Yes, you can update it with odin. i will try to find a link for you.
just download the most compatible firmware of your device and from Odin, put the file under PDA and flash...
can somebody please provide me the stock ics 4.0.4 system image only.I upgraded to jellybean but now i want to revert back to ics.
I searched for the ics stock rom and found its size was greater than 800 mb. can anyone please provide me a flashabe rom through odin or cwm.

Look here (Make sure u have the correct model and country. After downloading it you can flash it with Odin

I heard that if you use 7zip you can extract the 4 files from the single rom file. Never done it myself tho
