you can search this forum for roms made for your phone.To install em just boot into recovery and flash the .zip file (always make a backup)

Yes, you can update it with odin. i will try to find a link for you.
just download the most compatible firmware of your device and from Odin, put the file under PDA and flash...
can somebody please provide me the stock ics 4.0.4 system image only.I upgraded to jellybean but now i want to revert back to ics.
I searched for the ics stock rom and found its size was greater than 800 mb. can anyone please provide me a flashabe rom through odin or cwm.

so I decide to return to the original rom 4.2.2
so I want I list Of what I can delete from app system without causing problem
and replace some original apps with others I like
