could somebody please either upload a copy of the framework-res.apk of the stock 10d ROM (europe, open) or explain how to get a copy of it right from my phone?
my goal is to use UOT kitchen with this file

If you are rooted you can use astro file explorer to get it. It should be in /system/framework/framework-res.apk. I can upload a copy from a stock Thrill (P925) the US AT&T version if that would help.
Edit: After looking more, it doesn't look like you need root to copy the file.

I do need original V21E_00.KDZ EUR-XXX for LG P920 Optimus 3D in KDZ format.
Nowadays I can't find it anymore, all links on net, LG, mediafire, filehost, etc. are not working anymore
