Reboot into clockworkmod and wipe cache and reboot and it should fix your problem.
Hope this helped!

Fix permissions? That's weird. Do you flash other stuff?

No only flashed this rom and the gapps

I had the same issue. I went in to cwm, cleared davik/cache, and fixed permissions. When I rebooted I was back in business.

Tried all of these and the home button still is not working back button works but is a pain to keep pressing it to leave an app

I'm using the same rom, 2.4. Home button is working same with all of the others, did the standard flash and threw gapps, old bb patch on. Wipe your cache, dav cache, and factory wipe it then put rom on, install patches/gapps and do file permissions. I'm using a Wind p999 if it matters.

Got it to work thanks for the help.

Frustrating -APPS NOT INSTALLING

Hi,
Apps are neither downloading nor installing from market.... The bar keeps going forever.... Same problem with amazon app store. Here, they are downloading but not getting installed..... But if I restart the phone twice and try again, 3-4 apps will get installed. Again same story repeats... Does anyone have the same problem?

I had this problem on stock.
To fix it, I went to settings > Apps then I uninstalled the market update (if any) and cleared the cache.
Reboot and try again. Its very frustrating lol.

If that doesn't work, going to Setting -> Applications -> Application Manager and clear data for all the Google programs (don't forget about Talk) and then rebooting the phone fixed it for me. Good luck.
I will try.... Thanks guys

Is there a fast way to clear cache for all apps together?

Still having the same problem

I ran in to this problem. You need to go through the Ultimate Unbrick and then boot into recovery by holding down both volume buttons, then pressing the power button. Then wipe all user data and then do the cache. After that you should be ok.

There are several apps that clear them all together. I use Quick App Manager. It worked without root on my Inspire. Or if you're rooted, there are several others that will probably work or you could also boot into recovery and wipe cache from there.

[Q] market.

Does anyone get applications that they used to use on their G2x before that get the "your device is not compatible" error in the market? I get it for the XDA premium app and I always ran it on CM7 now I cannot any ideas what to do?

Try to clean the cache
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
Yeah, I started getting it on a game called Sprinkle.. if I flash back to stock it works fine but it doesn't on the new version of CM7 (2.3.7). If I flash an older version, it still works.
Maybe the developers don't have the newest version flagged since the only phone that "should" have it is the Nexus S 4G.
In most cases cleaning cache solves the problem. If u played with ur screen resolution just back to 240

Had the same issue and cleaning the cache solved it. Ideally if you have CWM installed 'wipe the /cache partition"

Odin back to stock

I'm wondering if I did something wrong. I tried to Odin back to stock to fix an issue with the phone. After I Odin it said passed but when I looked at my phone it had all my apps setting and what not including wallpaper, but my radio was back to stock so was my recovery.
Did I do something wrong or is this normal

Just go into stock recovery and wipe the data
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda app-developers app
Will it hurt anything if I don't? I'm not sending it out
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
No it won't hurt. It just doesn't wipe data that's all. Your baseband and firmware versions should be changed as well as the stock recovery should be there as well.

Awesome news. Thanks. One more thing some one mentioned about a flash count what is that?
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
If you do a factory reset, it will erase everything from the internal sd storage.

dont flash any custom software in odin and you will never have to worry about it.

Flash count keeps track of how many times custom firmware is flashed to the phone using odin. Basicalky flashing a custom recovery or kernel in odin. You can check your counter in download mode. You can reset the counter using an app called triangle away in the market.

[Q] Boot looped

Hello, hello. I am running my SGS3 on Liquid Smooth 4.2.x
I downloaded a game today. It stalled on install, so I went to reboot my phone. I am bootlooped on the "Liquid Smooth" splash screen. What do I need to do to fix my stuff? I am hoping I can just go into TWRP and wipe cache and not have to go through the whole process of putting my rom back on. Just wanted an expert opinion before I go too crazy.
Thanks for the help.
Try wiping cache & dalvich cache in recovery. Otherwise, you might need to reflash

I had to. It would not shut down any other way. It booted up the 4th time. But the graphics get really laggy. Very goofy.

[Q][URGETNT]Anyone know how to fix this?

I accidentally flashed a new rom without wiping data and cache. Now my tablet wont
show the thumbnails for my pictures on ANY rom.
Sent from my GT-P5113 using xda app-developers app
When I say flashed over another I mean I did not wipe data, cache, etc. Before flashing the rom

you should wipe everything before flashing a new rom
read the instruction
Don't forget to hit THANKS button
[Q][URGENT]Is This Fixable?
Every time after that time I wiped everything but I forgot once. Would forgetting to wipe everything cause something like the issue I'm having? And if so is it fixable?

yes. that's way all the devs always wrote it on their instructions

Sent from my GT-P5110 using xda app-developers app
Did you flashed a completely other Rom? Or only an"update" of your Rom?
If you only "updated" your rom:
Boot into recovery
wipe Cache Partition
and Wipe Dalvic Cache (under "Advanced")
Reboot
This won´t delete any User Data
New ROM :-[
