the removable one)
-Boot into CWM recovery
-Chose "Install zip from sdcard"
-Chose zip from sdcard
-Scroll to the ROM zip file and flash
-Reboot

I think I answered my own question....it allows one to fully recover their device if you run into any trouble.
Well actually the ROM itself is the same no matter the method you use.
NVFlash version is simply using NVFlash to install the ROM and the CWM zip is install via the CWM recovery method.
Not sure but I think NVFlash will wipe all data?
CWM recovery if flashing ROM only without a wipe will save your data.
Use CWM to make a nandroid backup jsut in case.

I downloaded the Touchwiz theme in revolver parts and applied it. I post screen shots in a bit
That's weird usually flashing the ROM only will put it back to normal.
I don't use Revolver parts so hopefully someone come in with an answer

Alright I hated the touch Wiz theme and so i found a solution. Its a bit annoying but you don't lose anything (note: i did not and there was no issues for me, I can not guarantee the same for you). Boot into recovery and install any 3.6 version of revolver. Reboot and make sure the theme is gones. Then just re flash 3.7.2 and your golden.
I installed Cyanogenmod 7.2.0 RC0.
I want to restore default Recoovery instead of CWM or has an application that can choose who I want to Recovery. Script for A2SD be installed with a default recovery, but not with CWM.
take the recovery.img from stock ROM and flash it via ODIN

You'll need a custom recovery to install a ROM. Follow these instructions and you'll be good to go:

Delete or rename /system/etc/install-recovery.sh and flash CWM one last time. It'll stick. Each boot, stock ROMs reflash the stock recovery unless you delete/rename that file.

the issue lies in that the only way to install the custom rom is to upgrade my custom recovery to the latest one, and thanks for your response!
EDIT: I researched online and found a method with fastboot and the recovery image, I will try this, is this a wrong method or is it possible?
You don't need fastboot at all if you already have a custom recovery installed. Just download the cwm flashable zip and flash it just like you would a rom (install zip from sd card > choose zip from internal/external > choose the cwm zip and choose install, then choose the recovery option to reboot recovery to boot into the new recovery.

If you have CWM or ClockWork Mod installed on your phone.
----- ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUT THE CWM TOUCH ZIP FILES ON YOUR EXTERNAL SD CARD AND NOW GO TO RECOVERY MODE AND FLASH IT, GO TO INSTALL FROM SD CARD, I'M PRETTY SURE YOU KNOW IT? OR IF NOT MESSAGE ME I'LL HELP YOU STEP BY STEP.
If you DON'T have CWM.
----- download a cwm and flash it through odin and after having cwm, do that instruction above.

You're all jacked up, dude. Just grab the zip file, place it on your sd card, and flash it in recovery.

I don't know what ROM you are trying to install but..............
As you can see below in Android Revolution ROM flash directions there may be extra requirements when going from one ROM to another.(see Pink text) So you may have to clear the cache and do a data wipe before flashing the new ROM.
How to flash:
Download ROM and place it on your virtual SD card
Boot your device in recovery mode (vol up + power)
In main menu, select "install zip from sdcard"
Select "choose zip from sdcard" and browse to the location of Android Revolution ROM
You can use data wiping option in AROMA (optionally if coming from earlier version of my ROM, obligatory if coming from stock or other custom ROM)
After flashing process is complete, reboot the device
Have you verified the md5? Make sure it is not a bad download. Also might want to use high on android as a recovery.
